Needs to be renovated, cleaned up

Location was great, close to the beach and beautiful views

The apartMent is very run down, wall paper is peeling off, half the light globes are missing, one toilet didn’t work, 2 bowls for an apartment for 6 and we had an infestation of ants and bugs and the owner came to the front and just handed me big spray and left without a word.

Good

The location was good, close to the paths accessing the sea with bay, shops, bakery and places to eat. The pool was also great. The size of the rooms and overall facilities within the apartment was good and all in good working order. The apartment provides good value for money.

It would be good if there was some indication that you had been dropped off at Apartments from outside the security fence. The Wifi was not great and then failed completely. The host did say they would fix but we had no wifi for the last couple of days of our stay. The fixtures, fittings and decoration are tired and overall the apartment would have benefitted from an overall clean (e.g. very dusty under beds) and wall paper peeling in bedrooms.

Swimming pool, amazing location few steps to the beach, there are two bathroom which is good for big group. Good air conditioning system. Kitchen with plenty storage space. Big dishwasher

The shower wasn’t working properly. Only one person could take hot shower and the rest had to wait few hours to get hot water. Hinja came to fix it but few days again we were facing the same problem. The mattress was really bed in one of the room. The apartment was really dirty with loads of dust and sand in the entire apartment. My feet got black from the dust when I was walking without flipflop. The wash machine damaged few of our clothes with some yellow stains. The big drawer from the clothes storage in one of the room was broken.

Totally relaxing with great sea view

The location, the view, the pool, the host, the apartment, the pool. Hinja the host is a most wonderful and affable man with a perpetual smile on his face and ever willing to help and sort any issues one many have. Recommended!

A perfectly located and well equipped apartment for a relaxing holiday in Montenegro

A superb location to explore Kotor and Montenegro. The property was perfect for our famiy of five, the views were stunning fromt he balconies, the pool was lovely, well- maintained and great for the kids. The coast was just a minute or two to walk to, as well as easy to reach supermarket and a few restaurants. It was a peaceful and interesting holiday, and the apartment had everything we could have needed.

Beautiful view a ten minute drive from Kotor

The pool was just great and the apartments were nice and spacious, we truly enjoyed the balconies. A very nice restaurant was just next door on the beach road. The location is beautiful and quiet, but it was sometimes tricky to get taxis for a big group (which is only due to the little amount of taxis in Kotor, not apartment's fault!) We also used the barbeque to which one of the staff members kindly provided brickets. Lovely night!

Check in was a bit of a hassle with finding the right place and people and information but after all we got in quite smoothly. We had some issues with one of the air conditioners even though the staff of the house tried to fix it. It would be a nice idea to have more than one key per apartment, at least for the bigger apartments.
