Nancy (the host) could not do enough for her guests. Very clean & comfortable property.

Very clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful hosting. The scenery from the balcony is amazing.

The property is accessed by steps from street level, so could be difficult for the elderly. That said, the amazing views would not be possible without its proximity.

Comfortable flat & Good Location

The host Nancy and her husband worked so hard to satisfy their customers. They were very helpful and friendly, very nice couple . The flat was very clean and the bed was also comfortable, the location is very near to the old town, also facing the sea view. I highly recommend this flat to everyone.

Everything was perfect except when having a shower, there was a slight water leak to the floor which needs drying up each time we shower, but it was not a big deal, they should fix it soon.

We have traveled to many countries during this trip and this apartment was far the best compared to all others even though it was not very easy to find it at night by driving using GPS. It is just perfect place !

Great apartment with sea view near old town of Kotor

Apartment is in a great location, under 10 minutes walk from the old town of Kotor, and just a couple of minutes walk down to the beach. Nancy's son met us on arrival and gave us a helpful briefing about the apartment and some ideas of where to walk the following day. His recommendation was spot on - we climbed up the Ladder of Kotor for amazing views. Nancy popped in later and was also very welcoming and helpful. Our apartment had a view across the sea (although it was a few rows back, it was high enough to have a good outlook). Aircon worked well. Kitchen was well equipped including a dishwasher, excellent shower in the bathroom, bedroom was comfortable. All was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Lovely to have dinner on the balcony as the sun set.

Second person to shower had to take a cold one. Not sure why it did not work twice the hot water but we also did not question as we were not too bothered at the time.

Wonderful property! Separate bedroom with AC. Lovely little terrace. Nancy is a great host! She helped us organise a boat trip also. Great location - close to old town and boat trip dock.

Location was perfect to have quiet but be close walking distance into town. Outside terrace was peaceful and we enjoyed having our breakfast there. Nancy checked up on us regularly and was very accommodating

I didn't find the bed or pillows too comfortable. Would have appreciated paying with a card, as cash costs us $90 extra because of fees

The apartment was fantastic. Very beautiful. Beautiful outdoor eating area. The host is very friendly and helpful and didn’t rush us out.

The location was very far and a very hilly walk uphill. There’s a short cut with stairs but this isn’t pram friendly.

Lovely place in a convenient location with a super friendly hostess

Great location close to Kotor Old Town and the fortress and to the beach, so only a short walk away from many seaside restaurants. Had everything we needed in terms of facilities. Nancy (hostess) was super nice and helpful throughout the stay.

Nancy is very nice and responsive, the room/apartments was clean and had all the basic things you would need. The ac was working well and for those super hot summer days for us this was important.

Pleasant.

Our stay was just one night but we were very pleased with the accommodations in general. The host was very helpful and easy going. Pleased with everything.

The parking space was just for two cars. We stayed in April so it was not crowded but for the high season keep that in mind.

Very good house and helpful homeowner

Everything is really good. We were so lucky, feel like at home. House is so clean, so comfortable, breathable. House had everythig; kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, balcony all items were sufficient. Location is so accessible and has a car park. Perast: 15mins by car from home location. Budva: 25 - 35 mins by car from home location. Shopping mall is 4 min from home. Kotor old town 5 min from home. In summary physically everything is really good. --- I specifically want to write about homeowner, Nancy. :) She is so pretty, warm welcoming. She was very helpful from the moment we made the reservation. Really thanks Nancy. I hope see you next year. <3

Great stay, lovely host

Beautiful apartment a very short walk from the old town. Nancy was very accommodating, let us park our motorcycle in her garage and her daughter and husband helped us out with the check in and check out. Apartment lovely, clean, comfortable.

Fantastic Clean Apartment with a Wonderful View

Spotlessly clean. View from the balcony was better than in the photos. Great location. Nancy the owner was extremely helpful. Plus it was close to Fish Grill. Also all the kitchen utensils were of a good quality, as was the washing machine, furniture, towels and in fact everything. It was the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in alot!

There was quite alot of noise from the main road when sitting on the balcony even though you're away from the main road. But that's the be expected in Kotor with the large numbers of enormous cruise ships arriving and only one main road through the town.

It's a very nice place to stay - close to the the old town and shopping centre but quiet. We didn't want to leave actually. There is a good sized kitchen area and a small outdoor seating area which is nice. The host is very friendly and she helped us to park. There is lots to do in the area, we had a rainy day which we spent at the excellent spa in Budva.
