the apartment has everything you need for everyday life, even coffee capsules and dishwasher capsules! The sea is close and there were almost no people on the beach! The welcome bonus in the form of cakes was more than welcome! My animals were comfortable and thank you for allowing animals to stay in your apartments!
Unfortunately, in an apartment that had everything, I still had to ask and “as an exception” receive laundry gel and toilet paper. To be honest, the toilet paper that was left for our family was just a quarter of a roll from the previous guests — clearly not enough even for one day. The same situation was with kitchen towels. Used coffee machine capsules were also left behind by the previous tenants. None of this would have really mattered if the host had handled the issues in a calm and welcoming way, but instead the communication left an unpleasant aftertaste — it felt uncomfortable to have to insist on such basic, everyday essentials. I lowered my rating only because of the communication with the staff and the inability to pay by card.

Spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. Aparment felt like home from the moment we came in. Lady who handed us keys was really nice and kind. We could adress any possible concern right away and being helped immediately. Not that we had any, only small thing regarding TV.
Make sure you read checking out policy prior your leave. When we checked in I noticed some wet dishes (water in the soup plates) in the cupboard. I washed them again in dishwasher thinking cleaning lady somehow missed it. But then make sense as checking out policy says you must wash all the dishes and put them back where it belong prior your leave. With a baby it was hard to do so and also to make sure dishes are dry so I washed them and left them in the dishwasher, because I didn’t wanna possibly ruin wooden cupboards with wet dishes.
