Lovely!

Felt like home. Gorgeous view, everything was complete, toilet floor is heated. The host is really super lovely, helped us carrying the luggage to 3rd floor.

Electricity was out for 3 times. One time in the morning for 2 hours. But nothing much we can do, due to bad weather

There’s nothing not to like about the apartment. The outside of the building had rubbish lying around and there is a little dog that barked a lot living downstairs but I wouldn’t let this put you off staying here

Stunning views, beautiful apartment

The views from the balcony are incredible, could never get bored of them. The apartment itself is a great size and extremely comfortable. Has everything you could need. Hosts were great, no issues with communication, everything was explained well. Would stay again next time I'm in the Kotor area. As others have mentioned it is up quite a few stairs so maybe not great for people with reduced mobility, the area around (down to the old town, beach etc) is also quite hilly. The walk to the old town is about 20 minutes, taxi back up is about €5.

It’s very comfortable and easy access to Kotor city. The property had all the facilities one would require for a perfect holiday. Very clean and comfortable

Wonderful apartment with great views and supplies everything you need

The hosts were fantastic! They met us at arrival and helped us carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. They had a bottle of wine, Coke, bottled water, and milk in the fridge for us as well as a few snacks. They also gave us great recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the area. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need and the grocery store is the next building over where we grabbed groceries for daily breakfast. The apartment was spacious and perfect size for 4 people.

The only issue we had with this apartment was the noise. There is absolutely no soundproofing in the apartment. You can hear everything from the family living directly above so clearly as if they were in the next room.

It was a beautiful home with a brilliant view. We had everything we needed and would definitely recommend the place. Ana was the best host, so lovely and extremely helpful.

Comfortable apartment

Apartment was spacious and clean. Good for a couple or a family with young children.

It was too far from the old town and it was a very steep walk home. There is only 1 bathroom and the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds is small and no air con. Not great with 2 couples.

Great stay

very pleasant reception by the owners husband. The appartement was fully equiped with all necessities.very close, also walking distance to the old town along the boulevard with nice bars and restaurants. Convenient supermarket just down of the appartement. Daytime may be busy but at night very quiet so we slept like babies, the only problem with that my other half woke up from my snoring, Again, Ana and family are very helpful. Thanks for the stay and services

Enjoy a lot

The view is beautiful and Ana is so friendly. During the living she helps us a a lot. We enjoyed the warm upholstery and the well-equipped articles of daily use. Btw the location is close to the health center so it is convenient to see a doctor if you need.

Hiking is a little bit tiring but it is not a matter compare to the good scenery and wonderful living experience(^_^)

Our experience was amazing at Ana's place. The hosts exceeded our expectations and facilitated everything for us and more (eg. showing us around, providing transport) The bathroom and kitchen facilities were extremely clean and the hosts were also very prompt in communicating with us whenever we needed. If we were to visit Kotor again wuld definitely stay here! :)

Overall we really loved the apartment and Ana was really helpful.

The apartment itself was lovely - spacious, clean and well equipped. The kitchen in particular had so many plates etc, we could have held a dinner party! Parking was available and this was great as parking is a problem generally in Kotor. Air con was only in the living room but we left the bedroom doors open if it was too hot and this kept the temperature down. It was VERY hot outside so this was definitely fine.

I booked Ana's place because it was close to where my son was staying - the 8 minute walk from his place to ours was quite hard as it was up a steep hill. And the apartment was 25 mins from the old Town. However if I had booked near the old town the price would have been higher so this was a good compromise and good value. I had not expected the apartment to be in a block of flats so it was a bit hard to find - my wife had to ask someone; they knew Ana and rang her - then she saw Ana on the balcony and that's how we got in. Perhaps a good idea would be to have a sign in the car park at the time of arrival...maybe even hang sign over the balcony so it could be seen from the road! Just a thought.

Stunning View

The apartment has a great location, 5 minutes walk from beach and beach front caffes and restaurants, right next to the apartment was a big supermarket, the apartment has his own private parking, the house was very fresh repaired and designed with very beautiful style also it was clean and tidy, the host has prepared all the necessary staff for 10 days living for 4 people, Ana and her husband are great hosts they were very kind and helpful, and the most important thing the apartment has the best stunning view to the beautiful Kotor bay, If you are looking for a good place to stay in Kotor we highly recommend to choose Ana’s place this apartment will be the best choice

Beautiful apartment 😍

The apartment is really modern. We enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook. Only few steps away (5 minutes walking) you will find many spots to swim. And it’s less crowded. Also to the kotor city you have only 20 minutes to walk or you can take a taxi for 3-4 euros. All in all we are truly happy that we selected this apartment. The main reason is definitely THE host! Ana and her husband are amazing people. They did everything for us and were reachable all the time. It’s difficult to find such caring people, thanks❤️!

"The vew from the balcony was amazing, The location is very good, pretty calm, 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes walking to the old Town. A supermarket is directly beside the buildibg. The hosts are wonderful people, helpful, they replied all our questions and helped us in many situations. they take really good care of the property. The house was cozy and clean. You can find any thing you need, there is AC in the sitting room. I would gladly come back anytime, highly recommended. Thanks for the great hosts Ana and Gracia."

Chic apartment with breathtaking balcony views

This is the best apartment I ever stayed in for vacation. Our stay couldn’t have been nicer due to the amazing location, comfort, and the absolute beauty of the apartment’s design. The hosts were nicest people of all. We had some personal issues during our stay and they gladly helped us in resolving the issue. The view from the well-furnished balcony is one of a kind. The apartment is also equipped with AC which made our stay so much more enjoyable. In a word, staying there for just one night was a big mistake. Would definitely come back!

食器、ペーパー類、トースター、洗剤等の日曜備品をしっかり揃えてくれ、全く不自由が無かった。またオーナーがコトルでのタクシーに乗る時の注意点等や運転手への説明の仕方などしっかり教えてくれ、それがとても役立った。また、隣がスーパーで、大変便利でした。バルコニーからの景色は最高でした。部屋も広く、とても快適。またここに泊まりたいと思いました。

エレベーターが無い点。ただし、オーナーが頑張ってスーツケースを運んでくれたので、困りませんでした。頑張って運んでくれたオーナーに感謝です。

Znakomite miejsce na zwiedzanie Kotoru i Boki.

Obszerny, zadbany, dobrze wyposażony apartament z dwoma sypialniami, salonem i dużą kuchnią. Piękny widok na zatokę. Do Kotoru 20 minut spacerkiem. Sklep w budynku obok. Przed budynkiem jest parking, na którym zawsze znajdzie się jakieś wolne miejsce.

Apartament jest na 4 piętrze w bloku bez windy.

Очень и очень понравились апартаменты, чисто, уютно, оформлены с любовью, есть все необходимое для проживания и даже больше, много кухонной посуды, моющие средства, стиральная машина, посудомойка и самое главное доброжелательная и отзывчивая хозяйка, всегда на связи и готова подсказать при необходимости. Спасибо ей огромное!

В маленьком санузле был запах канализации, это некритично на фоне всех остальных достоинств этих апартаментов.

Avons passé un bon séjour.Hôtes très sympathiques

Logement propre et très bien équipé.avec une vue superbe sur les Bouches de Kotor . Ana et son mari sont très accueillants et dévoués.

L’annonce stipule qu’il y a 2 salles de bains. Il n’y en a qu’une ,l’autre étant un WC avec lave mains. Il manque également une cafetière électrique.
