Just perfect

Our stay at Maniva was perfect, this was the best accommodation (out of 3) we had in Montenegro, everything was lovely. Beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, aircon, big TV for the children and everything clean & tidy. Amazing views from the balcony and lovely to cool off in the sea just over the little road. The owner was very friendly and helpful, even put deck chairs out on the beach each day. We all had a wonderful time here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, thank you so much for a lovely stay!

The best choice if you want to stay in Kotor.

One word. Excellent. One of the best AirBnbs I've stayed at. As soon as we arrived, Mr. Ivanovici helped us with parking and showed us around. The apartment is 10/10 clean (so if cleanliness is a concern for you, don't worry here - it's spotless). It looks BETTER than in the pictures. You will wake up to the best view in your life. And you have a little private beach in front of it which is more than perfect for swimming. It's close to restaurants, paddel board rentals and only a 10 euro taxi away from Kotor city center. If you want to stay in Kotor

Stunning beachside penthouse

The property is really spacious and very modern. It’s location just across from a beach is ideal and we swam every day in the crystal clear water. it’s also walking distance from some beautiful restaurants, and a nearby supermarket made it easy to self-cater.

ı think i dont prefer there, never ever never because we broked a table lamb and daved information than they took 100 hundred euros for a table lamb, you can find it max 20 euros in all markets. they are malicious people and i dont offer this place. i m adding the lamb photp, too

We had an absolutely Great Time Here and leaving this Place was made us sad!

Location is in First row to the bay of Kotor, the pebble beach is right in Front of the House. The host is just awesome, helpful and heartwarming friendly, he also helped bringing our stuff from Appartement into our car. Parking is possible right in front of the house (no private parking, but absolutely no issue, as the parking Space can be Blocked by using a pylon when leaving for some time). The balcony is outstanding, spacious and perfect for relaxing. The Kitchen is fully equipped, incl. Dish washer. Flat was 100% clean. There is nothing to Complain about - recommeding 100%

Dobrota as its best - luxury penthouse stay at the sea. I have several times been in Dobrota, this stay was the best. High quality architecture and design. Very comfortable. All, really all facilities that you need or want. Technical equipment of highest standard. Quality consumables in suffficient quantity for the stay. Private parking slot in front of the house. Internet without complaints. Cleanliness as rarely seen. Terrasse with sea view, exactly as on the photos, shadowed, very comfortable also at evening for sitting outside. Don't expect a party around, Dobrota is extremely silent, clean, to relax in nature at the beautiful Boka Kotorska. Have a swim in the morning before breakfast if you wish, directly at the house. Bakery and grill 8 min walking works 24/7, food shop 7 min walking, good restaurants all around. We really liked the stay. - And not to forget the owner and his family. Hospitality as you wish to find.

Absolutely perfect

The apartment was perfect, large and spacious floorplan with incredible views. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The patio is large and allows for shaded outside dining and an area for tanning in the sun. The entire apartment is very well air conditioned which makes for a welcome relief on hot days. In the mornings and evenings we opened all the windows and doors to allow for a cool breeze to pass through. The location was perfect for us with two small kids, the is a small beach right in front of the apartment that offers lovely swimming and play for small children. The owner rakes the pebbbles in the morning and lays out comfortable loungers and umbrellas for his guests. It's actually more like staying in a boutique hotel than an apartment rental. The area is quiet at night, and has a light bustle during the day with many families about and enjoying the sea. There are many restaurants nearby and a couple that offer particularly good value. A good supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. The owners and their daughter are wonderful people, we stayed 11 nights and felt like friends at the end of our stay. It was one of our best family holidays and hope to be back sometime. Thank you for your hospitality...

You will not find a better place on the entire coast of Kotor Bay

I liked absolutely everything. Friendly owners, modern apartments, spacious rooms, a terrace with amazing view to the Bay of Kotor, 20 meters from the sea, its own beach, many restaurants and cafes on the coast.

The Maniva Penthouse is very exceptional, a place where the mind relaxes

The Maniva penthouse location by the sea is fantastic. The view from balcony is amazing and the balcony is very large compared with other apartments. Our host Iva was very helpful and told as history of Kotor, Perast, Sveti Stefan, Porto Montenegro, etc. Iva is Always helping you, if you need help. Restaurants, bus station and market are nearby. All in all this is very relaxing place. I'll recommend Maniva penthouse to all visitors who like to have peaceful place, but still near all attractions.

Minor minus is the rough stone beach area, but this is not effecting on the rating.

Het heeft een prachtige ligging met geweldig uitzicht. Het is schoon, ruim en alles is omhanden. De host is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Er strandstoelen en parasols aanwezig op het eigen privéstrandje voor de deur.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Wohnung und Terrasse sind bestens und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Wir könnten sofort wieder hinfahren. Der kleine Privatstrand ist luxuriös. Die Gastgeber sind stets bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Vielen Dank für Liegen und Schirme am Starnd!

Flott leilighet med fantastisk utsikt og beliggenhet!

Veldig fin leilighet med alle fasiliteter. Terrassen er helt nydelig. Stor med både bord/stoler, solsenger og solstoler. Utsikten er også fantastisk! Stedet har en liten privat strand med solstoler, men det er også flere strender og badesteder i umiddelbar nærhet. Også flere koselige og gode restauranter i nærheten så man trenger ikke reise inn til Kotor by hver kveld.
