Great place to stay in Kotor

Great place to stay and rest. It is well located, you can see the water from the balcony. The place is really well equipped. The host was very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean. I wanted to rest and chill in a peaceful setting and it was perfect.

Best apartment, amazing location, nicest hosts

The apartment was perfect and included everything we were looking for with comfy beds and a small kitchen. The view from the balcony was amazing and the location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk from the sea. The apartment is run by the nicest family who are very welcoming and go out of their way to ensure your stay is the best :)

Explore Kotor from Here!

Family run accommodation just out of the old town of Kotor. Easy 30 minute walk along the bay to the old town. So it's a great location to enjoy a quieter area (away from the cruise ships) but still closer enough to explore on foot. Some great restaurants nearby and you can book bay cruises just at the end of the street The owners are very friendly and generous with their time.

The bed/bedding might need an update soon.

Very nice owner, family run small apartament on the first floor (family home beneath). You can walk to Kotor historic center along the sea (approx. 30 min). Do not expect the brand new house, but this is not important. Little bit tricky to find out (steep road uphill) but no problem at all to park the car when you get there so do not be afraid :)

This was one of the most beautiful apartments we stayed in! the hosts are very kind and always there to help! the apartment is extremely clean and decorated with taste, which will definitely contribute a lot to make you feel at home! and the best thing is the bed, which is so comfortable, you'll sleep like on a cloud! all praise and recommendations for this accommodation!

Exceptional

The appartment was very nicely furnished and all that one needs for a pleasant stay was there. It has a nice little view on the Bay of Kotor from the big balcony. The mattrass of the bed is very good and the shower as well and everything was well cleaned. The elderly hosts are extremely friendly and with Google translate we got a long way in our communication.

The appartment is not easy to find. When one arrives, there is no sign that in fact the very last house in the steep road down is Jovanka appartments. We would recommend the owner to include a sign.

Great place to stay in Kotor

the property had everything a couple need. It is spacious and can accommodate 3 ppl. The view from the balcony is amazing. The location is like 20 mins walk or 4-5 € taxi ride to the old town. you can also get a bus from the main road near the place. The host was very friendly. She made us feel so comfortable. She explained us about how to explore the area and even booked us taxis. would definitely want to stay in this property again

There were not much problems . The drain in the shower seems a bit clogged. Also I couldn’t notice a microwave oven.

The Apartment is super near the center of the old Town of Kotor, you can get there by foot in 20/30 minutes and it’s a super nice walk! It was really clean and has everything that you need. Jovana, the owner is extremely kind: we talked a little bit and she recommended us some places to visit and food to try !

Pleasant

A family business with two small studios. Apartment is located 5-10 minutes from Kotor City center. Not too far (max 1 km) to shops and backery. Enaugh space for park car. You can feel like you are in agritourism. Nice view from the terrace on the Kotor boke between two buildings.

The bathroom was totally unthought of. Very small sink, Shower surrounded by a curtain. This causes the water to flow out over the entire bathroom. Kitchen was without microwave. Host didn't speak english.

the house is close to the beach and with a beautiful view, there are things to use at the same time, such as a washing machine

The water and electrical installations were bad, we did not use the kitchen, the faucet pipe was broken. While we were at home, the plumber came to the house.

Perfect stay

Extremely clean, very nice hosts - they brought us fresh figs and local appetizers as a gift and gave us many valuable recommendations. Location is perfect, very close to Kotor gulf and far enough from the city center noise. Highly recommend it, especially for couples or families.

The apartment was really big and it was clean. The location was good, 5-10 min drive to old town Kotor. Even though we only stayed there two nights they came with clean towers the second day. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to have everything you need. The balcony was spacious as well.

The bed and pillows were not so comfortable.

a wonderful stay

Stayed in their smallish one bedroom apartment, which was spotlessly clean, great AC, balcony to sit and enjoy the sun. The supermarket is 15 min walk, and Kotor is 30 mins gorgeous walk along the bay. Miki and his family are hospitable, welcoming and always looking out for your comfort. He kindly picked me up at the bus station and dropped me back for an early bus. had a wonderful stay.
