Very spacious apartment with great facilities. The kitchen was fabulous and we loved the outdoor setting on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Kotor. Location was spot on - easy walk in to Kotor and car parking which is essential in Kotor.

Stunning view, great location, clean and well appointed apartment. Friendly and helpful host.

The apartment was clean and well maintained with a stunning view of Kotor Bay from the balcony. It was 5 min walk to the old town and a quick walk down hill to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. The host was very friendly, helpful and ensured all our needs were met. I highly recommend this accomodation.

There are a few steps up to the apartment which may be an issue for some people

Beautiful view of Kotor Bay, very friendly host. Apartment had everything we needed. Parking. The owner gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit and places to eat. Walking distance to Kotor old town.

Clean and modern. Well-equipped kitchen and super helpful and friendly host. Very close to all attractions in Kotor (short 10 min walk) but far away enough to feel quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle

Stunning apartment o n Boka Bay

Highly recommend Palma Apts. A fabulous base to explore Boka Bay & only 10 mins walk to the Kotor old town. The owner could not have been more helpful, an absolute gentleman. He gave many suggestions of where to eat & what to see. The stunning apt is like a home away from home with full kitchen, dishwasher & washing machine. We will be back.

We welcome the opportunity to return to Kotor and stay here again. The host was very helpful.

Easy walking distance to Kotor Old Town and down to the Dobrata seaside promenade. We traveled all around the Bay and was centrally located to visit wonderful towns like Perast and Risan.

Lots of traffic and sometimes cars were parked on the sidewalk to make it a challenge to walk during certain times of day.

Great location for Kotor old town and a lovely quiet apartment

Lovely apartment with great views over Boku bay. Really light and airy and well equipped. Our host Bane was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions of things to do and good restaurants. The apartment is just a 10minute walk into Kotor old town but also just a five minute walk to nice bars and restaurants just below the apartment.

Apartment was not available upon arrival. Owner provided alternative apartment…good and bad.

The property was not the apartment booked online. The property was more upscale and included a pool.

Upon arrival, the owner indicated the apartment was not available…but he would provide a larger apartment with a pool. The new apartment was much farther from the old town. We had to drive, which we had planned to avoid. It worked out okay but was not as planned. The host was very nice.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay close to Kotor Old Town.

The place is nice, as seen in the photos. The location is perfect and is very close to the old town. There is parking on premises, which is a huge plus. The decor is modern and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped which made our stay comfortable. Everything looked new. The bed was comfortable, clean and the sheets were fresh. The bathroom was bright. We enjoyed our stay. You can walk to the Kotor Old Town leaving your car behind. There are a couple of grocery marts close by and some decent restaurants. The apartment is quite spacious. Recommended and we would definitely stay again. The hosts were quite friendly too. They had some drinks in the fridge for us.

Just an observation. The place could do with a bit of vacuuming. We did feel it was a little dusty. Nothing bad or unmanageable. Just needed the floor/surfaces to be a vacuumed after the previous tenants.

Prime Location

The apartment was in a really great location. A 10 minute walk to the Old Town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Absolutely fantastic, unobstructed views of the Bay of Kotor. You can see the cruise ships go right past. It was lovely sitting on the balcony with this prime view. The bed was really comfortable. Lovely, friendly owners were very helpful. We were greeted with delicious home baking and hand-painted Easter eggs (as it was Orthodox Easter). Also Natasha was kind enough to do our washing for us, thank you. Their son carried our heavy bags up the stairs to the apartment, we really appreciated that. Thank you so much Peda & Natasha.

A wonderful stay, we felt at home straight away.

The hosts were lovely and the apartment was immaculate. The photos are true to the view you get on the balcony. The bed was one of the comfiest beds we’ve ever slept in! The location was perfect, close to the beach and in a peaceful area but only 10 minute walk to the old town. It also had a lovely bakery just a few minutes walk up the road - try the spinach burek for breakfast!

Great place

Very nicely situated and furnished apartment. Everything was modern and clean and the apartment included everything one might need. The host lady was super nice and welcoming - even shared her home made cake with us! Two nice dogs in the garden and most of all a superb view from the balcony!
