Lovey accommodation in Kotor near everything.

Location is very good, almost in front of the Kotor Bay. Restaurants are your doorsteps. Includes car park (which is near impossible to park anywhere in Kotor). Hosts are very nice and accommodating. Bakery 100mts away and small supermarket around 200mts away. Room facilities were very good.

We drove there. It was hard to find the address as Google Map was not point it correctly. There is no signage of the accommodation as other places do. Would be very helpful to put a visible signage with the name of the accommodation and also give more information how to get there. Also is not easy to find the host as there are other rooms in this big house. There was a problem to pay for the accommodation as their machine did not take our 3 different credit/debit cards. We needed to withdraw cash to pay the accommodation which was not ideal.

Apartments Marilu is a true home away from home.

Our big family was renting three separate apartments and they all were absolutely amazing. Spotless clean with everything needed for comfortable and pleasant vacations. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Two of the three of our apartments had clothes washers. The beds were very comfortable. There is a nice courtyard with chairs and fruiting trees around. The owners, Danijela and her husband, treat their guests as they are part of the family. They live on the premises and responded to any requests immediately. Every small detail, like beach towels, shopping bags, extra fan, arranging a taxi to the airport, etc was making our stay a breeze. Location is one of the best in Kotor. Away from the cruise ships crowd, but very close to the all attractions. 10 minutes walk to the Old Town, beach and grocery store. Across from apartments there are several restaurants with beautiful Bay view. Our favorite place was Cafe Del Mar - great service, delicious food. Tip for the future travelers - Apartment’s address doesn’t match with the street sign. The building number is 39.

Loved it!

We found that apartment location was probably the best compromise you can achieve in Kotor in order to access everything Kotor offers. Waterside restaurants on your doorstep, Kotor beach is 5 min walk away, Old Town is 10 min walk, Blue Cave boat trip 15min walk, supermarket 5 min walk, bus stop on main bus route to Perast beach 5 min walk. From my research, I believe this is one of the closest apartments to Old Town that actually has car parking. Apartment is lovely, entire apartment has clearly very recently been fully refurbished inside, spotlessly clean. Great for our family of 2 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room outside too, with a shaded bbq area with lovely outdoor dining table and seating that you can use - and because it's adjacent to our apartment we had it to ourselves. Also there's another shaded garden area directly outside front which has deck chairs etc. You only really share that with the apartment next door so again, often have it to yourselves. Also there is a raised communal terrace area that allows some views of the promenade and the local part of Kotor bay. Owner Danijela was lovely. Not only did she allow us to use her washing machine, she also dried and folded the clothes as well. Above and beyond expectations. Such a great help. Also Danijela gave us a bottle of Montegro wine and a pack of cold meats (which went well with bread and cheese we bought) as a welcome gift. Danijela was also on hand at all times via whatsapp for any info/advice you needed regards Kotor etc. Thank you for a great stay.

One room apartment

Small but wisely designed with parking, which is very important! Well maintained, modern and clean. Right on the water front (not a beach). We enjoyed it very much. The lady running the place was very nice, available and helpful.

Wonderful stay in clean spacious apparentment

Spacious and clean apartment. The bed was very comfortable, and large. The kitchenette although small had all we needed inclusive of pots and pans, a small electric hob, microwave and under bench fridge. The bathroom is a good size and water pressure is nice. The location is amazing for walking into town. Daniella is a wonderful host and very welcoming. We would happily stay again at this apartment!

The parking can be a bit tricky. It's generic parallel parking, on a one way street that is incredibly busy.

The Perfect Spot for Kotor exploration

Hosts were amazing. The room we had was clean, recently refurbished and the perfect size for us. The location was ideal as it wasn't in the centre of Kotor so you had a bit of breathing room from the crowds the cruises can bring. Great food recommendations from the hosts too.

Fantastic stay

The apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable. It was very well equipped and had everything you would need. The apartment is in a fantastic location, it's a 10 minute walk to the old town along a path next to the sea. The host was extremely helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend these apartments and would stay here again

Amazing stay highly recommend!

Very spacious, great location only about 10 min walk to the old town, car spot was very useful! I liked that there was a kitchen with cooking utensils, bed was comfortable, all in all great stay! The place had character too.

Minor issue but the shower head was a bit annoying because you could not adjust it.

Lovely Location for Stay in Kotor

Lovely studio apartment in Dobrota, perfect spot if you are travelling without a car. Location was perfect on Bay of Kotor, access to beach promenade and restaurants at front door, 15 minute walk to old town. Studio was of good size, recently updated and provided all we needed for an excellent stay. Friendly host was available and located on property for easy access.

Spacious, comfortable apartment close to Kotor old town

The apartment was very clean and spacious, with good air conditioning, a comfortable bed, good mattress, and plenty of pillows. It has full black out window coverage; so definitely a big plus if you want to sleep in! It has everything you need for a relaxed stay. The location is ideal: close enough to walk to Kotor old town, but just outside the busy centre. Great value for money.

Honestly, everything was great. but if we have to nitpick: there was no salt/pepper/basic herbs or oil in the kitchen, which would be a nice touch for guests who cook. And the address was a bit tricky to find due to street number changes. Just give the host a quick call when you arrive, and it's no problem. Parking is on the street, but it worked out fine for us.

Great place in the best location!

Location was fantastic, right across the from the water. Cafe in front had such a good breakfast at a reasonable price. The parking spot was great for us. We had our kids and us and we were all very happy - highly recommend.

There was some noise from the local bars and restaurants at night, but you are located right down town in the heart of everything, so it should be expected! Didn't bother us - was all silent by midnight

Comfortable apartment on the bay

Location was excellent. On the waterfront with many cafes nearby and walking distance from Old Town. A car park and garden too. Hosts were very helpful. Our Apartment was spacious for two had all the facilities mentioned and was recently refurbished. Kept very clean. We enjoyed our stay

Great location, with lovely super helpful owners. Very spacious for a family of four. Really lovely apartment, short walk from the old town.

Only thing I would change is the music from the bar outside the apartment. Good windows and shutters though, so it doesn’t bother you when you’re inside.

A true gem in the heart of Kotor!

This property is a true gem in Kotor and I would book it immediately before more people realise this! The hosts live onsite so they are on hand to help with anything, it has private onsite parking and the apartment is large and spacious with every amenity you need for a long or short term stay. The location is ideal, you don't need to use your cat at all in Kotor as you can just walk everywhere. Thank you to the hosts for their amazing service and clean property. Comfortambe and Cost-efficient Apartment

Everything was perfect, our room was comfortable and clean. The apartment is close to the beach and the restaurants/cafes while it is still quiet. It has a small garden where you can relax in the evening.

We loved our time there, thus we have booked again this year. We have never encountered any problems while staying here.

Perfect spot

Large terracotta coloured house. The walls were so thick the room was nice and cool. We didn’t need to use the aircon. The location was perfect! A perfect distance from the old town. Lovely cafes outside and plenty of free street parking(one way street). The kitchenette and washing machine were handy to have. Clothes rack outside to dry.

The only thing I would of preferred is a decent bracket for the shower head to sit in. At the minute the angle is too steep. We had to use hold the shower head to shower.

hard to beat location

the property is at its amazing location. it is literally in front of water access. There is also tons of restaurants lined up beside the property which is a plus if you need to grab food. small shopping center and grocery are also situated around 5mins walk from the apartment which is a plus. our room is equipped with most of what you require. The host was also very helpful and accommodating. we needed some help with parking and some car cleaning materials and they provided it to us with no fuzz. This property still has alot of potential, i would say just more investment for the interior design and they can even price it higher as the location is hard to beat. around 7-10mins walk to kotor old town, private car park is a plus (just that you need to inform them if you need to leave so they can clear the parking with other car that might block yours). All in all its a great place and wonderful host.

only downside was we found little centipede looking insects on our bed. We were wondering why we felt itchy, and i guess that was that.
