Great views!

The view is lovely and the apartment is great.

We didn’t hire a car and it was a good 40 minutes walk into the centre and to a reasonably priced beach bar. My daughter left some clothes in a drawer and despite having asked several times for these to be posted back to us, this has not yet happened.

Spacious and bright apartments

Spacious, clean and bright apartments, very comfortable, with fresh renovations. The kitchen has everything needed for living—appliances, dishes, and a dishwasher. We really enjoyed our staying there.

Superb stay!

Great Apartment

Very clean and very well furnished. The kitchen and lounge area were exceptional and very spacious. The host (Marina) has done a really good job at providing lots of extras. She also sorted our tourist tax for us and had the apartment ready for an early check in. Air conditioning worked well. Dishwasher and the washing machine were a good bonus! Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space also. Lovely view over the bay but probably better on the top floor (we were on the 2nd floor) as there are a few buildings blocking parts of the view. Location was nice and quiet. And there's free parking.

Bathroom was functional but could do with a bit of a makeover. The pool was nice but it could have benefited from some shade. A few parasols would have made a nice little area more comfortable. These dislikes in no way impacted our stay though.

Lovely place and good food

Excellent inside. Beds very comfortable, good to have tv and Netflix if you were relaxing. . Balcony with a great view , but only to your right as on the left large building blocks to the right.. small pool but lovely to cool of in. It was a five minute walk to the front, which had loads of restaurants to the left and right of it. These restaurants we felt were the better restaurants. Kotor town is a 30 minute walk , but you can stop and have a drink in one of the bars along the way. Also plenty of steps or small gravel beaches to get into the sea.

I would have liked a bit more information , like buses, trips, medical help if needed. Taxi can be a rip off. There are plenty of them. Get the apartment to arrange your transfer. They were helpful for this, but all communication by text.

The view, the beds were comfy, the door locking system, parking, and the size of the apartments was amazing.

Great short stay near Kotor! Perfect for large groups!

The apartment was perfect for the big group of 5 that we were! Very spacious rooms and nice/modern interior decor! The WiFi was spectacularly fast and parking right in front was very comfortable.

We booked a "Sea-view" apartment, although we could definitely see the sea/bay the view was quite obstructed by the awful lot of construction that is present around: power lines, construction sites and unfinished buildings. Also cleanliness was not that great. Although I recognise that it is hard to deal with the problem, we spotted quite a few cockroaches, especially in the bathroom, although nothing serious. The floor also clearly hadn't been vacuumed. Moreover, if the apartment is said to house 5-6 people, the utensils in the kitchen should also reflect that. But overall, apart from these small considerations, it was a great stay!

Beautiful view, but overpriced

The view to the sea was very nice. Kitchener was well supplied with glasses, dishes, pots and pans.

Before arriving I sent multiple messages and there was no reply. After arriving we discovered the tv was broken. I contacted the owner and they replaced it right away. The windows looking out to the sea were either dirty or stained. The location does not have a good road. One spot on the road near the building has a large stone coming up from the road. It’s difficult to see the stone area when driving and I hit the bottom of my caron the stone area. Fortunately I was driving slowly. The stone area should either be removed or some sort of sign needs to be installed around the stone area to warn drivers. The apartment is overpriced for what you get.

Great location and great view from the upper floors.

Location. It has a pool. Large living room with big windows.

There is no from ground level and the view from the room is obscured by some buildings, a couple half built. The pool area needed a bit of maintenance.

Reasonable apartment but overpriced based on what’s provided in reality

Lounge and dining area were of a good size with comfortable furniture. Dishwasher and fridge were both a good size. The pool water was clean and a good temperature. Marina was responsive via message with answering questions and provided more bedsheets and towels on request. There is a lovely little beach 5/10 minutes walk away by Huma hotel but I would recommend hiring a car to make it easier to get around.

Apartment 2 was looking tired in places despite the apartments being relatively new. There were quite a few large marks and chips in the plaster work and paint peeling off the bedrooms walls which suggests a lack of care when the property was decorated initially. There was some masking tape still up at the ceiling in the space between the bedrooms (perhaps been there since 2019!) and the shower fixture wasn’t securely fixed to the wall. The apartment could have been cleaner and so too could have the communal areas around the pool and staircase. The kitchen contained basic equipment but as we were there for 11 nights and wanted to use the self catering facilities to prepare food, we would have liked to have had more glasses, cutlery and chopping boards. There was also no toaster in the apartment despite the general description saying there was one. Whilst Marina was very responsive when we asked questions and had issues (one of the single beds was very squeaking which kept my son awake but Marina organised for a service person to fix this on a same day we reported it), it would have been really helpful to have arrived to some general information on where certain things in relation to the property where such as the nearest bus stop, where waste should be disposed of, the nearest shops etc. It took several messages to Marina and a couple of days of being there to figure these things out. Description says elegant balcony for alfresco dining but in reality the balcony for apartment 2 is tiny and there was not enough room for 4 people to sit comfortably and eat a meal. The table is too small to hold several plates and glasses. The furniture on the balcony was tired looking (see photo) and whilst we were there we looked out on two piles of rubble. Description also says it’s a 20 minutes walk to Kotor old town but if you walk along the bay, which is more scenic and safer route than taking the main road, starting at Huma hotel it is 3km.

All in all we enjoyed our stay!!

We liked the location, the size of the apartment and that it was well equipped and comfortable. The pool was great! Big and clean! We also liked the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts.

The cleanliness of the sheets and towels were not so convincing (but we got some extras on request!), and the street in front of the house makes it a bit dusty but it is not a disaster.

Lovely apartment and very clean. The pool is a bonus and it is in a nice location, not too far from the centre but and peaceful. Marina was very helpful, the check-in was easy.

The single beds were a bit squeaky and there could be some more cooking utensils. The view from the balcony could be a bit nicer on the ground floor but we knew what we were getting.

The apartment have 2 rooms, which is Nice when traveling with kids. Pool is Nice, a bit smaller then expectet from the pictures. The wiev is amazing.

the cleaning was okay but could have been better, the shower cabin was worn and the doors were difficult to close as they were defective. kitchen doors also hung. A bit dificult to find the apartment is Google Maps.

Spacious appartment with stunning view of Kotor Bay (and its cruiseships)

We were hiking tru the Balkan so the washing machine was an absolute bonus. It is nicer to stay in Dobrota than in Kotor. The apartments are much more spacious and luxurious. The boulevard on site is also more beautiful (and less busy).

Appartment is only located on a very steep hill (view therefor is stunning!) so if you have difficulties walking it is a no go. Also, you must have a car or be prepared to pay for a taxi, there is no public transport in the vicinity.

The location or the property is excellent for the beach, many local restaurants (with fabulous waterfront settings), the local bakery (so much choice of local breads, pastries etc) and a small supermarket all within easy reach. Having a pool is a real added bonus with a 12 and 14 year old. We had a second floor (number 5) 2 bed flat. These flats are very new and have been done well and are modern inside with cooking facilities. The views of Kotor Bay from the second floor are seriously AMAZING. I think they would be good from the first floor too. It worked really well for us and we had a great 6 nights and would defintely go back. The apartments are within easy reach of Old Town Kotor (35 minute walk) or 5 euros by taxi. Perfect weather. You can also do boat trips or trips to Skadar or the other national parks from here. I would also like to say that communication whilst booking and during our time there was excellent from Marina. The few issues we had were resolved quickly and she was always able to respond quickly.

the flats are very new and with a little attention to detail (removing masking tape around the doors, spilled paint on the floors/doors) they will be first class. There is also some building work going on close by (like anywhere in Montenegro) and the road is unmade to the apartments. None of this took away from our stay I am mentioning it so others looking to book can make an informed choice. By 2023 this will probably all be resolved anyway.

The apartment is lovely, very clean and equipped with everything that one needs. It was my third trip to Kotor and the best accommodation so far. I would definitely come back here.

We had the apartment at the ground floor so the view was not that great, but it wasn't a big inconvenience compared with how much we enjoyed staying here.

To raczej rada dla gości że podjazd od ulicy tej głównej jak prowadzi nawigacja jest bardzo stromy i niskim samochodem można zahaczyć przy wjeździe. Radzę wjeżdżać z drugiej strony od tej ulicy wyżej PUT III.

Bel appartement pour une découverte de Kotor

Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé Proche du centre de Kotor et avec stationnement ce qui est précieux dans ce quartier. Echanges fluides avec l'hôte qui est très réactif.

La vue est un peu gâchée par un container présent juste devant la fenêtre. Les containers à poubelle trop loin de l'immeuble

Ruhig und sauber. Schöner Pool

Das Appartement liegt etwas nördlich von Kotor. Die Zufahrt ist recht steil, aber das ist dort nicht unüblich. Zum Strand neben dem Hotel Huma sind es wenige Gehminuten. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäckerei ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ingesamt hat das Haus sechs Wohnungen über drei Etagen. Aus dem Erdgeschoss hat man eine eingeschränkte Sicht auf einen Abschnitt der Bucht. Parkplätze sind vor den Garagen im Untergeschoss vorhanden. Die Garagen werden nicht von Gästen genutzt. Ein schöner Pool und eine Außendusche sind erfrischend. Um den Pool gibt es einige Liegen, die bis in den frühen Nachmittag teils im Schatten sind. Ab dem Nachmittag bis in den Abend hinein stehen die Liegen in der Sonne. Wir haben den Pool und die Dusche dort auch noch spätabends ruhig genutzt, um uns bei den heißen Temperaturen nach einem Ausflug in eine der hübschen Städte zu erfrischen. Kotor kann man zu Fuß in gut 15 Minuten entlang einer ruhigen Straße am Ufer der Bucht erreichen. Mit dem PKW sind es frühmorgens 5 Minuten, je nach Tageszeit wegen des erdrückenden Verkehrs auch mal 25 Minuten. Parkplätze gibt es rund um die Altstadt ausreichend, wenn auch nicht günstig. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, gepflegt, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Spülmaschine mit vielen Tabs, Ofen, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierfächer. Alle Zimmer haben ruhige und effektive Klimaanlagen. Die Waschmaschine haben wir gerne auf unserer Balkantour genutzt, um Strandhandtücher und Unterwäsche durchzuwaschen. Sogar Waschpulver wurde gestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Keine Fliegendrähte an den Fenstern. Treppenhaus und die Außenanlagen rund um den Pool könnten mehr gepflegt werden.

Bekvämt och fräscht boende med härlig pool. Vi trivdes verkligen!

Vi trivdes så bra här! Lägenheten var mycket bekväm och ren. Vi gillade verkligen poolen, för ett snabbt dopp eller för att tillbringa några timmar. Det var nära till en liten affär och bageri där vi bl.a. handlade frukost. Även kort promenad ner till strandpromenaden som går in till Kotor. Värden var hjälpsam och check-in och ut gick smidigt. Vi var sex, varav tre barn och det gick fint att sova i bäddsoffan.

Vi har inte mycket att klaga på, det var väldigt bra. Kanske lite för litet för oss sex med möbler och glas för att äta men det gick bra. Utsikten kan vara lite skymd men utsikt hade vi och den var fin!
