Very relaxing stay with wonderful views

Clean, spacious apartment, perfect location - 2 mins from beach, plenty of restaurants and short and cheap bus ride back and too from Kotor Old Town. We had the garden view apartment with lots of space and still had a view of the mountains/sea.

A little more communication from the host, our taxi could not find the area from the address which was a bit worrying and host was not available, lucky when we eventually found the apartment the key location was quite hidden so would have needed a photo of the location to assist.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment in a beautiful spot

Highly recommend this place! We stayed in the 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment on the 3rd out of 4 floors and it was lovely. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The balcony has sun loungers as well as comfy chairs and had an excellent view, it was very pleasant to spend time out there. The balcony gets full sun from about 11am (behind the house before this in April) until sundown and there is a parasol for shade. The showers were hot and powerful. There was a large TV with access to Netflix and Prime (if you have an account). The back bedroom is ensuite (with shower) and there is another bathroom too with shower over bath. The beds were comfy and air con was available, although we only used it once briefly in April. There are 3 balcony doors off the living room which provide a nice breeze. There is a decent shop and a bakery nearby (few mins walk) and the beach is just down the steps at the front of the house. We went in the sea lots (about 16 degrees water temp) as we had lovely weather, bright and warm every day (with the odd short rain shower or cloud some mornings). There are a couple of bars and some restaurants nearby (more were getting ready to open in May). Snack Bar Forum is a good little bar on the waterfront (drinks only, despite the name) and Luka's Oyster bar about a 15 min walk in the Perast direction was a lovely spot with excellent fish. Parking at the apartment was easy and this was an excellent spot in Dobrota. Kotor itself felt busy/hectic and always had traffic issues, this was a great, relaxing place away from that. I would definitely recommend it. Marina was also prompt and friendly in answering queries and flexible with check in times. FYI. The photos are a little unclear, but there are 4 apartments (one on each level) here. Parking is at the back, with a small external staircase down to reach the ground and 1st floor and then internal stairs to reach the apartments on the top 2 levels. A great stay! Loved it!

The stay was sensational. Lovely place with large spaces in the suite.

There is a well-stocked shop and a sensational bakery in the neighbourhood. The delicious breads and other baked goods - including pizza - were an incredibly good part of Wednesdays and other meals. The flat was very spacious and had 3 terraces/balconies from which to enjoy the amazing views of the Bay of Kotor. We were there in January. It was a sensational time to visit and relax without the crowds of tourists.

I have no negative comments.

Beautiful apartment right by the sea and close to Kotor

We stayed in the ground floor apartment with a gorgeous little front garden and steps that led straight from the garden down to the sea. Beautiful apartment, well equipped, very clean. Would highly recommend, we would love to stay again!

דירה מודרנית ומרווחת. נקייה ומצוידת היטב. בעלת הבית היתה זמינה לכל שאלה שהיתה לנו. המיקום מצויין ונוף מהמם שנשקף ממרפסת רחבת ידיים. אנחנו היינו עם רכב אבל יש גם תחבורה ציבורית בסביבה. יש מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט במרחק 200 מטר.

Mimoza dairesi konaklamamız

Evin konumu çok iyiydi ,balkondan manzara müthişti,merdevinlerle direkt denize iniliyor. 2 numaralı dairede 6 kişi konakladik. Evde her şey yeniydi ve yeterliydi. Yataklar rahatti. Balkonda büyük bir masa olsa daha iyi olurdu.

Tek sıkıntı üst kattaki çocuklu ailenin çocukları sabah çok erken koşturup, mobilyaları çekip gürültü yaptılar uyuyamadık.

Très bel appartement, avec magnifique vue sur mer

Très bon emplacement pour graviter autour de la baie de Kotor. Très grand appartement et très belle terrasse avec vue mer. Literie et équipements de qualité. Appartement très lumineux, facile d accès.

L'eau de la baignoire qui coule partout car mal installée, obligés de passer la serpillière après chaque douche. Des fourmis sur le plan de travail de la cuisine. Et des nuisances sonores à cause des locataires du dessus, avec 3 enfants qui couraient et sautaient dans tous les sens, nous avons été réveillés tous les matins à 6h!!
