An excellent family base. Beautiful views. Absolute beachfront!

The location is just past the main area of Kotor, so we had a very peaceful beach area to swim and enjoy without being swarmed by other tourists. Very easy and quick to get into the old town and marina. The property was immaculately clean and right on the beach front with gorgeous views. Our kids loved the tortoises in the garden. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

There's not much to say here! A few things in the apartment were dated and slightly broken, but nothing was unusable. Everything was clean.

Lovely location, very nice hosts, would recommend. The apartment is spacious and clean everything you need, next door is a restaurant and a little shop . We definitely will stay again.

This is a beautiful property in the perfect location run by a very nice family that have gone over and above to make us feel comfortable and at home ;) Thankyou Susanna for the wonderful plate of food:) Even though we couldn’t chat in each others languages I felt we had a connection through our love of family values :)

Un lieu paisible en bord de mer & gentillesse des hôtes.

C’est ma deuxième année à Kotor, et cette fois, l’expérience a été encore plus belle. L’appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et un accès direct à une petite plage privée. Un vrai coin de paradis pour se détendre L’intérieur est confortable, très propre, et on s’y sent bien dès les premières minutes. Mais ce qui rend ce lieu vraiment spécial, ce sont les hôtes. Accueillants, souriants, toujours disponibles. Le propriétaire m’a même laissé des produits locaux en cadeau à mon arrivée, un geste simple mais qui fait toute la différence Le jour du départ, je ne trouvais pas de taxi, et sans hésiter, il s’est proposé de m’emmener à la gare routière. C’est rare de croiser des gens aussi attentionnés Je suis venu à Kotor pour me reposer et me vider la tête, et grâce à eux, j’ai vraiment pu le faire dans les meilleures conditions. Encore merci pour tout

مكان نظييف و قريب جدا من ساحه السكندر و السوق وقريب من كل شي ما يحتاج تكسي او تحرك بسياره و كان المضيف جدا ودود و كان يرسل لنا اماكن السياحيه بصراحه لو ازور تيرانا لا اسكن الا في هذا المكان الغرف وسيعه و الاثاث جديد و المكان جدا نظيف

Uitzicht terras is fantastisch mooi! Oversteeg onze verwachtingen. Super hygiënisch en goede bedden (inclusief zetelbed) om in te slapen. Poetsvrouw was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
