Villa Kamena

Great area, fantastic views from the property and a decent sized pool.

The Dobrota location was perfect to walk everywhere, including to the old city. There were excellent restaurants nearby and a market to gather supplies. Not many properties were on the water AND had a swimming pool, which made this property very special. Coffee was available on the terrace, which was a perfect spot to watch the sun setting over the bay. The host was very helpful before and during our stay. Although not a ‘lux’ accommodation, Villa Kamena has so many other features that make it an excellent option when in Kotor.

The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Absolutely stunning location, one of the best I have ever stayed in. The accommodation was right on the bay with easy access to the water. There shops, restaurants and bars are in easy walking distance. You do a lovely beach front walk in 30 minutes. There is a pool which was greatly appreciated as the weather was so hot.

The room was very basic and dated but was fine for a 3 night stay. To be honest with the location and setting as good as it was I would happily compromise on this as that made the stay.

Views from the ground floor and swimming area is exceptional.

We stayed on the top floor studio which is loft converted room so height of ceiling is a problem and very hard to shower properly. Probably for single person who don’t mind low and slant ceilings. Family of 3 can’t fit in even though the description of the room says. Bed is also very hard and probably been there for years.
