Excelelnt view and good location

The host is very responsive and also caring, constantly communicating and also respond in the fastest and courteous manner. The location is very close to the old town especially the one and only shopping mall. The view is excellent and a balcony for you to enjoy the cool weather. The cimplimentary red wine is a plus but the cork is very challenging to remove.

Many of the home utensils need replacment or removed as it is eitther not functioning or not functioning in the proper manner. The instruction from car park to the lift needs more photos and instruction. The cabinet door containing washing machine should be removed as it cant be sgut fully which possess some danger at night. The washing machine needs to turm off the main switch and wait for 1 min to unlock the door and the door needs to pull handle slighly upward to open the door. The SMEG coffee machine is not working thus should be removed as it is misleading somehow and the other coffee machine should have more capsules ready instead of 2 for 3 nights stay (1 capsule is empty). The aircondition needs servicing as it has a lot of vibrating sound when turned on. The lane to the unit is very narrow which you can find in others comments, it is side mirror to side mirror distance for my small SUV to enter. Thus mo big sedan or SUV can enetr

Stunning view, very comfortable apartment

The most incredible view I have ever seen in accommodation! It really is a magic sea view! Really clean, comfortable apartment. Great location for visiting the old town in Kotor, just a short walk away. Close to a supermarket and other shops.

The drive up to the apartment is steep and a bit confusing, but we received very detailed instructions to follow so we made it!

One of the best apartment I have ever stayed

The view from the apartment is spectacular and the apartment itself is gooorgeous. My husband was so happy when he saw the apartment. He said this is one of the best stays we ever had. The host was absolutely amazing. A day before my arrival, he send all the instructions for parking as well as getting it. Also he informed us about an event happening in town and warned about traffic. Thanks to him we were able to see boka festival happening once a year. He also checked in with us if we needed everything. I cannot stress how everything was perfect. I had requested crib which was fulfilled. I wish I would have stayed longer. Also, the building has elevators and free closed parking. The location itself is amazing. I would love to return back just for the apartment. Thank you Andrea for going above and beyond. I cannot wait to come back.

Wonderful flat. Truly exceptional host.

We had a wonderful time in this amazing apartment. Besides the breathtaking view we woke up to every morning, our host was truly exceptional. She started guiding us even before our arrival, providing detailed information and generous help. Every question we had was answered immediately, and we couldn’t thank her enough for her hospitality. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening wine on the lovely balcony. The apartment is right in the middle of town, making everything easily accessible, yet it’s still quiet and charming. Highly recommended!

Driving up the hill and parking wasn’t the smoothest experience but for the location of the apartment it worths the extra afford.

Fantastic stay

Stunning views, as in the pictures. All the facilities you could need. The host was so so helpful and really brought our stay in Kotor to another level with all her local knowledge. Parking was right beside the building with lift access to the apartment. 10 minute walk to the old town.

Direct air-conditioning in the bedroom would be great.

Great value, come for the views of the bay

Nice decor, incredible views, and the host was just so attentive, responsive and kind. There was coffee, and even biscuits and a bottle of homemade wine left for us! Air con, which is needed in summer. Short walk to the old town, in a quiet area. Close to the beach and close to a supermarket.

Not an issue with the property itself, but while close to the old town, just be aware that Kotor isn’t the most pedestrian friendly place, so the walk can be a bit chaotic if there’s a lot of traffic. We were 4 people, and so we had to use the sofa bed, which apparently wasn’t very comfortable. The bed was fine. Flat condition was okay but it could do with some repainting and some lights didn’t work.

A welcoming host and a fascinating view

The apartment is spacious with modern decoration. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed and sofa were comfortable. The living room led to a wide balcony with a fascinating view of the Kotor bay, where I like to enjoy a cup of tea while looking at the beautiful reflections of the village on the other side of the bay. The host was super kind and helpful, giving detailed explanations on the facilities as well as recommending good local restaurants. He also offered to allow us to store our luggage at his office after checkout as we had an evening flight, and helped to arrange taxi transfer to the airport (there's no Uber in Montenegro ). Last but not the least, a bottle of home- made wine was offered as a welcome gift which I greatly appreciated.

The apartment is located on a slope and required a bit of uphill hike, which could be a good thing after all the good food.

Great place

The host was very helpful and answered any questions we had in a quick and detailed manner. The property is located close to the Kotor old town - around 10 minutes to walk there, it has an underground parking space and a balcony facing the Bay of Kotor. The furniture and amenities are nice and tasty.

Perfect views and a very nice apartment!

I chose this place for the view and style of the apartment and neither disappointed, it was exactly what I wanted. A bottle of homemade wine on arrival which was nice and the host kept in constant contact to make sure everything was good and if I needed anything The unexpected heated bathroom flooring was also nice! If I was to return to Kotor, I would likely choose this apartment again or recommend it to a friend

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, however, as a Scotsman, I do like my bedroom cold. There was a fan to keep me cool at night but AC would’ve been preferred to keep the room cold

Peaceful and stylish stay

The pictures were accurate and the apartment is very stylish and comfortable. The host was very helpful and easily contactable. Brilliant view of the sea. Short walk to the old town, there are some me steps and hills which were fine for us. Close to a supermarket which was handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kotor and the peace of the apartment enhanced our holiday.

Magic Sea Views in a fairytale setting!

The view and accomodation was absolutely wonderful. We had everything we could possibly need in our apartment and our host was amazing - helping us nonstop throughout our entire stay - even organising our taxi to Budva.

Amazing views and wonderful hosts.

Literally everything about the property and the hosts were exceptional. The view was incredible, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom had heated floors and a large rain shower head that was amazing after day hiking. The living room was cozy and great for relaxing and the patio was private was impressive views of the bay. We got married while we were in Kotor and we could not think of a better place to have stayed. The hosts are wonderful, responsive and made us feel so welcome. This was genuinely one of the best places I have ever stayed.
