Jovan, the manager, was extremely helpful and nice. It is such a relief that you receive the access code to downstairs lobby area a bit earlier so you can spend there time you have before check in. They let us in our room a bit earlier since the room was ready. Really enjoyed having morning espresso on the balcony. There is a nice bakery downstairs. If you need a taxi (or a tour guide) from Kotor ask Jovan the manager (or another team member) to call Igor. Igor is such a wonderful and helpful man. He drove us to Podgorica airport and provided us with a bunch of interesting facts about Montenegro and its history on our way. He also does guided tours around Montenegro. It can get loud on the street in front of the building at night so if you are a "sensitive" sleeper, don't forget to bring your earplugs :) The walls are not sound proof.

Perfect location, a shopping centre is just on the opposite, a couple minutes walk to either old town or Kotor beach (along with many sea front restaurants). The apartment is cozily decorated, comfy beds, spacious bathroom. And really relaxing to sit on the balcony with a drink.

Great convenient location, close to Kotor old town. Large and spacious room with a nice layout and balcony. No noise when sleeping. Would still recommend despite the shortcomings.

Not the best for remote workers. The desk in the room is tiny. The wifi connection was so bad that I had to go downstairs with my laptop to the reception desk to do a work call. The pillows were too fluffy and uncomfortable, hurt my neck a bit while sleeping. The doors are very light so you can hear people come in and out their room.
