Host was very nice and hospitable, room was very clean, everything I needed was there. Small, cozy and nice place to stay for 1-2 persons. Not sure if it'll be a good fit for a long stay, but for a couple of days it's very good choice.
If you're on a car - great choice. Otherwise it could be rough to go uphill to the property under hot summer sun.

Location to city center was fairly convenient except for the walk up the hill.

We had such a lovely stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Everything was comfortable, and we really appreciated their warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the location. It's a short walk to the old city and convenient to shops and restaurants, and I loved the view. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, and it definitely made my stay in Kotor more enjoyable. The room is the perfect size for a view nights. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was clean and well equipped too. I loved the outdoor terrace as well, it provided beautiful views of Kotor and the landscape around it. If I'm ever in Kotor again I would certainly stay here again.
The walk to the bus station is sort of long, but you get to walk past the old city walls and it's mostly flat so it's not a big deal.
