Simple Apartment in a nice location

- Nice location (There is a nearby Bakery, Grocery shop and restaurants) - Travellers who like to walk and explore, the Kotor old town is 20min walk along the beach side. - Nice hospitality and suggestions.

- Bathroom amenities can improve. - Air Conditioning needs to improve.

Modern apartment near Kotor old-town.

Easy check-in with on site reception. Parking area in front of main entrance. Quick on-foot access to the Kotor waterfront. A number of supermarkets are within walking distance, and less touristy restaurants are nearby.The unit was spotless and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet.

No water view, small balcony, Kotor price premium.

Enjoyable stay in beautiful Kotor

We really enjoyed our stay at Maison W. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. It’s one street back from the waterfront so convenient for shops and places to eat and drink and Kotor old town is an easy 15 minute walk away. Private parking was a huge plus as driving around Kotor is challenging.

Our stay was amazing because of the staff. We would like to especially give a special Thank you to Svonko ( not sure if I'm spelling it right, apologies) for taking the extra time to help us with directions, places to visit and just overall excellent service and a very warm welcome. It was very lovely to come back to the Hotel every day. My husband had a minor accident, and Svonko was so helpful, it made me less worried. I'm sorry again if I misspelled his name. Thank you to the lovely Housekeeper as well, for always offering to clean our room even though we didn't need it. We highly recommend staying here. The location was great as well. Walking distance to town, restaurants, market and the beach. We will definitely be returning.

"7.5 /10" Room for improvement, but still a good stay.

Location was good enough - short walk onto the front and a stroll down into the old town: The right distance from the overpopulated parts to avoid the crowds, but close enough to pop in/out as you like. The apartment itself was of good standard, with the basic facilities needed for a self-catering stay - although we mainly ate out. The pool was clean and a nice added bonus. Parking was hit and miss, sometimes loads available, and other times overcrowded and difficult to find a place to put the car - but none the less free and essential if travelling into the area by car. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Slept well, was kept cool by 2 x AC units, there was a pay in cash on exit Mini-bar (which proved useful from time to time) and was overall a good place to stay - almost very good if a few improvements are made.

Wasn't dirty, but not clean-clean: Nothing worth mentioning at the time; some elements were slightly tired and just felt like it was due a deep clean. We were under the impression the room came with basic housekeeping but seemed inconsistent in what the hotel was taking care of - e.g. towels weren't replaced when discarded as requested, and/or bed made, and no replacement of coffee pods - yet they did take the time to do small amounts of washing up in the sink but we couldn't see that anything else had been cleaned/tidied. For an establishment that sells itself as 5-Stars, the smell of smoke in the entrance lobby/staircase was rather displeasing - especially as it was mainly the staff smoking who caused this.

Great location. You can get by via walking between buildings to access the main road or the kotor bay. Room is pretty spacious, and cozy to stay in

Perfect

Everything was superb it’s in a great location to swim away from the crowds and feel away from the cruise ship crowds whilst being a quick walk to old town or all that Dobrota offers. It was lovely to have the kitchen facilities and the beautiful balcony to sit and admire the view we had town and water from our 3rd floor apartment.

There isn’t a lift it didn’t bother us as it’s only carry up and down once but might be a problem for those with mobility challenges

Lovely apartments in a good spot

Located close to the sea for a swim and some really nice restaurants (cheaper than the old town), as well as a supermarket which is handy. Rooms are very spacious and modernised with their designs. The kitchen was useful and lots of equipment but could do with a toaster. It was great having access to Netflix in the rooms, too.

The pool is very small and it’s hard when staying on the top floor because there’s only stairs. We didn’t have AC for the first 5 hours but this was resolved thankfully and staff helped out with extra towels and other things needed.

A beautiful, well-appointed apartment with very helpful staff. Toiletries topped up daily with extras if needed. Ideally located near shops, bars, restaurants, and the stunning waterfront. Just a short walk to the old town—absolutely perfect.

Being picky, but I would have liked ironing facilities in the room, we did have the use on an iron on the lower floor. It was a very good iron so not the end of the world, it just would have been a little easier.

Fabulous relaxing one week stay, we loved Kotor

Very friendly staff & beautiful clean apartment. Lovely walk along the waterfront to the old town. Small pool but very well maintained and was never busy, very relaxing.

Superb location and set up

Apartment was sizeable with a bedroom and lounge room. It was modern, clean and very functional. The location was also superb. Easy walk into Kotor town while being situated a short distance to the lake.

Pool and surrounding areas are tiny. It’s not easy to get one of the few chairs on offer.

The property was excellent. We could not fault it. The staff were so helpful and could not do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. The accommodation was a 2 minute walk to the sea and close to some excellent restaurants and a well stocked supermarket.

Beautiful apartments in a quiet location

We liked the hotel very much. The location is great as it is quiet and you can still walk to the old town of Kotor within 15 minutes along a beautiful promenade. There are also two restaurants right on the coast. The rooms are spacious.

The dishes were not completely clean and the equipment in the kitchen is not sufficient if you want to cook properly.

Exceptional which Maison W added too every day

Property was clean spacious and a fantastic location, short walk to the old town but just far enough out it’s not too busy. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. They were so helpful for recommendations of restaurants and things to do. I want to personally thank Zvonko. The staff made our experience in Montenegro even better, with their helpful and friendly attitude. Would highly recommend maison w to everyone.

Comfortable

Spacious apartment, within walking distance to the bay and old town, comfortable beds, a small pool with 3 loungers available outside if you didn't feel like going out, gates closed at night. We also had a small patio with a table and 2 chairs we could access from the bedroom. Spacious bathroom with plenty of storage space for the toiletries.

Cable TV had very limited channels to watch in the evenings, mainly news channels in different languages. The pots were dirty, we had to do a full wash up of those before we could use those. Pillows were too soft. There were no bowls available, so having a cereal in the morning was not an option. The towels were a bit thread bare. One remote for tvs in both rooms. One remote for air conditioning units in both rooms, with bedroom air conditioning unit not working at all.

Everything we could ever want

This delightful hidden gem was the perfect place for our stay in Kotor. The location is perfectly placed away from the bustle of Kotor old town but close enough for a relaxed, picturesque 20 minute walk along the harbour. The apartment itself was spacious with all the amenities any couple on holiday would require. If you want to venture away from Kotor old town, the apartment is a stone's throw away from the bay with numerous bars and restaurants. The perfect base to explore Kotor Bay. After a sweaty day trip, the pool is a fantastic little bonus to cool down in. Aroma supermarket is a mere 100 metres.The staff were first class; from arranging the airport taxi transfers to negotiating our boat tour, no request was too much...we were even taken to the pick up point for our tour. In all, we could not have asked for a better stay.

Lovely comfortable apartments but a little far out

The units here were lovely, very modern and comfortable, we all had balconies and tv’s in both the bedrooms and living area The pool is small but our grandchildren enjoyed it after a day of sightseeing.

The surrounding area is a little run down and you don’t have views of the bay. It was a little to far for me with walking difficulties to do the walk into the old town which I’d say is at least 25 mins each way, so we ended up taking the car in each time.

Modern and comfortable, short walk to old town Kotor

We had the bottom floor apartment located next to the pool. There was space to park the car right outside the room which was ideal. 30 seconds down an ally and you're right on the front, and then it's around a 10 minute walk to Kotor old town. We completed the walk time and time again, the views just did not get old! The apartment itself was very modern and large. It was tucked out of the way so minimal traffic around the apartment.

The park outside could be quite noisy but at least the kids are out having fun and not on their iPads!!!!

A great apartment, we'd stay again

Great location with a lovely short walk to Kotor Bay and about 15 to 20 minute walk into the old town. Great apartment room, spacious and lovely having a small kitchen and dining table area as well as the lounge and a small balcony which gets a lot of sun. The pool was very cold, but it was the start of the season!

The bed was very hard, not overly comfortable for us so didn't sleep that well but didn't spoil our stay

Practical Apartment for a Family Trip

The separate bedroom and living area were very convenient, especially with a child who goes to bed earlier — we could simply close the door. A baby crib was provided without any issues, which was much appreciated.

There were slightly too few dishes — only two of everything (plates, bowls, cups), which was a bit limiting.

Ok location but doesn’t live up to photos.

The location is quite convenient as it is a pleasant 20 minute walk to Kotor along the waterfront. There are a few nice restaurants close by including Platanus (great for breakfast) and Moments (very nice wine tasting). There is also a small supermarket nearby. Large closet and apartment is big enough for family with small kids or even three adults. There is some private parking but you cannot reserve a spot.

Photos are not representative. Unless you are on the top floor, you do not have any view except the back of rather ugly buildings. While the apartment is listed as having parking, there are only 5 spots so in the high season this could definitely be a problem. It is at the end of a very busy residential street. Our room was not very clean - the sofa was stained and there were ants in the kitchen. The apartment has harsh white LED lighting which makes it feel institutional. Cleaning service was minimal - they did not exchange towels once in three days ( although it says they will).
