Can I just say EVERYTHING. Don’t hesitate! Location was best in entire city. Close to town, far enough out for privacy but close to everything- groceries, shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars. They have bikes to use as well, the units view was unreal! The hosts attention to detail was great- this unit had everything you could need. Nice patio table, lawn chairs and chairs to set out on your personal dock! We even went swimming in April! Private parking in a secured and locked area right in front of house. So classy! Top of the line. Couch and bed were comfortable, huge new flat screen TVs in both bedroom and LR. Host was amazing. Best we’ve had on our 9 month travels around the world! We extended twice and ended up staying over 10 days and if I could I’d rent it for the summer! Never got old! I will be back - thank you Dusan!

Die Lage ist fantastisch: Das Apartment liegt nur etwa vier Kilometer außerhalb von Kotor. Man überquert lediglich die Straße und ist direkt im glasklaren Wasser – besser geht es nicht! Ein großer Vorteil ist der direkt vor dem Haus zugewiesene Parkplatz, der exklusiv für das Apartment ist.Die Gastgeber, Dusan und seine Frau, sind sehr aufmerksam und haben uns herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich hochwertig. Wir haben uns hier vier Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet überall sehr viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, Schränke und Regale. Im Schlafzimmer sorgen hervorragende Verdunkelungsrollos für erholsamen Schlaf.
Der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine sehr bequeme Couch und einen großen Smart-TV (im Schlafzimmer auch) Die Küche ist erstklassig ausgestattet: Alle Geräte (Mikrowelle, Herd, Kaffeemaschine) sind sehr hochwertig, und es waren einge Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Zucker, Pfeffer und Öl vorhanden.
Das Bad ist super ausreichend, mit einer tollen Dusche. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine inklusive Verbrauchsmaterialien.
Besonders genossen haben wir die großartige Terrasse mit vier Stühlen und zwei Liegen, von der aus man direkt auf das Wasser blickt. Ein weiteres Highlight: Wir konnten die zum Apartment gehörenden Fahrräder für Ausflüge nutzen.
Ein toller Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in der Nähe, sodass wir uns perfekt versorgen konnten. Wir konnten problemlos im Internet arbeiten. Dieses Apartment ist perfekt und bietet ein unvergessliches Urlaubserlebnis!

L'appartement est très confortable et bien équipé avec une belle terrasse qui donne sur la mer et les montagnes. C'est grandiose. Le logement dispose d'une petite plage en béton juste devant la terrasse . Notre hôte Dusan est très aimable et serviable. Son épouse nous a gentiment donné du gâteau qui était excellent. Le stationnement est parfait. La voiture est en sécurité. Dusan prête des vélos. La rue est pleine de restaurants et bars. Il y a des boulangeries à environ 1 km. La ville de Kotor se trouve à 4,5 kms. Nous recommandons ce logement

Heerlijk appartement met fijn terras en mooi uitzicht. Alles is schoon en goed ingerichte keuken. Aardige eigenaren. Er zijn fietsen beschikbaar, waarmee wij naar Kotor fietsten. Makkelijk en mooie fietsritten.
