Perfect apartment

Great location. Easy to walk to Old Town and explore the sights of Kotor. Spacious and clean and comfortable. Good view. Excellent host -great communication and very helpful with our transport . Highly recommend. There are stairs but not a problem for us, and it gives a good view. We loved staying here and Kotor is definitely worth visiting.

Fantastic location, big comfortable bed, and very kind hosts

Fantastic location and many nice little hospitable touches such as some bottled water and wine on arrival. There is no freezer in the unit (there is a refrigerator) so the hosts kindly took my medication gel packs back to their own home to freeze them and brought them back, which we were very grateful for. They were very responsive to questions. The apartment is well equipped, we especially liked the washing machine, the dishwasher and the toaster. The bed in the main bedroom is large and very comfortable. Potential guests should note that the living room is the second bedroom (but you could use the dining room as the living room if you don't mind sitting at the table or on a futon) and you have to climb 50 steps to get to the front door with no lift available.

The living room window shutter does not open, it is completely stuck closed. The host came right away after I contacted him about it and said he would need to hire someone to fix it. It remained closed during our entire six night visit, which took away more than half of the natural light for that room. The first photo on the Booking site for this property shows that room and that window with lots of beautiful light pouring it so it was a little disappointing that it was much less bright and airy during our stay. Everything else was fine and we would stay again after the shutter is fixed.

Best location, nothing can top this location. Parking space provided, friendly and helpful host, easy communation.

Layout of the appartment is a bit outdated, that is why it is a little inconvenient when using shower or toilet or cooking. However, not a big deal, all worked out well.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location.

Great location, just outside the city walls, and brilliantly appointed: Everything we needed including a washing machine — with detergent — which was a real bonus. Great communication with the host, who also came round immediately when we had a guest Snafu with the lockbox. Perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent location.

First rate location. 2 minutes walk into Old Town with a vote of it and the river from the rear balcony. Plenty of space. Parking area. Air conditioning in all rooms. Very friendly, helpful host. Opposite shopping centre and 1 minute from supermarket. Great place to stay in Kotor.

Doors to balcony did not lock. Parking area is quite tight to get into and busy, although a space was always available.

Amazing location, very comfortable apartment close to attractions and services.

Amazing location, looking at the city walls and cathedral dome, spacious apartment, well presented with wide range of appliances. Very close to two supermarkets and a delicious bakery.

Some of the other building occupants were quite loud late at night but there's not much that the accommodation provider can do about that.

Excellent location and big apartment with views.

its location is ideal, just a few steps from the entrance gate. You could see the fortress and the top of the church of the old town from your window. Many shops, restaurant, community stores are around. The host was a nice , friendly , informative person. The apartment was like a home, had everything you need. Moreover, there is a free parking space behind the building.

The external building is non-maintained, just like many apartments in these countries. The decoration style of the apartment is an old fashioned classic style. The layout of the apartment could be better set to utilize its superb location and views. However, these had no impact to the stay.

Very well equipted apartment. Clean. Quite. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Great and kind and ready to help any moment host. Very close to the old city, 5 minutes walk. Parking in Kotor is a problem but we had private free parking at the property.

2.5 floors to climb with no elevator. No air condition in the bedroom but the one in the dining room did the job.

Superb

The place is very central two minutes from the center and the beach. The apartment was clean and looked as in the picture. The host was very nice, when asked he organized us a speed boat trip and a transfer to the airport. I really reccomend it.

Own home

The location of the house is very nice, at the old town river gate, the host Slaven is very kind and friendly, he gave us information about the touristic places and took us from the center to the house, gave us a discount for the boat tour, everything was good.

there was no air conditioner in the bedroom and the water in the bathroom is enough for one person

Bom para uma estadia em família para conhecer a cidade

Boa localização, acessível a pé ao centro da cidade, estacionamento gratuito privativo no local. Funcionários muito prestáveis, montaram os 2 sofás-cama para as minhas filhas não terem de partilhar e deslocaram-se ao local para nos ajudar a encontrar o local de estacionamento. Padaria/café próximo do local.

Um dos sofás-cama não era muito confortável. A sala não tem persiana pelo que havia muita luz de manhã.

Bardzo wygodny apartament bezpośrednio przy starówce, dwa balkony :)

Apartament był super przygotowany, bardzo czysty, łóżka i pościel pozwalały mojej rodzinie wyspać się oraz wypocząć. Mieszkanie jest bardzo fajne, rozkładowe - dwa balkony (po obydwu stronach budynku). W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, oraz małe dodatki typu kapsułki do ekspresu kawy sprawiły że było nam bardzo miło. Miejsce jest dosłownie parę minut od bramy starówki, w obrębie 5min mamy super zaopatrzony supermarket, oraz dwie rewelacyjne piekarnie-cukiernie, oraz wiele innych. Gospodarz jest bardzo kontaktowy, zameldowanie było samodzielne, za pomocą skrzyneczki. Uwielbiałem usiąść na balkonie i pijąc kawę spoglądać bezpośrednio na góry i twierdzę w Kotorze, a także cumujące wielkie wycieczkowce. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

2 nætter i april 2025.

Rigtig god beliggenhed meget centralt i Kotor lige uden for bymuren til den gamle bydel. Lejligheden har alt hvad man har brug for. Det eneste minus er at sengen er lidt lille og kun med én dobbeltdyne uden mulighed for at finde flere dyner i lejlighed.
