We absolutely loved our stay! The studio was clean and comfortable, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view. Every time we stepped onto the balcony or even glanced through the glass doors, we were stunned by the beauty. Right in front of the property is a small beach with crystal-clear water. We really appreciated the sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach towels provided by the hosts, as well as a shaded parking spot just outside the property. This place really had everything we needed for a beautiful and peaceful getaway.

Skip, the photos are not real

The house owner were nice, and the house was clean

There is now relation between the photos presented by the house owner and the reality, looks like it wasn’t renovated at least 20 years. The ceiling was very low, we are far from high and couldn’t send in most of the room. There were now shampoo and now body soap or gel to shower with. At the middle of the night someone started cleaning at the house, and we heard all the noice, even when someone flashed the toilet. Totally wouldn’t recommend.

Location. Fair close to the Kotor town but also far from the noise and crowd. Easy access to owh beach . View very relaxing.

No coffee equipment in the room kitchen, not easy to find around either. So no coffee in the mornings. No shower on the beach side.

Superb

Wonderful place to stay! The appartment is at the entrance of Kotor bay and you can see Perast and all the Cruise ships coming and going. Bet spot of warching sunset over bay. We didn't even go to Kotor because Dobrota can offer you the best from this bay :) The family is so nice and helpful. Loved our stay very much.

Our holiday was even better than expected because we found this perfect accommodation.

Loved the views of the sea and the mountains from the balcony ❤️. We could watch the cruise ships as they entered and left Kotor bay. You can watch the sun and the moon as they go to sleep behind the mountains directly in the centre of your view. It was stunning. There was a beautiful private little beach area with our own sun lounges just across the street. Great location, a little bit away from the louder city center, but still with many nice restaurants around. There is a shop downstairs which is very convenient and has almost everything you need including very tasty cheese and prosciutto. The studio apartment is more spacious than it looks in the photos and is very comfortable. The kitchenette was good enough that we could make our own dinners and eat them on the balcony while drinking local wine and watching the sunset. The host family was very friendly and helpful. We mostly spoke with Petar who was a lovely guy and very hospitable.

The view from the balcony is amazing! The apartment was quiet and cozy. The kitchen has all the necessary items. The bed is comfortable. Cleaning was frequent and good, WIFI internet was also good. The entrance to the sea was nice and clean, we also had sunbeds and an umbrella reserved for us, which was really cool. There is a small convenience shop in the basement, where you can buy food and lots of small useful items. There are few restaurants nearby. If you like walking - Kotor is in the vicinity. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Petar organized us transfer and a nice trip to Lovcen park. Highly recommend if you need a quiet and chill place to stay with beautiful views)

Above and beyond!

Everything was just above expectations. In previous reviews someone wrote that the accommodation is better than can be judged by the photos, and I absolutely agree with that. I rented a studio for two. The view from the balcony, stunning! Accommodation offers everything for a short or long stay. Towels are changed every day and toiletries are added. Beach towels are also available. A grocery store is part of the accommodation, and a very good restaurant is just a few steps from it. Passive or active vacation, the location is great: walking, jogging, fishing, snorkeling, swimming. The old town is about 4 kilometers away, the city bus stops nearby who does not want to walk or use a cab. Hosts are wonderful people, you will not have the feeling that you are just a guest there. We had figs on the table every day (thanks again to Mrs. Natasha). The hosts were also flexible in terms of very early check-in, 6:30 a.m. (upon arrival they offered us coffee), as well as a later check-out. In fact, we carry so many positive impressions that it is impossible to express everything here. If anyone is hesitant about booking accommodation, I hope this review will help you decide.

Living in a ,,viewpoint".

Better than the pictures, very clean and well-maintained. Breathtaking view! Little shop in the building. Every house in Dobrota beach has a little private seaside, it is priceless.

The interior style is not really ,,fresh", the room is a little dark. But everything is comfortable and useful.

It’s all about the view

I loved everything about this place. The view from balcony is superb! Small kitchen is well equipped, and there’s even a manual squeezer for oranges. Hosts are very friendly and gave us a drive to bus station.

It takes quite a lot of time to walk to Kotor (about an hour). But the walking promenade has great views. And you can use a bus as well.

Рекомендую это место. Потрясающие хозяева. Аппартаменты отличные, чистые, с лучшим видом на которский залив на личном балкончике где можно пить кофе по утрам и смотреть на горы и залив. Прямо на первом этаже магазин. Неподалеку ресторанчики. Но в самих аппартаментах есть небольшая кухня и посуда если захотите что-то приготовить или сварить утром кофе в турке. Собственный пирс и лежаки с зонтиками в безграничном доступе. Это потрясающее место и я пожалел что не забронировал жилье на большее количество дней. Спасибо за это прекрасное размещение и старание в поддержание чистоты и уюта!

INCREIBLE! Inexplicable las vistas desde nuestro apartamento del segundo piso!! Muelle propio y te dan tumbonas y toallas. Literalmente no quieres irte de alli! La bahia es increible. Tienes un super debajo para comprar lo que necesites. El agua es increiblemente cristalina. De los mejores alojamientos que estuvimos en montenegro. Sinceramente no quieres moverte de alli.
