Nice apartment, could use better showers

It was a small comfortable apartment, when we arrived the host upgraded our room for the same price. Had a grocery store and a good bakery next door. It was really close to the beach.

The shower was leaking on the bathroom floor and didn't have enough hot water for two showers.

A night at Dobrota!

We stayed in a penthouse and the view was absolutely amazing! The owner was super helpful and friendly. The location was perfect — it’s less than a 5-minute walk to the sea and just a minute to the grocery store. Plus, there’s a bakery right next to the building. Everything you need is within walking distance!

Convenient location

The host is very nice. The location is good in the sense that it is in walking distance to the lake. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby.

Be prepared that it has a distance from the old town of Kotor. The fridge did not work and seemed not working for some time. The hot water ballon was too small for three people.

It was dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the shower was leaking (which explains mop and bucket in the bathroom. The door handles of kitchen cupboards were broken and cutlery was dirty as well

Very clean. Comfortable. The host is very kind. The beach is 3 minutes from the accommodation. Grocery store and bakery a minute away. Fantastic!

Nice location, easy check-in and communication despite language issues. Rooms were quite comfortable.

We missed quite a lot of basic stuff as more dishes, kitchen space or politeness in the bathroom. For some reason the shower leaked water. Surprisingly difficult to find spots to plug our chargers and electronical devices; that was actually the reason also to not being able to use the microwave (was provided by the hostel, but could not be plugged anywhere 😂). If you plan to stay only the nights and not "make life" there, can be a good accomodation 👍🏻

Nice stay in Kotor.

the room was spacious and had a lot of storage room which was nice, the bed was also really comfortable. we enjoyed the proximity to the supermarket and bus. the staff is lovely, they help as much as they can. you pay for what you get :)

the bus is very unreliable, and the walk to town takes almost an hour or more if the heat is strong which we really struggled with. the kitchen is not fully equipped however the staff helps to make the most of it, but don’t expect anything fancy.

Quiet and close to Kotor place

It was really close from Kotor (5min on car) with a public parking with a lot of space only 2min away walking from the appartment. The room was really quiet and both room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

It was never a problem but the bathroom was outside of the room and there was not a fridge inside of the room. Anyways, a perfect stay.

Dobrota delight, perfect location and place!

The place has everything what you look for on a vacation. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. The location is perfect. The bus stop is in front of the apartment. 8 min bus ride to Kotor, 8 min bus ride to Perast. You can also rent bikes at the place. We rented the bikes for one day and did a day trip to Perast, amazing views. The owner is very nice and friendly. It was my boyfriend's bday and he said: you only pay for one bike, the other one is my bday present :). There is a really really good bakery right next to the apartment and the supermarket is less than 1 min walk from the apartment. A really nice beach can be found just down the hill by the church (2min walk). I give this place 10 stars :).

Superb

What we liked most about this place is the location. It's between Kotor and Perast and a decent beach is just 5 minute walk away. There's a bakery, bus stop and market right next to the apartment. I wish the staff could speak some English. Other than this, it was great! Thank you Nenad!

Sometimes the kids made too much noise in the mornings. If you like to stay in bed and sleep until 10, you will probably be woken up by kids at 8 or 9 :)

Would totally recommend

The place is quite pretty, with a wonderful terrace where you can eat and admire the sunset, and a small herb garden that fills the air with perfumes every time you walk there. The room was cozy, very clean, with a small but useful kitchenette. It's also super close to a couple of beaches, and you have a car is the perfect distance from both Perast and Kotor. Totally recommend

The only thing was the shower, which leaked. I guess it was normal since there's a drain on the floor, but it took me a little by surprise

The location is perfect if you want to be slightly disconnected from the tourist hustle of Kotor. It's also close to some of the other beaches that are worthwhile checking out. The host, Leonard, is also very accommodating. Just let him know if you need something and he'll do his best to sort it!

Nothing to comment; you get what you pay for. It's a simple room with not many facilities, so it's not for everyone.
