Great location with parking. Really good place to explore from. Property was clean and easy walking to old town, and literally a few steps from the waterfront. Spacious and comfortable - perfect stay as a family of 4.

The outer appearance doesn’t do it justice - inside and the location were ideal.

Очень чисто, все новое, все очень удобно и комфортно. В каждой комнате кондиционер, большая кухня и гостиная. Удобное расположение - рядом магазины, пиццерия, 5 минут до набережной, 15 минут до старого города. В доме нет лифта, но замечательный хозяин помог нам с чемоданами как при заселении, так и при выезде. Вообще хозяин нас очень радушно и дружелюбно встретил, все рассказал, показал. Нам все очень понравилось, отличное соотношение цена/качество, рекомендую.

Apartamento muy bonito, cómodo y limpio a 10 minutos caminando del centro de Kotor y justo enfrente de la maravillosa bahía dónde puedes bañarte en un agua cristalina y buenísima y también alquilar hamacas, también tiene cerca muchos restaurantes y un supermercado, farmacia y todo lo necesario para no tener que desplazarte. Fedja es una persona muy agradable que estuvo pendiente de nosotras todo el tiempo, respondía inmediatamente al WhatsApp y nos facilitó un coche para volver al aeropuerto mucho más económico que un taxi, también nos trajo una cafetera nueva y nos dió mucha información sobre Montenegro. Es un país precioso que nos ha dejado fascinadas. Gracias Fedja!! Volveremos a Montenegro y contactaremos de nuevo contigo.

A fully equipped, newly redecorated modern apartment, very clean, with everything you need. We came with a car and there was a parking waiting for us, which is very important in Kotor, since all the parkings in the centre are always full in high season. A nice walk to the old town through the promenade. The host was very friendly and helpful, he gave us a lot of useful information. Highly recommended!
