Wonderful accommodation

We were very delayed in arriving due to traffic, and the owner was very happy to meet us at 11pm. She was also very accommodating in helping us set up the sofa beds in the lounge

The kitchen is a little small for cooking meals- a microwave and toaster would help

Still the best place to stay in Montenegro

This is my second time staying here, and it’s just as amazing as I remembered. The location is perfect – right next to the sea and close to Kotor. What makes it really nice is the swimming pool, which is rare for a place this close to the sea. The apartment is very spacious with a lovely terrace overlooking the pool, and the family who owns it is incredibly friendly. I loved it the first time, I loved it this time, and I’ll definitely be back again!

The apartment was very spacious and the heated pool was great. The host Nada couldn’t have been more helpful and kind and all the staff of the hotel next door were also lovely. The apartment also had stunning views over to the ocean

Great location within easy reach of the seafront where there is a supermarket and small selection of restaurants. A 15 minute walk and you reach a wider selection of bars and a 30 minute walk and you are in old town kotor. Views are stunning, pool was lovely (we were swimming despite the rain) The host is very friendly and accommodating Great place to stay ... loved it!!!!!

Not a big issue but boiler is quite small so we had to time the showers but it wasn't a big deal at all and wouldn't stop us returning. Local taxis sometimes have a problem locating the property so ask to be dropped off/picked up from either hotel Alkima or Dobrotaski Divori restaurant (the apartments are between the two)

Excellent apartment!

This apartment is next to the Hotel Alkima and are sharing the same pool. There was a lady waiting for us for giving us the keys. We stayed in the three bedroom apartment and there was 5 of us. In 2 rooms were a queen bed and the third one was 2 single beds. We had separate living room and a kitchen. Kitchen was nicely equipped. And every room had air conditioning! Very clean and we got new towels often. Our shower drain filled up pretty easily though, but when we mention it they came and fixed it. Also we had to ask for more toilet paper quite often, but we didn't mind. The lady didn't speak much english and the next day she came with a phone and google translation that she needed our passports so she could go and register us. (this is something that in Montenegro you need to do) this was included in the price of the apartment. Location was nice, beautiful view of the sea, about 30 min walk to the old town, but there was buses going, which we didn't end up using. We stayed for a 1 week and never left Kotor, beautiful everywhere you looked!

At the pool you weren't allowed to drink your own drinks or eat your own food, the Hotel staff would come and take your orders though. We ordered some drinks, but we did have our own water bottle with us, which they did not forbid.

Appartement agréable et bien situé

L'appartement est très agréable, situé au bord de l'eau. Il faut bien compter 25-30 mn à pieds pr se rendre dans la vieille ville mais le chemin est très agréable le long de la mer. La piscine chauffée est très sympa.

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'appartement (il faut passer par l'hôtel pour s'y rendre) .

Ruime appartement vlakbij zee

Wij hebben nog niet eerder zo'n ruim en luxe appartement gehad voor deze prijs. Het appartement is vlakbij het strand, een winkeltje en een paar goede restaurants. De beheerder is erg behulpzaam.

Het zwembad is aan de kleine kant. Het appartement had iets beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden voor we kwamen. Zo vonden we gebruikte zakdoeken achter ons bed.

Želim da izrazim duboku zahvalnost vlasnicima na ovim divnim apartmanima. Lokacija, čistoća. Apartman je veoma udoban, ima sve za život. Divan bazen, blizina mora 3 minuta. Imao je sopstveno parking mesto.

Goed appartement op een prachtige locatie

We huurden het tweekamerappartement. Dit heeft een overdekt terras, dat direct grenst aan het zwembad van hotel Alkima. In beide slaapkamers (met airco) zijn een groot tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed. Er zijn twee badkamers. Een aparte keuken en een zitkamer (met airco). Achter het appartement is nog een zitje. Het appartement is goed ingericht. De keuken is basic met koelkast, twee kookpitten en een waterkoker. In de badkamer waren problemen met de afvoer en lekkage, die na onze melding werden aangepakt. De eigenaresse woont vlakbij, is zeer vriendelijk en gemakkelijk te bereiken. Vanuit het appartement ben je via een voetpad vlakbij de oever, waar verschillende restaurants op loopafstand zijn. Ook Kotor is gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken. Met de auto ben je er ook snel, hoewel het op de toegangsweg enorm druk kan zijn. Een prima uitvalsbasis voor het ontdekken van dit prachtige stukje Montenegro.

We misten een koffiezetapparaat in de keuken. Er kan alleen contact betaald worden. De muziek bij het zwembad en achter het huis had voor ons niet gehoeven.
