Amazing stay with a helpful host and fantastic view😊

Our stay was amazing😊 The host provided very detailed instructions on how to find the apartment, where to collect the keys, and where to park(undeground garage🔥), which made everything very easy. They also shared a helpful list of activities and places to visit nearby. We paid in cash, but the next day Booking automatically charged us. The host reacted very quickly, fixed the situation, and arranged a refund without any problems. Communication was excellent the host was always available and easy to contact. The apartment was very warm, cozy, and had a beautiful view😊. In real life view, it looks even better than in the photos. 😊 We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Winter Stay in Kotor

The apartment is spacious, clean, came with the usual amenities, working Wifi. The heating works well. Overall it was a comfortable unit. The apartment is located up on a slope. It’s a short walk down slope to get to Kotor Old Town. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We had trouble getting to the apartment due to a police road block on our day of check in so I had to call her for help. Managed to get to the apartment safely after some delay.

The road leading to the building is narrow and upslope. Lots of cars parked by the side which made driving challenging.

Lovely view of water. Could watch cruise chips come and go. 10 min easy walk to old town. Close to supermarket. Great to eat in for a change. Washing machine a real bonus. Hosts checked in regularly.

It was difficult to find the place, make contact with the host before you travel, because there is no one to assist you at the property. If it was not for kind neighbours 2 streets below, we would not be able to find the place.

Location and view were perfect for exploring Kotor

We loved our one night stay - easy walking distance to the Old Town and then to return home to the balcony area overlooking the lake was stunning. We drove and parking was clearly designated and easy to navigate. The apartment had all w needed and was exactly as described x

Awesome Apartment and View

Awesome view and beautiful apartment. Host left us a bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. Parking garage at the apartment was a huge bonus too. The instructions they sent were very thorough so finding the place was easy. Beware the roads dring there at very narrow so best in a small car. Great balcony too! Only took about 7-10 minutes to walk to the castle. Very easy

Beautiful Kotor - wonderful people.

The location is great. The photos in booking.com do not do it justice. The views are amazing, comparable with those seen in the northern fjords. Just incredibly beautiful. The day and night boat and road life add to the changing scenery. Most importantly, the hosts are wonderful. From the initial guidance on how to get to the property and accessing it, to helpful suggestions on things to do, the owners could not have been more friendly. They also provided a superb welcome package, including freshly baked bread and a platter of meats and cheeses. They also provided some fruit drink and cakes later in the week, whilst ensuring we had no issues that were distracting from us having a great holiday. The best owners we've ever dealt with.

Some of the country's infrastructure needs developing. Travelling on a bus to Budva was 'interesting due to the creation of a dual carriageway. The airport has limited facilities and checking bags in was not the clearest of events. I'm sure this side of things will improve.

an unforgettable and memorable stay

The owners made a big difference. They were very friendly, hospitable and responsive to queries and requests. Most importantly, the apartment itself was one of the best we've stayed in. Location was within walking distance to many place of attractions, parking at the apartment was easy, apartment was in pristine condition and the balcony offers a view to die for. We stayed here for 5 days and it was one of our best 5 days in all our holidays.

Relaxing.

We had the most amazing stay here. Jovana couldn’t have been any more helpful and welcoming. She even dropped in some home made Krempita that her mother made which were delicious! Location was perfect only a short walk to both the beach and the old town. The views from the apartment were unbelievable. We really enjoyed our stay here and really recommend

A spacious apartment with stunning views, free parking and a wonderful host — highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jovana was very kind, hospitable and always available. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor from both the living room and the bedroom. She even welcomed us with biscuits and a bottle wine, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Another great plus is the free parking right at the building, which is a big advantage in Kotor where it can be very hard to find a spot.

Definitely stay here!

The views were stunning. Steep walk up to the apartment but great to be able to walk into the old town and not to have to park in the town. Covered parking is fantastic in the summer. Others have said the air con wasnt up to the job but we found it to be fine and an effective fan is in the bedroom. Hosts very responsive and caring, giving very helpful advice. The one bedroom apartment is suitable for those with limited mobility - there is a lift up from the car park. Photos show view from balcony

Another comfy chair needed for the balcony. There are 2 nice chairs, but our third person had to sit on a folding plastic chair which wasnt that great. Bedroom furniture needs a bit of attention as is peeling here and there. More hangers needed in the wardrobe. Freezer needs sorting - we couldnt make ice. Only minor points - I would 100% recommend this place

Spectacular view a great location

The view is spectacular ! Great location ! The host is amazing! I highly recommend this property.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant, but the air conditioning situation was a bit disappointing. There was no air conditioner in the bedroom, which made it a little bit uncomfortable during the night, there was a fan which was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep . Improving this setup would definitely enhance the comfort of future guests.

Beautiful view over the fjord

The view is the hi-light of this apartment, the balcony overlooks the fjord. A very clean apartment.

Great view from this apartment but beware of the climb up the hill.

The view from the apartment is spectacular, rooms are all spacious and comfortable. Good selection of TV channels. PPlenty of storage space and spare pillows and sheets.

The walk up to the apartment is difficult for anyone with any form of walking issues, I am slightly disabled (damaged left ankle) so it was very difficult for me. The roads up to the apartment are in a poor condition, very steep and little lighting and when raining very slippery. The apartment is nice (view to die for) however we had planned for our daughters to be with us but they both had to drop out the night before we left so it was just the two of us. When we arrived in the apartment we noticed there was only two of everything, plates, cups, bowls etc (cutlery was for four) our host was unaware we would be a party of only 2 so the apartment should have been set up for four people, you may need to check this if your number is greater than 2. The quilt was to small for the bed, think it was a double quilt on a king size bed. Ended up giving the wife the quilt and using one of the spare sheets for myself, which was not ideal. Although the view from the balcony was fantastic we could not really sit on the balcony for longer than 20 minutes in the sun because there was no cover or shade. There was a base for an umbrella but no umbrella provided. When I asked the host for the umbrella I was informed it was not provided early part of the season because or possible windy conditions. So we really could not enjoy the balcony and views very much due to this policy. I do think guests need to be trusted to know when it is too windy to put an umbrella up on the balcony. If you are planning to cook and eat in at this apartment you need to be aware the kitchen is limited, just two electric rings for cooking, it would be difficult to cook for four in this apartment.

Nice apartment with a breathtaking view!

We have stayed at a lot of different properties over the years and this one definitely ranks at the top! The view is so breathtaking! The bed and pillows are comfortable and there was a fan in our room, which is a big bonus! There was also wine and cake left out for us to enjoy. We drove here and the parking spot we had was spacious!

I stayed at this apart hotel and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect – just a short walking distance to the city center, which made it very convenient to explore. The view from the hotel was stunning, truly breathtaking. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic place to stay.

Lots of communication from the host prior to arrival with details of how to reach property, parking and how to collect keys. Separate bathroom and bedroom with open plan kitchen and living area. Nice balcony. Overall a nice property. Easy walk into old town. Need to pay tourist tax there.

The most valuable thing if you stay in Kotor is the view(besides Cats) . It's perfect here, the view from this terrace is not better to find. That's for sure. The rest in the apartment are Ok, without an issues. So you're gonna have enjoyable stay.

The quality of cotton bedding could be better. An elastic band on the sheet would be nice to fix a sheet to a mattress

Friendly and helpful host who gave us simple check-in instructions before our arrival. Great location, easy access to Kotor old town. The apartment was clean and comfortable with smooth Wi-Fi. Free parking garage was useful as we arrived by car. Overall, it has everything one might need for a short or a long stay.

It's all about the location - 10mins walk to Old Town, less to a supermarket, and with the best views from the balcony. Lots of space, modern decor, good WiFi. Parking available. Easy self check-in and owner easy to contact on WhatsApp.

Poor soundproofing with the apartment next door - we were kept awake by the neighbours. Air-con weak - doesn't really cool down the bedroom. Smell of stagnant water in the bathroom.

Gorgeous apartment in a gorgeous city!

Great modern apartment, very modern and with a great view. The owner was super friendly and helpful, sending us very detailed videos on how to find the property (made the self checking process super easy!). The property has its one parking, which was amazing. Super easy access to the center of Kotor.

The view is incredible, the apartment can be booked for the view alone. Parking place is essential. Location is perfect. Very detailed instructions that made check in easy. Nice to have a bottle of vine on arrival. Owner´s mother has baked us a tasty cake, wonderful surprise. Good communication with the owner, good restaurant recommendations. Good air-conditioning.
