Shower curtain should probably be changed soon, but that is a minor thing

Excellent, powerful air conditioning. Nice bed. Good shower. Well equipped. The hill to walk to town is steep but short.
No laundry. The places in town only do it for you, not on your own.

Nice area, close to the beach and the city centre, a lot of space
Construction works were started right in front of our window at 8 in the morning several days in a row, was impossible to have a good sleep. Room was a bit dark
