We rented two adjacent single bedroom studio apartments adjacent to each other, and connected by a Balcony with an absolutely stunning and panoramic view of the Kotor Bay. The location is fantastic - the property is merely 5 minutes walk away from the Beach, and at 10 minute walking distance from Old Kotor town making it a very convenient location even for those travelling without a car. It is aesthetically and thoughtfully designed, well equipped, clean and compact. There is a small supermarket right across the road, and a choice of eateries within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The Hosts Peter & Natasha are a lovely couple - welcoming, hospitable and helpful. We happened to be their guests on the Easter Weekend Saturday, and got treated to lovely home-baked cake and hand painted Easter eggs - a very warm and gracious gesture. We loved staying in this property, and would very highly recommend it.
Some constructive feedback... While the Kitchenette is compact and very well equipped, a Microwave would have been handy and convenient. While the Bathrooms were very well designed, neat and clean, on multiple occasions we experienced a terrible stench coming from the drain, which was bothersome. This is most likely due to some mix-up with the plumbing and drainage, which needs to be identified and fixed.

Spacious and modern apartment, about a 10 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, and only 2 minutes to the waterfront. The host was also very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

The property was beautiful and in a good location.
The apartment view was stunning with a lovely terrace, the decor inside was lovely and extremely clean and the owner were lovely and helpful.
