Pretty average

Bed was comfortable.

- Smaller than expected and terrace is not private. - You can hear sounds from other apartments. - People can see into your bathroom if the window is open. - There was mould in the washing machine. - The bed was a couch bed which we didn’t expect but it was comfy. There were no power points near the bed. - The aircon sounded like someone was whistling in the room. - The hot and cold taps were labelled incorrectly. - There was an issue with the main lock to the complex where we could only unlock it from the outside which is a huge fire hazard. They tried to fix that pretty quickly though. - The worst thing was they make you take the bins out which is their job. The bin they suggested was a significant walk away down a steep hill as well.

Simple place to stay close to the old town.

Very simple place to spend the night if you just need a homebase. Helpful host, recommended places to shop and eat :)

Great location

It was a great location near all the tourist spots. There was a parking spot where we could leave our car, and a little balcony where we could sit when we did not feel like being in the crowds of Kotor.

The only issue we had was on the day we arrived, where we were not expecting such a high slope towards the accommodation and had some trouble getting the car up there. But all other times were okay since we were prepared 😅

Awesome stay in Kotor

The apartment had a really nice view, very spacious, and had good air conditioning (a MUST in the summertime). It's 10 minutes away from the old town on foot, so that was very convenient.

The wifi had some issues every once in a while. The access was a bit difficult, it's up in the hill, but apart from that everything was great.

The washing machine was rubbish - washed clothes twice and they were still dirty and soaking wet. It’s a bit of a hill to walk up the apartment but was fine for us

No toaster (although oven did the job). Walk up to the apartment from street is tough if you have mobility issues.

Great location to explore Kotor - and a lovely view

This was a great location to explore Kotor and the surrounding area. Just a 10 min walk down into town. A lovely balcony and view - the balcony had a folding sunscreen too so helped to have some shade when it was hot. Very clean and the communications were spot on from Marija. Parking in the Kotor area is difficult so a big plus for us that it came easy with the apartment. Lovely stay - thank you !

Perfect location (10min walk to the center, yet very calm and quiet), parking in front of the building, very friendly and helpful host, great communication. View from the balcony - breathtaking :) Regular equipment, very big bed in the bedroom

Superb

Staff were great at communicating and offered helpful advise , especially on how to get there. Ample parking which was a huge plus. Bed was extremely comfortable and air conditioning was excellent. All the kitchen facilities needed. Terrace had great news views and a nice place to sit and read. Good location, very close walk to old town and bus stop.

Shower head holder was flimsy and properly needs to be replaced to hold it correctly. While television was provided we couldn’t seem to get any channels working.

Very comfortable stay with an amazing view and super friendly and helpful host

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, we had everything that we needed. The host was super friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed staying there. The view was amazing as well. The host offered to bring us to Perast and Tivat and gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations. We really had a good time at Apartments Blue Sea and we will definitely come back here.

The only minor thing was the road up to the apartment, but on the other hand it was a good exercise for us after eating so much during the day :)

It was perfect !! Very clean ! location is perfect near to old city 5 minutes by foot !! Very nice view from the balcony !! they have place to park your car , is very important there ! And was very very helpful the lady there was carrying about as for everything we need and we Marija was so helpful and respond imidietly !! We booked the apartment very late 10 minutes before arriving at 22:00 at night mid of november and in 5 minutes we was there and called Marija and no problem at all !! We has 4 person and the lady there came out and she made the room ready in 10 minutes ( they didn't expect 4 people at that time we wake them up 😅 sorry Marija ) So just perfect !!!!!!

The Appartmen with sea view as expected had nice view especially at nights; close enough to the old city and shopping center. Air conditioner, washing machine, kettle, tv, wifi etc. - all were fine. Marija (the host) were very helpful and arranged transfer from/to Tivat airport, so don't hesitate and ask about transfer.

Exceptional

The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy with everything you could need including a washing machine. The view over the bay and mountain to the fortress was especially beautiful at night whilst lit up. The best thing was the family who run it, very friendly and accommodating, they made you feel that you were staying in a friends home, so that made us happy!

We didn’t have a toilet paper upon arrival; we did ask the property but it was not provided. Car parking needed better signage and the flat could benefit from the net on the windows due to insects.

Sijainti erinomainen, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja parveke oli mukava.

Ymmärsin huoneiston kuvauksesta että siellä olisi ollut parisänky. Asunnossa olikin vain levitetty vuodesohva joka oli kova. Lakanat olivat liian pienet joten ne eivät oikein pysyneet paikoillaan.

Top verblijf in Kotor

Locatie en uitzicht zijn top!. Denk er aan dat je erg steil moet klimmen als je de stad in gaat. (Vreselijke) supermarkt in de buurt. Fijn dat er een wasmachine staat. Lief ontvangen en uitgezwaaid door de onderbuurvrouw waar we helaas geen woord mee hebben kunnen wisselen.

De weg er naartoe is in t drukke Kotor echt een uitdaging. De communicatie onderling liep niet altijd goed. Als Engels voor beide niet de voertaal is krijg je onduidelijkheid. Om de 3 dagen nieuwe handdoeken? Het is maar hoe je wil tellen. Mijn vakantie begint in ieder geval op dag 1, want dan begin ik ook met betalen. Advies: Ben duidelijker in de communicatie. Een Engelse informatiemap kan bijvoorbeeld helpen. Het buiten meubilair is gammel en aan vervanging toe. Al met al een geweldige plek!

Ogólnie nie jesteśmy wybredni co do noclegów i tutaj również możemy polecić jednak mamy kilka zastrzeżeń.

Budynek i teren wokół niego jest w trakcie remontu i niestety o 7:00 rano budziły nas odgłosy wiertel kłujących beton. Wiedzieliśmy że dojazd do apartamentów jest stromy jednak nie spodziewaliśmy się że będzie ciężki do pokonania przez nas samochód który wieszał w miejscu wyjazdu.

An 2 von 4 Tagen, jeweils 1/2 Tag ohne Wasser. Offenbar Störung in der städt. Wasserversorgung. Direkt nebenan Baustelle. Appartments sind sehr hellhörig.
