Super delightful

Perfect location, away from the busy old town, right on the water front, own private beach and sun deck. Very homely feel and the host were just delightful to deal with and lived underneath. Nice to sit and chat on the outdoor chairs with them. Really sweet people. So nice to wake up to finally a cruise ship right out front

Great location and a perfect place for exploring gorgeous Kotor and the surrounding country.

Location is amazing and owners very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous terrace to watch the going ons and a lovely private beach with shade. Perfect for doing day trips on the morning and then chilling by the water in the afternoon.

Serenity and calmness

The location was very scenery. The room was very clean and had all amenities. The hosts were exceptional and helped us on check-in and check-out also booking us a taxi to the old town. The whole place was very nice, clean, quiet and great to chill with a private beach right outside. You can swim or chill with some wine on the private dock any time of the day avoiding noise. It is a bit far from the old town of Kotor - 45 minutes of walking, so you have to plan ahead on the transportation part.

We had an unexpected issue with the electronics and there was a power surge burning our connected chargers and cables and were left without power or air-conditioning for a day. We know these things happen sometimes so it was not a big deal.

Beautiful and relaxing

A lovely relaxing place to stay with plenty of spots to relax on the terraces or under the shade of the beautiful fig tree on the small private beach. We loved being able to swim in the sea and then go up to the comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment. The position is beautiful overlooking the sea and mountains and the hosts are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was also great to have access to the free bikes and easily cycle to the old town of Kotor.

In one word “EVERYTHING “ but will share some more, super SUPER friendly hosts, great comfortable appartment, its spacious and very complete( even washing machine). Further having access to a private beach with sun and shade…. Almost forgot private parking and own lil lounge place

If heaven was a place on earth

This was one of the most amazing properties I have ever stayed at. The host were incredible, even picking me up from the bus station when I couldn’t work out how to get a taxi and organising a taxi to take me back to the bus station. The private beach is what I imagine heaven would be like. With the town been 4kms away it seems far but is a lovely walk along the water passing by many beaches and restaurants.

Beautiful location, lovely owners.

This property is a lovely comfortable little villa right by the waterfront. The couple who own it are absolutely delightful and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The villa has access to a beach right in front of it and a fantastic terrace that overlooks the water. It is about 3.5km out of town so if you want to stay closer maybe don’t do that here. However, this accomodation was stunning and I would do it all over again.

The views are magnificent the hosts are really accommodating and the room was very cosy.

The walk to the old town is quite far so you’re better off cycling. The problem with that is the road is very scary to navigate there and back by cycle. Taxis are very cheap though if you book an official one.

Relaxing and fun

If you are staying in the Kotor bay area, I recommend staying here! I was tossing up between staying in the old town or a little bit out (a beautiful 30 min walk), and I am so happy I did. The beaches are fantastic, and there are many excellent restaurants around—a nice escape from the craziness of Kotor's old town.

Perfect and comfortable apartment!

Honestly everything was perfect! :) Really nice hosts. The apartment was beautiful, very-very clean, and equipped with the smallest detailes. We found everything we needed, as if we stepped into someones home! Washing machine with detergent, caffee maker, hair dryer, sandwich toaster, and countless of towels. Really comfortable bed, good-working air conditioner, cute little private terrace with a little sea-wiew. Nice location, we walked to Kotor almost every day. Incredibly beautiful private beach! We loved our 4 nights here, we would absolutely return if we visit Montenegro again!

Great family holiday in a spectacular location

Ideally located with spectacular views and own private beach. Appartment was very well equipped with one double bedroom and two sofa beds in the sitting room. The owners (who live on site) could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

Nothing to not like about this place! It's a bit of a walk into Kotor but taxis are easy to find and cheap.
