La vue imprenable sur la baie de Kotor, la climatisation, la place de parking, le confort des lits, la présence d'une machine à laver.
Certains éléments de la vaisselles étaient mal nettoyés...mais cela est plutôt de la faute des précédents locataires, même si un contrôle lors du nettoyage de l'appartement aurait pu éviter cela.
