A gem in the heart of Kotor Bay

Apartament Radimiri is well located in a small and relaxed village called Ljuta, in the middle between Kotor and Perast. The property is really beautiful and the position, in front of the sea, is stunning. My husband and me have spent four nights there and we have loved every moment. The location of the property is at first stunning but then the lovely welcome from your hosts puts you at ease. This is a fantastic location for those who want to be just far enough away from Kotor but have the benefits.

It was perfect. Lovely and very helpful owners. The best thing, was the beach with private sunbeds everything was totally stress free. Even standup paddling and kayak you could borrow. Small shop almost in the house with decent price. Room was very clean and newly renovated.We really enjoyed it and definitely come back.

The perfect holiday spot

Wow what a fantastic place. We stayed in the two bed apartment. The apartment, in the family's 600 year old house, was really comfortable, clean and well equipped. It had a small balcony and we ate dinner in the property's beautiful garden overlooking the sea. The location is just amazing, nestled in the bay and mountains. The private jetty with steps into the sea was fabulous and we swam alot. Honestly the most beautiful place we have been to. Tijana and her family were so welcoming and helpful. We felt a part of the community. Kayaks were available to borrow from the property and we hired a sup for the week from Kotor. There's a small supermarket just up from the house with the friendliest owner and that was such a bonus as she had most things we needed.. It really is the loveliest place.

Amazing views to relax, sun and swim

A quiet picturesque village in the Bay of Kotor, perfectly situated to explore the nearby towns of Perast and Kotor. However, with a local shop (5 minutes away) and private pier from which to relax and swim, there is very little reason to go anywhere else. The room had everything we needed, with a large double bed with air con, bathroom, TV and kitchenette. The hosts, Tijana and her family were lovely, helping with restaurant recommendations and taxis, making for a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Recommend, brilliant throughout

brilliant location, very helpful staff even helped us found the ring lost in lake. very clean in room, water right in front the house. we initially stayed 3 days and went to Budva. However, the 5 stars in Budva cannot compare what we get in Radimiri, so we cancelled the hotel and back after 2 days to end our holiday here. will definitely come back and recommend everyone who is going to visit Montenegro.

Great apartment, the hosts (Tijana & husband) are very friendly felt like staying with family. we got help when we needed and everything was great, also the view was breathtaking and the access to the private sea spot is just amazing. I highly recommend

as i said everything was amazing, if you are a tall person just mind your head as the apartment is located in the attic. high enough in some spots, but in other spots you have to be careful not to bump your head in the celling :)

gorgoeus, peaceful, swim, sea and sun

Absolutely gorgeous setting - peaceful, picturesque, with a beautiful private pier where you can relax in the sun and swim in the sea. Tijana was constantly so helpful, booking us taxis and printing our bus tickets, providing advice and being friendly. We visited Budva, Sveti Stefan and Dubrovnik during our stay, and the Bay of Kotor where we stayed was by far our favourite place. The room was lovely with a large double bed with air con and a nice bathroom, TV and kitchenette. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Exceptionally beautiful stay.

Moments; there is little sound but crickets and water against the mini pier out front where the owner keeps his boat moored. The sound of the crickets made louder by the amphitheatre esc mountains that surround this nestled away sea that is the Adriatic. The sun going down amongst the peaks makes steady changing hues to the light that dances in the air, sky and sea. When darkness arrives here the twinkling of fluorescents light up the perimeter of the waters edge. New yachts arrive and others set sail daily from this wonderful spot…

Located right on the seaside. Lovely hosts. Tiana, thank you!!! Everything in the room was new and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. A small shop and bus stop are nearby. You can also use a taxi to Kotor only 5 EUR. On the beach comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, shower. There are tables for meals.

It was a little noisy from the road, but that's because our windows were always open. If you are travelling with kids, note that there is no gentle entrance to the sea

Fehlerhafte Zimmerbeschreibung und unfreundliche Besitzerin.

Der Aussenbereich am Fjord ist sehr schön. Appartement groß und sauber

Zimmerbeschreibung leider irreführend. Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht, da eine eigene Terrasse mit Seeblick angeboten wurde. Unsere eigene Terrasse war der Treppenabsatz mit Blick in den Hinterhof (Metallwerkstatt und Straße inkl. Lärm). Nachdem wir die Besitzerin auf die irreführende Beschreibung hingewiesen haben, wurden wir sehr unfreundlich zurechtgewiesen und behandelt. Sie meinte, wenn es uns nicht passt, können wir ja gehen. Schade, wenn so unprofessionell und unhöflich mit den Gästen umgegangen wird. Wir können die Unterkunft deshalb leider nicht empfehlen.
