Simply stunning

The most amazing location with stunning views. Our host Gracia, was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He had great local recommendations and helped with a boat trip (that picked us up from the jetty outside), taxi and an earlier check in. The apartment is even nicer than the pics and spotlessly clean. There is a good shop about 15 mins walk away and a couple of restaurants nearby, including the one next door (look out for grumpy owner) - all of which have amazing views.

Car parking is first come first served. We managed to get something every day but not always in the designated bay outside the property.

Perfect location in a great apartment

This appartment seemed to have the best location. Dobrota is an upmarket place, with incredibly beautiful promenade, clean, with many restaurants and bars. Only a few minutes drive to Kotor. You literally don't need anything more than the place itself, which offers everything. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We also had coffee, tea, honey, sugar and some other bits and bobs for salads and small cooking. The view is stunning, the deck outside offers you a place to sunbathe, there is also a terrace where you can relax or eat. The property has also got a washing room. Beautifully maintained, very clean, comfortable, fantastic location. The boat we hired for a private trip was able to take us straight from the appointment, due to the deck. The restaurant and terrace next to the appointment, named Babilon, is perfect to eat and relax till late in the night. To mention here that due to location, you will enjoy the sun all day long. There are aces where the sun goes beyond the mountain at 6 pm, then the fun is gone. We loved the place fully. Highly recommend. Is even better than the pictures were showing.

Montenegro în general lacks infrastructure. Our journeys from Tivat airport to Budva and from there to Kotor, was a true adventure. Although there are taxis, the journeys take 2-3 times longer and are expensive. You have to negotiate the price and make sure you don't pay by taximeter.

We had a relaxing vacation, we enjoyed both the sea and the mountain. It’s the perfect place to clear your mind.

We loved the location, it was 2 steps across the sea. When the sun was burning in the afternoon we stayed on the terase in the garden and enjoyed the view of the bay. It’s so confortable to be albe to go home or go to the sea whenever you want. There is a restaurant right next to the location. It’s a 40-60 min walk to Kotor City Center, and 15 min drive to Perast.

A delightful stay in a delightful country

Close to the water

The lead photo showing the view out the window is a little deceiving. While that is the view from one of the top floors we were on the first floor so our view was of the garden patio. Not a major drawback but should be noted. FYI we liked being on the main first floor for ease of access

We spent 2 wonderful days with friends in this house and plan to come back again

We were traveling as a company of 10 people, so we took up all 3 floors of this beautiful home! Each floor is a separate fully equipped apartment with a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and two double bedrooms. The apartments have all utensils, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and TVs. There is everything to live comfortably in this house for an extended period of time. Special attention deserves a stunning view from one on the Kotovsky Bay. Also on the territory of the house there is a beautiful terrace with tables and a pier right by the bay. There are several restaurants with very good food within walking distance. Thanks a lot!

Remarkable apartment with sea view.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment in Montenegro, and I can confidently say that it was worth every euro. The location was truly remarkable, situated near the sea, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploring. But what truly made this apartment stand out was the fantastic sea view, truly a sight to behold. It felt like staying in the pearl of Montenegro. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Montenegro.

the apartment was in excellent shape, views are fantastic, space for parking and also this location provided ideal view of the bay April is a good time to avoid crowds but the sea temperatures are low to enjoy nearby beaches

nothing really, except from the room scent like smell coming from the AC but we simply did not need an AC in April

Location. Vista, view and layout.

Sadly, limited cooking materials in kitchen, limited cleaning supplies and bathroom was cold. Extra towels, tea bags and cooking utensils would be an improvement. I didn’t feel well about being called to vacate and the owner standing outside to see us leave. A key deposit is an alternative option for that rather than place uncomfortable pressure onto guests to leave under supervision.

The location was amazing - the room had a sea view and the sea is just across the street. The host was amazing and very helpful with everything we needed. We were amazed with the hospitality and the apartment in general. We can't wait to come back to this place!

Exceptional

The apartments are really fantastic, with great facilities and in a jaw dropping location. Wel appointed, with air conditioning and a fabulous bathroom. The beds were comfortable and it was all very clean when we arrived. The apartments are right on the seafront with a private jetty with plenty of sun beds. The location is great as it gets plenty of breeze. The owners are fantastic and will arrange taxis within ten minutes, which you will probably need at some point as it is a good 4km+ into old Kotor restaurant immediately to the right of the apartment ( literally a stones throw from the front door) is well worth a visit!! Free wifi was a hit with my daughter!

Traffic, getting in and out of Kotor is not good and may take 45 minutes in both directions. For that reason I would not recommend it as a base for exploring the area.

Wunderbare Bucht von Kotor

Mit der Bucht von Kotor hatten wir den perfekten Pool direkt vor der Haustür. Herausragende Lage, bezaubernder Aussicht insbesondere von der Terrasse. Eigentlich sogar schöner als es die Fotos erwarten lassen. Modernes und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Appartement im Erdgeschoss. Altstadt von Kotor mit beschaulichen Gassen und wunderbarer Stimmung in den Abendstunden.

Wir sind mit dem Flugzeug angereist und kochen auch gern selbst. In diesem Fall wäre etwas mehr Ausstattung in der Küche empfehlenswert. Aber eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Iskustvo koje se pamti cijelog života! Apartman se nalazi na prelijepoj lokaciji, vjerovatno na najljepšem mjestu u cijelom zaljevu. Smješten je u prekrasnoj kamenoj zgradi s uređenim vrtom i pogledom na zaljev koji oduzima dah. Čistoća apartmana je besprijekorna, a saradnja s vlasnikom za svaku pohvalu. Definitivno se vraćamo!
