Quite stay at the Kotor bay

Location is great, if you come by car, you will have a free parking lot. Overall communication with the host was perfect. The lady, who met us was very polite and heartwarming, managing all our requests Balcony is great The apartment is very quite and peaceful

the space and how airy it was. the apartment was kept to a high standard. the pictures don’t show how big and spacious the apartment is. it has walk-in closet! which is a bonus. Portable Wi-Fi. This was exceptional. View from the bed is amazing. You don’t need to get up to watch the sunrise. I will miss that.

Top Apartment!

Natasha was fantastic, very welcoming. She waited outside for us when we arrived and was available if we needed anything at anytime. Everything was great - huge apartment, loads of room, WiFi & portable, which was a godsend for us getting around, pool and a stunning view of the bay. Highly recommend. 5 min drive from Kotor Old Town and the wonderful town, Perast 10/15 mins in opposite direction.

The apartment itself was okay and spacious. The door in the bathroom is still not fixed so the whole floor gets wet when you shower. I see in the reviews that was already a problem last year. the host is really sweet and flexible. She could meet as at all times. BUT… there was one big issue, we purposely picked an apt with a swimming pool to relax there after a week of traveling a lot and hiking etc AND … there was no water in the pool! This couldn’t have easily been mentioned on the site or upfront so we could have chosen another accommodation. Instead, this location advertises with the pool (the first 3 pictures on its Booking site are of the pool and it’s mentioned in the first sentence of the description lol). Not cool at all!!

This is not the first time we have stayed in this apartment. Well-groomed territorial residential complex. Living conditions, cleanliness of apartment, friendliness of the owners are beyond praise. The view from the window is amazing. Thanks, we will come back again!

Big Room... for Improvement

Rooms are big, and there is a closet in each of them. The view is nice. A internet hotspot is provided and you can take it everywhere, it was quite helpful. Natasha was attentive during all our stay.

Most things are not well maintained: mosquito nets are not properly installed, so mosquitos can still get in; all taps are loose (mentioned in another comment from July, and still not fixed as promised); the shower door doesn’t close properly, leaving the bathroom floor soaking wet; chairs don’t have floor protectors and cabinets don’t have flaps, making everything too noisy. Kitchen is missing some essential stuff. Access to the pool is not easy.

The apartment is stylish, furniture is new. Each bedroom has a big wardrobe. There is everything you need. Air conditioner is in every room. There is a big balcony with great view and a big clean pool. There is a parking outside, but majority of places require high car clearance. The host is also nice.

There was only one remote control for all air conditioners. The mixer tap on the kitchen sink was incorrectly installed: the hot and cold water were swapped. Other taps were badly installed.

Fabulous apartments in Dobrota, 15 min walking distance from old town of Kotor. Very spacious apartment, light, comfortable - especially wardrobes in each bedroom. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. Special thanks for Wifi- you can take that port everywhere you are going and you have internet. Location is fantastic - just 3 min from the beach. Very clean big pool with sun benches and umbrellas. And last but not least - thanks to Natasha, lady who is overseeing the apartments - very helpful and nice!

The only thing I would suggest is to add cleaning service.

Large and spacious apartment with large Teras , same large windows, unfortunately sea view limited , beautiful sunsets. We had a two beadrooms and salon.

the apartment belongs to a private person, it is not an apartment in a hotel building, but the building in which there are many apartments of this type gave the impression of being abandoned and unused. The apartment is extremely difficult to access, you need to go down a number of stairs and a side entrance. The pool case lacks additional pool infrastructure properly for the residents of this building. The surroundings of the block itself are not interesting.
