Kotor Sunset Apartments

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a peaceful location just outside the busier part of Kotor. Walking to the old town is possible, although the walk back is quite long and steep uphill. The view over the Kotor bay is simply amazing, and watching the sunset from the terrace or the swimming pool is a real highlight. The number of apartments and guests is just right: not too busy, yet not too quiet. The property is beautifully maintained, with fruit trees and even a small white bunny. Private parking on the property is available, which is unique in the area. We really enjoyed our vacation here and would happily stay again.

If we need to find something, maybe a few hangers in the bathroom would be handy.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered absolutely breathtaking views. The pool area was fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay. Communication was excellent throughout, always quick, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to the gentleman who looked after the pool and the property. He was incredibly kind and welcoming. He showed us shortcuts to the sea, brought us fresh figs, and even pointed out where we could pick tomatoes from the garden. Small gestures like these made our stay even more memorable.

The only aspect that made us feel a little ”uncomfortable” was the security on the ground floor. The entrance to the property was always open, and the terrace door was very easy to force open if someone wanted to. Nothing happened during our stay, but it left us feeling a bit uneasy. If (when) we return, we would probably choose an apartment on a higher floor with a balcony, simply because it would feel more secure and offer a bit more privacy. This is entirely our personal preference rather than a criticism of the property itself. We also found the taxi service arranged through the accommodation to be quite expensive sometimes. But in the other hand very easy to arrange and everything went very smooth.

Everything was perfect. Great modernly furnished apartments with all the necessary household appliances. We spent a great two weeks with a beautiful view, a clean pool, helpful staff, wonderful grandma's donuts and gifts from hostess Maria. See you next year, dears!!!

Super nice apartment on a ground floor with almost direct access to the swimming pool. We really enjoyed the pool each evening after our return from daily trips. The pool was accessible until 11 PM and this was a great option for relaxing after a hot day busy with sightseeing. The apartment overall very nice, with kitchen and all necessary equipment. The registration at the office was quick. We received all necessary and clear instructions. The host welcomed us upon arrival to the apartment and helped with luggage. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The view from the terrace with the pool was also amazing! Location very good, close to old Kotor town.

The shower cabin was bit small for my size plus the soap dispenser was broken. But the rest was perfect.
