Bay View Apartments

Views and location were good. Good big rooms especially the bathroom.

The stairs to get back up to the apartments are way too much.

The apartment is big, lots of space with two rooms, it has a kitchen, and a pretty balcony with a beautiful view of the bay! It was amazing to wake up and see the bay and the boats passing by. The beds are comfortable and there's AC. A big PLUS is the parking space behind the apartments! It's super difficult and expensive to find parking in the city, and the apartments are a 15 minutes walk from the center, so it's way better to keep the car parked there and just walk. The hosts are super nice, we were greeted by a nice gentleman who explained everything to us, gave us some tips and offered us a refreshing beer :D

It is a bit difficult to find the parking space, you need to take the street (uphill) and drive behind the building, you will see a white building at the end of the street with a small basket court, and 4 doors with a little garden - that is it! They should add a little sign that the Bay View Apartments are there, because it's not very clear from outside and it took us some time to find it. This is solved easily by contacting the hosts in advance, they are very responsive The street below could be a bit noisy with traffic but we kept the windows closed and didn't hear any noise after.

Excellent facility, Stunning views, Very, Very friendly, kind and generous host.

Really great host. Good location for Kotor old town and restaurants on the promenade. A little hard to find, better to reach by taxi than on foot from the bus stop

The drains smelled really bad after the shower had been used. Although speaking to other travellers on my flight this seemed to be an issue for many staying in apartments in Kotor. Bed was fairly uncomfortable and property itself was very dated.
