Amazing, highly recommend!

Oh wow! An amazing property, exceptionally clean, air con was great, location was roughly 20 minute walk to the old town but didn’t feel like that especially when you can walk along the water front, 2 minute walk to a bus stop which is perfect if you’re heading to Perast(only cost €2 and was a 20min bus ride!). Internet worked absolutely fine no problem. The host is so lovely and friendly, she was fast at replying to my messages and helped me with all my queries. She even offered to ring a taxi for me to get to the airport. I asked her about getting the bus and she helped me. Such a lovely lady and a great apartment. Bed was slightly hard but that’s my personal opinion and others may not find it hard!

A tastefully done up place with good views but can be operationally better

We didn’t have water in the property upon waking up after our first night and were extremely flustered as we were unable to even brush our teeth or use the toilet. While the host provided us with some bottled water to get through the day it wasn’t without some unpleasant skirmishes. When one pays 5 star property rates, one expects that sort of service as well. Stay would’ve been more pleasant without this situation.

Great location, modern clean apartment

Modern apartment on the 3rd floor (walk up). The A/c works well, the bed is very comfortable and the small balcony has a great view (over the rooftops ) across the bay. It’s a 15 min walk to the old town either by main road or the coast road. Traffic here is a real issue in August so the location outside of town is ideal. Parking was easy outside (and we had a large car) we left it there and hired a moped - much easier.

The wifi is not great, sometimes it works well, other times it stops completely. The apartment block is a bit scruffy, but once inside it doesn’t matter!

Top floor flat with balcony overlooking the bay

Beautiful flat on the top floor of a residential building about 20 minutes' pleasant walk along the promenade north of Kotor. The decoration was just like the photos and the flat is very well-equipped, including salt and pepper and oil, which is sometimes missing. The balcony is great as well!

The location of the flat is up a slightly run-down alley which initially did not inspire confidence - it's not an approach to a place you expect when paying that kind of money. We also got told that we had been 'upgraded' to a flat with balcony when the booking showed that we had already booked a balcony flat - this was a bit irritating.

The place is really nice inside and you have a great view from the balcony.

Was so easy to collect keys, they was in a lockbox outside the door which you get the code for on day of arrival. The place is really nice and the view from the balcony is amazing. The host made the stay though. They did everything they possibly could to make our stay better, collected money so we didn’t have to drop off, recommendations and even ordering taxis for us to get around.

Good but could've been better

The view from the apartment was slightly blocked with an apartment building in front of it, but nevertheless, the view from the side was spectacular. The apartment itself is very modern and very comfortable and the location is good with less than 5 mins with the car to the centre of kotor

The Wifi was extremely slow. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are a lot of stairs. During our stay, the water was cut off every day in the morning from 9AM to 2PM, which was a major inconvenience. It's Cash only Also, we had a daytrip last day and we had hoped to check out at 1pm but the host did not accomodate.

Excellent apartment with beautiful views and decor.

The apartment was very clean with beautiful modern decor. The apartment was a small walk to the water and a short walk to the old town which was perfect. There were stunning views of the mountains from the window. Everything was in perfect working condition e.g. air conditioning, fridge etc.

Excellent stay, great VFM We stayed at apartment #2 with a balcony, watching the bay with a magnificent & relaxing view. The property is tastefully designed, clean, spacious, and provides a pleasant, cozy feeling. Comfy mattress. The location (in Dobrota) was very quiet & convenient without a car and there are so many restaurants down by the water. If you're a fine dining fan, don't miss out on the following restaurants: - Moments (10 min. Walk) - Galion (20 minutes walk) - Ankora for a smaller budget ( 5min. walk) serves the best coffee and other dishes all day long. 2 supermarkets nearby 3 min. walk (Idea and Aroma) Last but not least- The owner- Srdjana was kind & available via WhatsApp with flawless communication, thank you very much

Note that if you have a walking problem, this place will be a bit challenging for you.

Great apartment, excellent value for money.

The apartment was very stylish and modern - just like the pictures. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Lovely view from the balcony. The location is great - you can walk down to the promenade/sea in less than 5 minutes and walk into Kotor in 10 minutes (better than walking along the main road like we did the first time). Friendly, helpful hosts.

No complaints at all. The apartment is very compact but we were out and about day and evenings so not a problem.

Nice studio in a good location, not facing the sea.

Very modern interior, bathroom and kitchen. Location is good, walking distance to the old town, maybe 200m to the water front

From the listing you are led to believe that this flat has a balcony and is facing the sea side. Two of the four apartments have this, the other two don’t. So we had a fairly pricey studio facing the neighbour’s house and a mountain. Also, it took us a while (and a local calling them) to find it.

Wonderful luxurious stay.

Absolutely beautiful and modern apartment. Very clean and everything is brand new. Srdjana who looked after us during our stay, was helping at any time. It’s a very quite and a bit hidden place, so you can park your car safe and you get a good nights sleep. The apartment is super close to the center of Kotor and you just walk 5 minutes to the beach. I can just recommend this place!!!

Must stay when visiting Kotor

The location was brilliant easy walk into the old town, or down to restaurants by the waterfront. Parking on site was fabulous. There is a beach club and access to the bay a 5 minute walk from this well appointed unit. Communication was excellent

דירה מעוצבת מקסים, נקיה באופן יוצא מן הכלל. המרפסת קטנה וחמודה עם נוף חלקי לים. מלא מקומות אחסון לבגדים. המטבח מצויד בכל מה שצריך. מיטה נוחה. הדירה במרחק של 2 דק נסיעה מהעיר העתיקה (15-20 דק ברגל). יש סופרמרקט ובית קפה חמוד במרחק 3 דק הליכה. טיילת החוף במרחק 5 דק - אפשר ללכת לאורכה עד לעיר העתיקה. מבחינתנו המיקום היה נהדר והשהות בדירה מושלמת.

החניה שנאמר לנו שאפשר לחנות בה היתה תפוסה כמעט לכל אורך שהותנו בדירה (יתכן שהיא משותפת לכל הדירות המושכרות). הסתדרנו עם חניה בחוץ אבל מספר החניות מאוד מצומצם.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war super. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war traumhaft. Wir hatten die Promenade und Supermärkte fußläufig und konnten direkt beim Haus kostenlos parken. Generell ist Kotor traumhaft schön. In die Ausstattung der Wohnung wurde total viel Liebe gesteckt. Wir hatten genug Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien sowie Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Lappen, Schwamm und sogar kleine Shampooflaschen. Den ersten Tag hatten wir ein Problem im Badezimmer. Das haben wir angesprochen als jemand wegen der Bezahlung kam und innerhalb von 15 Minuten war jemand da und hat das Problem behoben. Es wurde auch zwischendurch nach ein paar Tagen über WhatsApp gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Zur Info: Man bezahlt den Preis für den gesamten Aufenthalt vor Ort in bar, also sollte man sich von zu Hause genug Bargeld im Handgepäck mitbringen.

Das ist keine Kritik, das uns das nicht gefallen hätte, sondern eher eine Anmerkung. In Montenegro gibt es generell verschiedene Mülltonnen fürs Recycling/Mülltrennung. In der Wohnung ist aber leider nur eine Mülltonne mit nur einem Fach. Es wäre schön, wenn man in der Wohnung auch den Müll trennen könnte. Die Kaffeemaschine ist außerdem so eine Kapselmaschine. Das produziert natürlich viel unnötigen Müll und die Kapseln sind recht teuer. Falls die mal kaputt geht, wäre es nett, wenn eine andere Maschine gekauft wird. Wir waren eine Woche da und uns wurden frische Handtücher an die Tür gehangen. Das war super lieb, aber bei einer Woche für uns nicht nötig. Da man eh über WhatsApp in Kontakt stand, kann vorher vielleicht gefragt werden, ob man neue Handtücher benötigt.
