Fantastic holiday in a beautiful apartment in a amazing location.

Great apartment in a lovely location,spotlessly clean and has everything there that you need for a fantastic holiday. Hosts were really friendly and helpful and good communication with them at all times, the views from the big terrace were amazing and we even had sun loungers on our balcony . The hosts also had bikes there that we could use ,we will definitely be returning.

I was happy

I liked everything! The apartments are in a great location - in the Bay of Kotor - the peace and quiet that reigns there every day! And at the same time - everything you need is easy and close to reach. The owner is so nice and responsive. They have their own small beach where you can put up sunbeds and umbrellas. Oyster farms are a few km away and there are many nice restaurants. Private parking is available right in front of the house. I can't imagine a better place for a peaceful holidays.

Apartments Miramar was a perfect stay in Kotor

Our month-long stay at Apartments Miramar was delightful. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The owners are friendly and incredibly helpful. We loved the location overlooking Kotor Bay and enjoyed our daily walks along the seaside promenade. We cannot say enough good things about Apartments Miramar.

Spacious, excellently located apartments with amazing views and great relaxation options

The views from the balcony were amazing. And the balcony furniture was very comfortable. We stayed in the two top floor apartments and both were spacious and well equipped. The location was ideal - the road below was almost like a promenade as so close to the water's edge - some cars but very much a shared road. Having access to sunloungers was great - it made relaxing on the dock - which was fairly private - a reality. Also the 4 bikes were extremely useful, especially for trips into Kotor. And the hosts for the apartment, living on the ground floor, were so kind and helpful.

We liked everything.apart from the traffic noise from the road at the back of the property - but this was only heard in the one bedroom apartment - and only aware of it on waking. And we didn't appreciate it when the cruise ships moored directly opposite - but this only happened once during our week's stay and our hosts didn't like it either!

Beautiful scenery, big balcony, privat swim deck and quiet location. Also bicycle that you could borrow was super plus. it was easy to go centre of the Kotor by using those. We really enjoyed our stay here!

If you want to be close to the lot of restaurants and shops, this is not for you. But there is few restaurants near by and one grosery strore and those were good enough for us. So no complaint from us, we liked the quiet location.

Perfectly situated to discover Kotor and reach all other sights. The apartment is on a pleasant little road right at the bay. Very clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful panorama. The 2 bedrooms are well separated, with comfortable beds. The host are very nice people.

The bathroom is modern and clean, maybe a little small.

Dream location on the Bay of Kotor. Balconies are fantastic for watching the world go by and recharging your batteries! Location is about 15 mins cycle from the old town - they have good mountain bikes which can be used (and chained up in the old town). apartment is well equipped, Wi-Fi good and aircon also.

what a view, newly designed home and very lovely owners. they were very helpful during the whole process. some booklets are prepared for guests this was awesome. next time in Kotor should definitely be here.

One of the best getaways we could have imagined.

Private beach with everything you could possibility want (sunbeds, beach umbrellas, blow up toys, towels, etc.) Easily accessible but still secluded. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony with dual view of beach and mountains. Great wifi for online course. Roomy apartment, good AC. Not far from supermarket and other attractions. Bikes are available for use. Host was wonderful and very welcoming. Best stay ever!

WOW 🤩 JUST WOW

The location is fantastic - it’s near to lots of restaurants and a little shop which has everything you could ever want - I can highly recommend the Montenegrin cheese she sells - it’s gorgeous !!! the beach front is literally over the road and the water is so lovely for swimming in ! THE VIEW IS WOW 🤩 at anytime - we drank it in everyday. the apartment was lovely and clean and there was beach towels, shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tabs and cleaning products, washing powder and plenty of toilet rolls. the bikes were great to use and so were the lilos ! The taxi service from the apartment was quick and cheap - 7.50 euro to Kotor Old Town - you can walk but it was super hot so we opted for a cool taxi. we hired a boat to take us to Our Lady of the rocks and Perast which was lovely to see - we just picked someone from the list and emailed them. we also went to Porto Montenegro which is super posh but worth seeing ! We have loved the area and the apartment but would go back in May or September as it was just too hot for us.

we couldn’t work the tv and there were no instructions and it was in German 🤣

Best of the bay!

Spacious and clean apartments with a terrace and incredible view. Location is great, in the middle of Kotor old town and Perast. Have its private beach for swimming and 4 bikes you can use when available free of charge. On top of all, owners are very kind, which made us fall in love with the place even more. We definitely recommend. Thank you!

The view from the balcony is amazing and the private beach is perfect for swimming. We loved our stay at Apartments Miramar and wish we had more than only 3 nights. Next time I would book 1 week here. Its so close to some fantastic restaurants. There are bikes available to cycle into Kotor and plenty of blow up toys for the kids in the water. You can also stroll along the quiet road alongside the water.

A splendid vacation place.

This was our first time in kotor and it was magnificent. We would like to come again and stay at the same place. It was quite enjoyable to go to the beach which is right in front of the house. No crowd or anything. Water is clear as it could be and no moss. House is big enough and has two large balconies. Rooms are with a sea view. We enjoyed the bicycles. The location is perfect. Ivana and dragana was so kind and helpful to us.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the place.

Gorgeous view and thoughtful host

Beautiful balcony overlooking the bay with comfortable furniture.Appreciated the Total TV offerings when the weather was wet. Our host was very kind, calling taxis for us when needed. Location was peaceful, away from the business of Kotor old town.

Top Lage, sauber und insgesamt stimmig.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Im unmittelbaren Umfeld viele sehr gute Restaurants. Der kleine Badeplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist super. Kostenfreie Fahrräder, Sonnenliegen und Co. - alles da. Insgesamt eine sehr stimmige Unterkunft, die Vermieterin hat die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, vom Waschmittel bis zur Küchenrolle war für den Aufenthalt alles da. Das erlebt man selten so durchdacht! Auch der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ein großer Pluspunkt.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt, wenn man das überhaupt so bezeichnen möchte, ist die geringe Anzahl an Gläsern und Tassen in der Wohnung gewesen. Wir erleben das oft und können es nicht so recht nachvollziehen. Hier wäre ein klitzekleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag. Was uns persönlich gestört hat, ist die Tatsache dass unmittelbar vor der Wohnung so gut wie täglich nachts ein oder zwei Kreuzfahrtschiffe ankern. Das stört die Nachtruhe.

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderschönem Appartment in bester Lage

Einfach alles hat uns gefallen -super Lage an einer Promenade zwischen Kotor und Perast ca. 20 Meter vom Wasser entfernt - Leihfahrräder vorhanden - sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe direkt am Wasser - privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartment - Appartment sehr sauber und modern - traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Bucht - wir wären am liebsten nur auf dem Balkon geblieben und hätten einfach den Ausblick genossen aber dann hätten wir die vielen traumhaften Landschaften Montenegro‘s nicht gesehen Wir sind total begeistert von Montenegro und von diesem Appartment und würden sofort wieder hinfahren
