We had a great stay with Mirko in his apartments. Very helpful host and location is magnificent. Rooms are clean and have a super vibe and beautiful views. Shops and bakery nearby. 10/10

Amazing owner

The owner was very kind and always willing to help. The location is perfect, 1 min walking distance to the beach and 20 from Kotor old town. We were able to do our laundry.

I had a fantastic stay at Apartments Bajković! Everything was absolutely perfect — the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness by the hosts, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the sea and the beautiful Kotor Old Town, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area that allowed for complete relaxation. The WiFi was excellent, which was a great bonus. If you're visiting Kotor and looking for a comfortable, clean place with amazing hosts and a great location, I can’t recommend Apartments Bajković enough. I’ll definitely be back!

The apartment has a perfect location - only a few steps from the beach and 15 -minute walk to the historical centre of Kotor. Our room was very nice and clean, surrounded by a beautiful garden. We rented bikes and enjoyed our trip along the bay. Mirko is an exceptional host - cheerful and dedicated , always ready to help and advice you.

The host is amazing, Mirko and his wife were super helpful and shared tips & tricks with us. The apartment is located just a few steps from the beach and sunbeds are available on spot.

Overall, the stay was excellent. One room in the apartment had an issue with ants - but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Very peaceful location. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable furnishing. Beautiful covered terrasse with sea view. Superfast WiFi. Possibility to use washing machine. Availability of activities on site. It is within walking distance to Kotor, supermarkets and restaurants. Mirko exceptional host - very helpful and jovial.

Nothing, but we suggest putting a proper shower. At te moment there is a hand-held shower attachment, but Mirko is planning to renovate the bathroom anyhow, so nothing really.

It was the perfect vacation! The apartments have everything you need. The location is very convenient, the old town is within walking distance. Small beach and pier just 20 meters away. The host Mirko made sure that nothing distracts from a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and pleasant, the apartment was quiet. There was a wonderful smell of flowering trees on the patio. We will definitely come back here!

The apartments are located in a great location and everything is within easy reach, a supermarket, a 5-minute walk, the old town, a 15-minute walk, twenty meters from the beach, with beautiful greenery in the yard. We stayed in the largest apartment, which has a beautiful covered terrace, and the apartment is impeccably clean. and very well equipped with everything a family of four needs for a comfortable stay. The internet is very fast. The owner is kind and helped us thoroughly with all the details and information. Thanks for everything Mirko, we'll be back next year

Our stay in the apartment was fantastic. Mirko and his son are sunny and nice people, very professional and helpful! Mirko organizes all kinds of tours for you with trustworthy local people and good prices. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for even long stays. It is located in a quiet place, out of the chaos, but at the same time close to the city center! You couldn't ask for more on vacation!

Mirko really offers a five star service- he has thought of all the little touches that elevate a stay from being nice to being exceptional. Offering bikes to the guests, deck chairs to relax on the pebbly beach and placing little homely touches meant we felt at home away from home. The location is perfect and private, a bit away from the Old Town because we wanted somewhere quieter. We were really impressed with the apartment and the facilities on offer. Thanks Mirko!

Excellent Appartment to stay in Kotor Bay !

We spent three nights in Mirko’s appartement on Kotor Bay. The apartment is large, very clean, very calm and very nicely situated, at around 15-20min walking distance to the old city of Kotor and close to restaurants and grocery shop. Just across the flat, there is nice little beach where you can easily swim. The water is clear and there is almost no seaweed. Plus, Mirko has sun chairs which you can borrow to seat on this beach since most of the sea fronts are in concrete near Kotor. The apparemment is quite big, with a nice living room and a furnished kitchen but the real gem of the flat is the bedroom and the adjacent terrasse which is really nice to enjoy in the morning for breakfast or after a day on the beach. There is a roof so you can also enjoy during bad weather. If you arrive by car just be mindful that there is no private parking. However, all the nearest parking are free so you just have to find a place - Mirko also helped us a lot so we had a space the day we arrived in Kotor. Mirko was fab, such a great host ! Mirko was always available to answer question, before and during the stay, flexible on arrival time, he gave us a lot of tips/vouchers for restaurant around and booked a boat tour for us in Kotor bay which we really recommend. Also you can Mirko’s bike if needed. We really recommend the place if you are looking for a nice and calm spot to visit Kotor Bay! Thanks again Mirko !

Wonderful place, great host!

Mirko is a great host. His house is 10-minute walk from the center of Kotor. On a wonderful walking path in the Dobrota area and 10 steps from the sea. He upgraded our room for free, gave us very good restaurant recommendations. Platanus restaurant is very close to the hotel. You must try, everthing was great. Two mornings I started the day wonderfully with Mirko's free bike service. If I go to Kotor again, I won't look for another place. Thank you Mirko.

When we were leaving, Mirko was at Old Town. We regret that we couldn't say goodbye to him face to face.
