A great base for exploring Kotor

Excelent!

The location of the hotel was very close to the touristic locations. The parking area was really useful since it might be a little hard to find parking spaces in Kotor. Room was very clean and comfortable. Also Luka was really helpful in anything we needed!

Great balcony with view of mountain/fort one way and sea in the other. Very friendly and helpful owner whoi kept the bowl of lavazza coffee pods full. Large hot shower wuth nice toiletries. Easy to use washing machine. Netflix too..

Highly recommended!

Everything was exceptional and above and beyond. The host Luka is amazing, sweet, helpful, knowledgeable. The location is great, steps to old town, beach, sea promenade. The appartment is squeeky clean and every detail is thought about. Even the smell of the appartment is amazing! The garden that belongs to the appartment is cute and a nice addition.

We loved everything about this apartment. Was very clean, lovely space to spend 5 days, close to main attractions,markets and restaurants. Lovely outdoor setting area. Our host was wonderful so very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a lovely stay and would recommend.

The most perfect stay!

I can't recommend Apartments Time enough! Luka is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. The apartment was spotlessly clean, in the most beautiful surroundings just 5mins walk from the beach. We cannot wait to return to Apartments Time. Thank you so much for everything Luka!

Great apartments, great owner, great value for money

Very beautiful apartment, with good size and very very clean. It's very beautifully decorated, modern, with all new appliances, and full of small nice details. It has a lovely back garden, where you can sit and relax and there´s also super nice views from some of the rooms. Speciall comment for Luka, the owner. He is super friendly (so is his lovely mother), and extremely helpful. He prepares for you all type of information you might need. He´s always available and on top of things, and takes great care of his guests wil the higher standards. His attention to detail is outstanding. The place is up on a small hill but Luka will let you know a way to get to the apartment much more comfortable. It´s really close to the old town (just 7 mins walk). We would give a 12 to this apartment if we could! 100% recommended. If we come back to Kotor,we will stay here again!

Lovely apartment, close to Old Town

Luka was such a kind and accommodating host. Our room was comfortable and just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. Loved that we had free parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby and there's a supermarket right down the road at the mall.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a central location to explore Kotor.

The room was very well designed, clean, and comfortable. We had all that we needed for a comfortable stay, and also a small balcony to hang our wet swimsuits out after going to the beach. Our host was the friendliest and sweetest host we had on this trip, making sure we were comfortable and had what we need, and also recommending tours to us to explore the nearby locations.

Walk up to the property from the ferry and old town involves a 5-10 minute uphill walk, which was a little tiring with luggages and the hot sun but overall still manageable.

Amazing stay!

Luca the host was incredible! Extremely helpful and thoughtful, he even had a map of Kotor in our own language. He recommended a boat tour that we eventually took and it was one of our favorite memories from the trip! The room was a bit small, but extremely clean and had everything that you could possibly need! The beach was not even 5 min away on a shortcut and it was very easy to get to. Also the shopping mall, old town and shops are super close to the accommodation. We also had a parking spot in the shade right in front. It's a great stay that we couldn't recommend enough!

Amazing host, location and stay!

Luka is an amazing host - from sending us taxi numbers to turning the ac on before we got there for a refreshing welcome to having a video ready of a shortcut to get to main streets, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location of the apartment is great and the apartment itself is clean and cozy. You can tell Luka cares for his visitors and has passion for what he does. 12/10 recommend.

Best Accommodation you can have in Kotor, great host and perfect location!

Luka is a absolut great host! He shared so many ideas, recommendations and tips with us, that was perfect! Thank you! Location is perfect, parking space is inclusive, the apartment is designed very beautiful and stylish, the room was absolutely clean, the equipment is completely new, the washing machine was perfect for cleaning, the AC worked well! Luka and his mum are absolutely the best hosts. You can really feel their passion, they really want you to have the best time in Kotor and we can highly recommend this accommodation!

Modern and well equipped apartment close to the center

Luka was super friendly and helpful, as was his mother. The apartment has everything you need, even a washing machine which we were very happy about. The city center of Kotor and also the beach are only a few minutes away, probably 10/15 minutes. You have to go via some stairs but for us that wasn’t a problem, the way was good because you don’t have to walk on the road or so. There’s also a shopping center and super market close to the apartment. Luka was always available and made sure we had a good time. 100% recommended!

Very clean and well-located place with a helpful host — would definitely stay again.

First of all, we would like to thank Luka and his mother. The place we stayed at was very clean and thoughtfully prepared. Luka was also very helpful in recommending places to visit. Having a parking space was a big plus for us. It’s definitely a place we would consider staying at again.

Amazing property and the best host ever!

An excellent property and amazing host. The property is brand new with all the facilities you need. It’s a great location just a short walk from everything you need in Kotor. The bed is comfortable with a great kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and balcony. The host is incredible and went very far out of his way to help us, we will be forever in his debt. I highly recommend staying at Apartments TIME in Kotor!

Excellent

Top, top and top. Location - excellent, clean and comfortable - excellent also. Luka is fantastic host, he provide us free parking - that type is rare to find in Kotor, he waited for us, help us with package, and provide us information about cool place to eat. We had view to St.John fortress and sea view also. One of the best experience with accommodation, if not the best we had. Easy to find, close to the Old Town, close to the mall..What else to say, we were amazed.

Perfect

This might be the best location in Kotor. Very close to everything (Old town, favela restaurants, aquarium, port). Nice private parking in front of the proprety, covered and pretty big. Very spacious room with everything you need(iron, iron table, shower gel, hair dryer etc). Nice balcony as well. Very big bathroom with great showers (big and great water pressure). The host is very nice and can help you with anything (thank you Luka). Free coffee (real coffe not instant). Just perfect.

Very recommendable

The Host Luka was very friendly and nice. He welcomed us and let us early check-in, always asked if everything’s ok or if we needed anything, gave local recommendations and was always helpful and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is also ideal, just 5-10 minutes walk from old town. From the balcony, you can get good views. We would definitely come back again.

Great rooms in a perfect spot and a host that will be there for you for everything!

Luka, the host, was incredible! Helped us with every little thing we needed. When we had problems with our eSIMs, he spent hours to help us calling support centers, arguing for 2 days and finally going with us to a support center until everything was working. The location is walking distance to everything in Kotor (both old city and Dobrota's promenade). The private parking in this area is not common, and having one is a huge plus. The room itself is clean and cozy and has everything in it, from coffee machine to washing machine My wife and I highly recommend both Luka and the Apartments Time to all of our friends and everybody else.

Central Apartment in Kotor

The apartment is very comfortable and well located—just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and 5 minutes to the mall. It’s well maintained and fully equipped to make your stay pleasant. Luka is very kind and always attentive. This is a great central place to stay in Kotor.

Everything was good until something happened

The apartment is new, well located near the old town and well equipped. Helpful staff (until bad things happen)

- Firstly, I booked the "sea view apartment" but in reality there's no sea view at all, the apartment is facing the Kotor bay but there are buildings in front of the apartment, so you get "building view" instead, I wasn't gonna complain because it's a minor issue and the staff seem very friendly and helpful until the incident happened later - The water boiler has limited capacity. Not enough hot water when I showered and washed my hair at the same time. - The incident : after I left the owner asked me to pay for the damage. I accidentally left the iron on the chair and it left some prints. The owner made a big fuss about it, acted aggressive and requested an unreasonable amount of money. I know it was my fault so I agreed to compensate it but with a reasonable amount, and asked the owner to send me the purchase invoice so I know the actual purchase price(not the store retail price) to avoid any over-charging, and also I wanted to wait until the customer service of booking.com reached a conclusion. However, the owner only sent me a price tag from a store of the chair, and kept pushing me and sending me messages and called me non-stop asking for the payment while I was busy traveling. Eventually I was tired of being harassed so I paid. It could have been a nice experience until something happened. So be careful.

Apartments TIME is just perfect. Luka is great host, always available to help! Apartment is very very clean, modern and inside you have everything you need. Even shampoo (with perfect smell) Outside you have balcony with sweet seet spot. You will love it. I recommend apartments TIME!

El apto es pequeño y muy cómodo, se duerme muy bien, sin ruido ni luz que afecte el sueño, está totalmente reciclado, y todo funciona, lla ducha anda muy bien y está a 500 metros del ingreso al casco histórico. Tiene parking propio, café de cortesía, y Luka es un anfitrión excelente. Altamente recomendable para dos personas

Öncelikle harika temiz ve konforlu bir oda, Luka ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şeyi düşünmüş. Oda da çamaşır makinesi bile var. Biz çok kısa kaldık ama uzun dönem kiralama için ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Odanın hemen önünde kahve makinesi var, buradan bir kahve alıp hemen dışarıda sizin için ayrılmış alanda keyifle içebilirsiniz. Teşekkürler Luka.

Fijn appartement op loopafstand van alles met misschien wel de beste gastheer van heel Montenegro.

Luka is een fantastische gastheer die er echt alles aan doet om je verblijf zo perfect mogelijk te maken. De appartementen liggen op perfecte loopafstand van het strand, het oude centrum en het winkelcentrum. Je auto kan (wel even van te voren aangeven dat je met de auto komt) bij hen gratis op het terrein staan (zelfs in de schaduw). Het appartement is super modern met een lekkere douche, goede airco, keukentje, een fijn bed en zelfs een wasmachine met wasmiddel😅. Alles is schoon en netjes. Maar het allerbeste blijft toch wel de gastheer. Geloof me, je wilt hier verblijven als je Kotor komt bezoeken.

Vale la pena

El apartamento está súper bien. Todo nuevo y recién reformado. Camas cómodas, tele con Netflix, baño genial con lavadora y hasta una pequeña terraza por fuera. También hay algo de espacio para dejar el coche justo por fuera. Lucas, el propietario, es un encanto. Estuvo muy atento para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta, hasta nos recomendó una agencia con la que hacer el boat tour por la bahía. Todo recomendable 100%.

El apartamento está en lo alto de una pequeña colina pero también es cierto que está muy cerca del old town de Kotor.

Apartamenty są naprawdę zadbane, komfortowe i bardzo czyste. Wyposażenie przewyższyło nasze oczekiwania bardzo pozytywnie. Obiekt jest prowadzony przez rodzinę, która po przyjeździe również staje się twoją rodziną. Luka i jego mama to wspaniali i kochani ludzie, którzy pomogą w każdej możliwej kwestii i darzą uśmiechem każdego dnia. Naprawdę polecam pobyt w ich apartamentach. My mieliśmy widok z balkonu na góry i Zatokę Kotorską (do plaży i do starego miasta 10 min pieszo). Do tej pory to był najlepszy apartament w którym kiedykolwiek się zatrzymaliśmy.
