The apartment is perfectly located - near beach, grocery store/shopping mall and old town. Everything you need is within walking distance. While being so central it’s quiet and you can enjoy AMAZING view from the balcony overlooking the bay. There is complimentary coffee, team, juices, water and even a local wine on the house :) Vlad goes above and beyond for his guests to make them feel welcomed at his place. He gives tips on activities, things to see and places to eat at - you couldn’t wish for a better host!

The property was very clean and tidy with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Host was amazing and had lots of info and tips on local area. Views from balcony were amazing and only a short 5min walk into the old town. Would definitely recommend you stay here when in Kotor.

Everything about this property was just perfect! It was so well thought out and was so comfortable, we had everything we needed as a family of three. The icing on the cake was our hosts, Vado and Patrisa- from wine, beer, juice and delicious home baked cakes on arrival, to a lift to the bus station we felt very looked after.
