It was ok I would not recommend this and should not be on booking

It was quiet and no steps or hills

Very outdated place very dark bedroom no sea view unless you stand at the kitchen door, kitchen window blinds all broken the mattress was very uncomfortable was box springs could feel and hear the coils and springs even after requesting to change apartment host did not acknowledge the request Long walk to old town but pleasant along the bay Hard to get taxi Host nice but never responded to any of my messages prior to my arrival he arranged taxi from bus station but taxi cancelled last minute after I finally find taxi I had been updating the host of my arrival he didn’t respond after I arrive I am standing outside the apartment no one shows or responds for 10-15 minutes Host spoke no English at all they never asked if everything was okay or need anything never showed til morning I was leaving

A beautiful beachfront spot with all the essentials

The apartment’s location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with a stunning sea view. Inside, it had almost every essential amenity I needed, from a functional kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi.

The furnishings and fixtures were quite dated and only moderately clean. The small on-site parking area fits up to three cars but has no shade, so vehicles bake in the sun.

The location was perfect, with a private beach, shops, and restaurants just a stone's throw away, and the enchanting Kotor old town within easy walking distance. Apartment was spotless. The true highlight of our stay was the welcoming and friendly host, Marko. From the moment we arrived, he ensured our comfort and happiness, even greeting us with a refreshing welcome drink. Apartment has a beautiful sea view.

Very poor

1.I didn’t get booked apartment, and that disappointed me a lot. The reason was that app belongs the host’s daughter and she was still there. After discussing that I should stay in app that I booked, the host told me that they will prepare app tomorrow. The host could just tell me that app will not be available, so I could book something else in Dobrota. After 2 nights I packed my bags again and moved in the booked app that I should stay from 1st day vacation. 2. The beach doesn’t look like the pictures, hosts doesn’t preparing for season and guests 3. The pillows smelled strange..as if they were old and dirty(except pillow case, bed sheet and towels) 4. The shower did not work well(in the room that I didn’t reserve) 5. The toilet doesn’t have any desk to put cosmetics(in the room that I didn’t reserve) 6. Old bed (in the room that I didn’t reserve)

Good

Wonderful balcony with a great view of the water. Sun all day since it was roof level. Some restaurants and a mini market close by and not too long walk to Kotor old town

It was not the same apartment as in the description (larger comfort apartment) but rather the attic apartment with slanted ceilings. Very basically equipped kitchen, dishwasher was not connected. Bathroom was accessed through the bedroom and we were three so used the sofa bed in the living room, very squeaky door. Nice hosts but communication in English was difficult.

Disappointed

Good view over lake. Close to town. Private parking. Nice balcony.

Very hard to find. GPS was a long way off. If the owner could put coordinates on his profile it would help. The photo with all the sun loungers didn't look much like the real thing. Strong smell from the drains. Probably nothing the owner can do about it, but it wasn't very nice. Bed is a standard double pushed into a small space. Hard to get in and out of it. Swimmers beware, there is a sewage outlet just in front of the property.

Superb

Very friendly hosts, great location. Could walk into Kotor in 20 minutes but this town was much more relaxed and less touristy. Lovely sunbathing on their local beach. amazing views. very quiet at night. Helped us wash our clothes. Hosts couldnt have been more accomodating. Would really recommend coming back here

September at Dobrota

Private beach with sun ambrelas and chairs to use by guests at Pejanovic Apartments, view of Boka Bay, proximity to Old Kotor, ,free bikes and kayak... Corner store just 100 m away. Marko is a very good host!

Promenade to Kotor busy at times with cars. Speed boats creating waves at the Marco's Beach. TV programs.

Exceptional

My son and I were on a road trip through the Balkans and this was a very special place to rest and explore. The hosts, Marco and his wife, couldn't have been more hospitable. Loved our view from our apartment, our private beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs, easy walk to grocery story, old town and castle and easy walk to incredible food. This is a very special location. Enjoyed our 2 days there. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Good Location, Dark Rooms

The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb. The owners were friendly and they always checked if we were comfortable. Free bikes provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much.

The room we had had very little windows so it was dark despite being on the 2nd floor. The ground of the shower was leaking, it definitely needs a repairment and they didn't have credit card reading machine although it was mentioned it is possible to pay by card at the time of booking. And lastly the WiFi was not working properly.

The only the thing better than the mountains dropping into the sea, the exquisite restaurants in walking distance and the crystal clear beach out my front door, was the gracious hosts Marko and Rada. Everything was exceptional !

The location was fabulous, in the bay of Kotor. The old town from Kotor (fortress) is about 2 km from the location. The apartment is clean and fully equipped. The host is a kind person. Everything was exceptional !

Superb stay in Kotor

Marko is a great host, he arranged a better apartment for us. The sunset is amazing there and the apartment is really just what you need. Simple but convenient and nice. We didn’t miss anything and the beach is really beachfront and parking is really parking ;)

Minor minor things could be improved but they are so minor that they are not worth mentioning. Again we are not rating Hilton 5star but a very convenient and nice place to stay. Maybe pillow ok ;)
