We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was modern, very clean, and well-equipped. The view was absolutely stunning, and everything looked just like the photos. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

Avoid this accommodation for the behavior of the owner !

The location and the view from the balcony.

There was not private parking as they say in booking. Only in the street outside the building if you were lucky to find. Next to the apartment were a construction of a new building so we had noise and workers just outside the window. Very small kitchen area. But the worst thing of all was the host . He is the most unfriendly and rude host I ever met . Because I didn’t read carefully all the instructions of the fees that every guest has to pay as a a tourist tax , expressed himself in a very strict and rude manner, sending continuous underlined the points of his message that I should have studied and know what I should do. When on the day of our departure I begged him to pay the tax for us and to leave the €8 in the apartment, because it was raining heavily and it was very very difficult to get into the old town, where the payment office was and I told him that we had to do 1000 kilometers to reach our home in Greece, he told me that it is on our way and that we should pass and do it. In order to be consistent and after we got wet in the rain we got there. The employee asked me what the name of the owner was because the payment had to be made in his name. I told him that I don't know so he called him to ask. The owner then laughed loudly and ironically and sent me his name again underlined in the message he had sent at the arrival and I hadn't noticed. He texted me again called me “madame who constantly creates problems”. Finally the payment was made in our names and we left 1 hour late for our big trip. After all this trouble for the €8, he had the audacity to ask me for copies of the payment. Note that the cost of the reservation was 208€, which included the 8€ of tax. Also note that outside the apartment we did not have internet on our mobile phones but we had to carefully read the messages he was sending immediately. At the end he texted me to say “good luck” obviously for my behavior !!!

Amazing place

At first we had a little doubt regarding the payment method, all the time we paid directly via booking, not directly by bank transfer, but we don't regret our choice, only that we couldn't stay more days. The location and the view are breathing taking. The apartment is new, well equipped, you find everything you need, the kitchen is very good equipped, the space is big enough for 2 families, the rooms are big with plenty of space for the luggage, the bed is really comfortable. Even if it is on a hill it is an easy access with the car and easier access by foot, you have stairs right outside the building that goes directly on the main street and it is a quiet zone and also outside the craziness of Kotor's traffic.

Clean renovated apartment perfect for a big family

Me and my family are extremely satisfied with our staying at this apartment. You can enjoy bay and the mountains view in the quiet neighborhood and at the same time you are not far away from the historical city centre. There is everything we needed in the apartment during our stay. The apartment is very clean and renovated. It’s also very nice that guests are offered a trustworthy airport transfer service. Happy to come again soon!

Fabulous location for holiday with friends or family ✨

Had a great time in this apartment! Very clean, cozy, great location and incredible view on the mountains and Boka Kotor bay. There are plenty of good restaurants not far away from the apartment! Communication with the owner Garry regarding the details of my stay was on top level. Looking forward to be back soon!

היה נקי ועם כל הכלים שהיינו צריכים, דירה נעימה ומטופחת. מזגנים טובים לחום פה. מיקום כמה דקות הליכה מהים ומכולת קרובה. ביקשנו להקדים את הכניסה והכל היה בנעימות גדולה מול המקום.

בפינת אוכל הייתי מוסיפה כסאות(היינו 6 אנשים), אבל לא אמרנו לבעל בית ומאמינה שהיה דואג אם הייתי מבקשת.

Ev resimde gördüğünüz gibiydi. Temizlik çok iyidi. Konum olarak Kotor OldTown’a araçla 2 dakikalık mesafede. Yakınında bir market ve fırın var. Yatak ve yastıklar temizdi ayrıca çok rahattı. Her odafa klima vardı ve toplam 2 televizyon vardı. (klima vr televizyonu hiç açmadık). Balkon, salon ve mutlak uyumu harika. Manzara mükemmel. Sabah ve akşam ayrı bir manzarası var. Curuz gemilerinin geçişini izlemek muazzam. Son olarak mutfakta, banyoda her bir ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak şey var. Bir daha gitsek bu evi tutabilirim.

- Evde terlik olsa daha iyi olabilirdi. - Duşakabin tam kapanabilse daha konforlu olabilirdi.
