Modern, comfortable, great location

This was a fabulous property. The host was incredibly kind, very helpful, and very professional. The room was very clean, modern and chic. It was also pretty quiet. Great location. Supermarket right there, easy walk to the water and old town. Bathroom was spacious enough very modern and clean. Spacious mini fridge, with kettle and a variety of teas. Bed was very comfortable, wifi was great. I had a garden view, so nothing fancy. But it was still a pleasant view. Would stay here again! Highly recommend.

Modern apartments close to old town and the bay

Great host. Never seen the host more eager to help with anything and provide. Need beach towels? No problem, free of charge. Regarding the property, very modern and comfortable rooms. Have anything you need for 2 nights stay. Location - 15 min to to the city by foot. However, since property is so close to the bay, taking a stroll with the bay view is quite enjoyable on the way to old town.

The only thing I regretted is not to book better room - with balcony on bay view and kitchen. Bus since we were travelling on a budget, we chose cheaper room. Would definitely come back and upgrade the room choice.

Just perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kotor! The room was spacious, clean, and modern.. exactly what we needed. The location was perfect: just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town and right by the water. We especially loved the beautiful terrace and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. But what truly made our stay special was the lovely host. She greeted us so warmly and made us feel at home from the very first moment. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor!

Amazing stay with an excellent host!

We stayed here for 4 nights and we had an amazing time. It’s a great location with only a 15 minute walk to the old town, and the walk to it is along the sea front with great views. Our host Ivana was excellent, she checked in with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed & also went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend this property

Just perfect 😁

We can highly recommend this property – it’s modern, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Ivana was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for restaurants, bars, shops, and more. We were visiting for a family wedding, and Ivana went above and beyond by arranging a speedboat and taxis whenever we needed, which really helped take the stress out of our trip. The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the waterfront restaurants and about 10–15 minutes to the Old Town. We had a truly amazing stay and will definitely be returning soon!

Lovely stay

The property was clean and the room was kept in good condition. The location was very good only being a 15/20 min walk to the old town and along the seafront which is a lovely walk and doesn’t feel like it’s very far. The host, Ivana, was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. She checks to make sure if you need anything or can help with anything but she doesn’t pester or bother you at all. Overall, very good for the price and a lovely stay.

Ivana, our host was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. This family run business are very good at making sure their guests are happy and the attention to detail was also appreciated. Ivana’s English is also excellent. We enjoyed relaxing in the afternoon on the lovely balcony with a view of Kotor Bay. The apartment was really comfortable, spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It’s a short walk to the bus stop, the supermarket and to the Ild Town. We would highly recommend this stay to others.

Great location (we were a 5 minute walk from the beach) and incredibly clean rooms with modern facilities! Ivanna was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to care of us and make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Really lovely place; furnishings, shower powerful, air con, kettle and a fabulous host, in a fantastic location, just far enough away from the madding crowds at Kotor. Lovely 20 minute coastal walk into Kotor and easy to get out and about to other places, with parking a bonus. There’s some lovely restaurants within a short stroll of the property. I cannot recommend it enough.

Beautiful place, perfectly located, only 10 minutes walk from Kotor old town city. There are some restaurants, supermarkets and bakery near the apartment, so everything you could need! The host is really nice, ready to help whenever you need. I would highly recommend this place!

Ivana was an exceptional host who welcomed us warmly and very helpful . Free parking. Our room was great. Newly renovated with beautiful bathroom, great shower pressure. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed ever. AC works well and had strong wifi. Location very good. Close to the waterfront and a pleasant 15 min walk along the water to the old town. Plenty of lovely restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The location was perfect. On walking distance from the old city, but just out of the biggest crowd. The room is super nice, the bed is verry nice. Price quality its perfect. Its great to have a parking place in this aria as well!

This apartment is very good value for money. Clean, modern small apartment with all the necessary things. The view over Kotor Bay from the balcony was beautiful. The owner was very sweet, helpfuld and accommodating! If we ever go to Kotor again we will definitely stay here. :-)

The hostess is truly exceptional! Ivana helped me with so much and was so hospitable. The room is clean and the air con was excellent.

My recommendation is to grab a taxi if you arrive from the bus stop as I lost the path walking up. You need to learn the route which I was then taking down via the seafront.
