This is an exceptional property and Josip an outstanding host! Spacious apartment, well equipped, outstanding location with a private deck by the sea opposite the apartment, and a large terrace with table and chairs overlooking the Adriatic. Josip is an extraordinary host, helpful, engaging and great company. The old town of Kotor is a 20 minutes walk away and there are plentiful restaurants and bars nearby. We absolutely loved the place and hope to return. Thank you Josip for the most wonderful stay!

The property was spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weeks stay. Josep was great and was on hand from check us in and with any questions we had during our stay. The view from the apartment was incredible, with only a 30 minute walk to the centre of Kotor old town. The little swimming area out front was lovely with loungers - no need to go to the beach club a few doors down.

The host was very kind and helpful. The private beach with sun beds worth. Overall we enjoyed the stay there and recommend.
On Google Maps or Waze is confusing because they guide on one way road on the wrong direction. Problem was solved by the host who contact me and guided before our arrival.
