Great location - close to the beach and a 10 minute walk into Kotor old town The staff in the office were really helpful and attentive

basic facilities in terms of cooking equipment - didn’t affect our stay at all

The property overall was amazing! The host was very responsive. The location was 10/10, a bit hilly but it’s very walkable. The views were absolutely stunning and all the facilities were good.

L’emplacement est idéal pour séjourner 2 jours à Kotor (proche du centre commercial pour faire quelques courses, à côté de la vieille ville et des docks pour les sorties en bateaux). L’appartement est propre. La vue est dégagée sur la baie de Kotor.

L’équipement de l’appartement était rudimentaire (seulement une bouilloire qui ne ferme pas, pas de micro onde, la réserve de savon dans la douche était vide ou presque). La climatisation était uniquement dans le salon. Et attention à ne pas venir avec une trop grosse voiture (les passages pour arriver au parking sont étroits)

Bed was comfortable.

- Smaller than expected and terrace is not private. - You can hear sounds from other apartments. - People can see into your bathroom if the window is open. - There was mould in the washing machine. - The bed was a couch bed which we didn’t expect but it was comfy. There were no power points near the bed. - The aircon sounded like someone was whistling in the room. - The hot and cold taps were labelled incorrectly. - There was an issue with the main lock to the complex where we could only unlock it from the outside which is a huge fire hazard. They tried to fix that pretty quickly though. - The worst thing was they make you take the bins out which is their job. The bin they suggested was a significant walk away down a steep hill as well.
