Worth it , close to downtown but far enough to have a peaceful night

Relaxing stay in eas walking distance of Old Town, but much more a feel of being around local people

Enjoyed the location - got me out & walking lots & was close to waterfront for great cafe & restaurant options. Very friendly people on site & very helpful to fix plumbing issue quickly.

Confirmation email said to collect keys from reception, but there was no reception. I had no wifi to contact owner or anyone on site so quite stressful checking in & getting key.

Some minor improvements would make this stay better

Friendly and responsive host. The location was nice.

It would be great to renew certain things in the studio apartment. It's all small details, but overall would help to improve the experience a lot. The studio apartment has access to the patio only, we must have missed it when reading the description I guess, so no views If thats what you're looking for. We had some communication problems. The host was kind enough to schedule a taxi for our departure morning, but we almost ended up going to Podgorica instead of Kotor bus station. I don't know how it happened, but make sure to double check when arranging such services.

Exceptional

A truly exceptional stay! The apartment's cleanliness, incredible bay view from the terrace, and comfortable beds exceeded expectations. With parking for two cars, a spacious living room, and a gracious English-speaking host, the value for the price was unbeatable. An unforgettable experience that I highly recommend.

Passable

Location is great, it’s less than 10 minutes walk away from the beach and 15/20 minutes from the old town. Also there are different options for supermarkets closeby.

We stayed for 6 days and there was no hot water, not in the bathroom neither for the kitchen. This was reported on the first day of our stay but was not taken care of. The water was ice cold and taking a shower was a daily struggle as the weather was also cold. Unfortunately this makes a huge bad impact on our holidays, as well as the poor comunication and lack of understanding from the owners.

The perfect place

Everything here is perfect! Extremely comfortable apartment with everything one might need - kitchen facilities, spacious rooms and bathroom and very clean. Great location just 10min to Old Town. Slavka is extremely friendly, helpful and a host with a big heart!

Good location, you can reach old town, beach and bus station by foot. Really nice owners. The AC in the room was working well.

The room was not so clean, the standard was rather low. The owners has a dog and had to calm him down each time we were coming to the room.

Große saubere Wohnung in toller Lage.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig das Appartment gebucht und alles war problemlos möglich, u.a. ein flexibler später Check-In. Wir hatten ein Appartment im EG und einen Tisch im Innenhof. Dort konnten wir auch unser Auto parken, was in der Innenstadt ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und verfügt über alle alltäglichen Dinge. Es ist sehr sauber gewesen und die Haushälterin hat uns jeden Tag persönlich begrüßt und nach dem Rechten gesehen. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig innerhalb 10min erreichbar, was bei dem Verkehr in Kotor definitiv ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und waren froh, dieses Schmuckstück kurzfristig gebucht zu haben.

Квартира с шикарным видом на Которскую бухту

Потрясающий вид из окна, от дома до пляжа пешком 10 минут, до старого города пешком 18 минут, нет проблем с парковкой. Радушная хозяйка. Квартира чистая. Кухня с полным набором посуды и даже с посудомойкой. Так же были в наличии соль, сахар и растворимый кофе. Если бы на кухне была бутылочка с маслом и пакетик приправ, было бы идеально 😉

Плохой напор воды в душе, старые застиранные полотенца, старая посуда. Оплачивать туристический налог пришлось самостоятельно, для этого ходили в Старый город

Habitación cómoda y limpia en un sitio muy tranquilo.

Habitación muy limpia, en un barrio tranquilo y los anfitriones muy amables. Al llegar encontramos agua fría en la nevera, todo un detalle!

El baño era muy pequeñito y el wifi a veces no funcionaba del todo bien. Pero por lo general estuvimos muy a gusto.

Très bon séjour avec un très rapport qualité prix et des hôtes très accueillantes.

Doris et sa mère Slavka sont des hôtes très accueillantes. Slavka nous a même proposé à boire lorsqu’on est arrivés. L’appartement est très bien équipé : il y a même une machine à laver, ce qui est super lorsque vous faites un road trip comme nous. L’appartement est très propre avec une jolie terrasse pour pouvoir déjeuner. Très proche de la vieille ville (15 minutes à pied) et du terminal de bus de la gare routière (25 minutes à pied).

Parfois un peu bruyant dans la nuit malgré les règles pourtant rappelées (certaines personnes sont malheureusement moins respectueuses des autres)
