Well managed, reliable, attractive appartment in the best location.

Placed above a very popular old pizza restaurant and across from a new equally popular coffee/pastry house, just perfect for the short-stay traveller. Very clean interesting old building in old Kotor. We never met the owner, but the online contact was reliable, and helpful in organising a reasonable taxi for us. Taxi’s are a nightmare in Kotor - Its underregulated with too many desperate drivers overcharging at 2 to 3 times normal european rates. Be warned!

Everything was great — I’d definitely come back!

Everything was great — the location, communication, price, and hot water were all perfect. In the mornings, I loved getting my coffee and sandwich from Senso, just next to the apartment. The neighbors were very kind and friendly, and the room itself felt warm, cozy, and delightful. It’s a lovely place to stay, and I’d definitely come back! ☕🌞

The only downside was the Wi-Fi connection — it was quite weak (around 5–6 Mbps). As someone who works remotely, this made things a bit difficult, but since the apartment is in such a beautiful area, I could easily go out and work from a nearby café.

Experiencing Old Town Kotor

Location within Old Town Kotor was lovely. Room was well setup with rock wall and inviting decor. It was very quiet at night.

There was an unfortunate problem with sewer odor coming from bathroom drain.

Characterful old apartment in the heart of Kotor Town

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Characterful apartment in an old building. Excellent host Marija who was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp including arranging transfers for us and a boat trip.

We booked the apartment with 2 beds which was on the second floor up lots of steps. Suitable for people with good mobility. Not a problem at all for us but just making people aware.

It was very central and perfectly place in the old town. Very spacious.

The communication around car parking was incorrect and did cause issues when it’s quite stressful trying to drive and park in or around the town. No toiletries at the property.

Lovely stay in the heart of old town - would definitely stay again!

- Location was great! - Looks beautiful, lovely design inside and a comfy bed. Was happy to find extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe! - Convient check-in, only took us 2-3 mins. - Communicated with the Host via. whatsapp and they were very friendly and helpful, answered any questions that we had :)

- Overwhelming smell of damp when we originally checked in; and we were unable to open the windows for too long because of the heat, smell and noise of the town, which is quite loud even at night! - "Kitchen" isn't really there to be used; lack of utensils, etc. but it was useful to have a fridge and kettle/coffee maker. - TV barely worked, couldn't use anything except Youtube. The remote was barely responsive and frustrating to use.

Perfect place to stay

The location is gorgeous, as is the view. It should be borne in mind that nightlife in the old town can interfere with a night's rest, but it seems to me that it's worth living this special experience. The hosts are helpful. The apartments are spacious and cozy.

If you want to cook in the apartment, you need to purchase salt, spices and oil, they are not provided by the apartment. Despite the fact that there is a washing machine, there is no powder, you also need to purchase it yourself.

It’s a perfect location in a perfect spot

Apartment in heart of the Old Town & ideally placed to do an early morning coffee run or late night cocktail 😀 Add to that a perfect host & things couldn’t be better Air con is really good too and easy to drop back for 10 mins into cool down if you need to get out of the heat!

Hairdryer was fairly rubbish and kitchen could have been better equipped but has the basics and not there to make gourmet meals!

Living like a Local!

First of all, the location and the view of the place is our favourite of them all since it is within the old town of Kotor and you can stroll around anytime you want. Second, it is also near to all restaurants (below the apartment is a pizza restaurant) and shops which you can buy groceries & souvenirs. Lastly, Ksenija (the host) is amazing! She is very accommodating and friendly, provided us with a lot of recommendations on where to eat and who to speak to if you're interested in a tour, and she also let us do an early check-in (around 11:30)! There are a couple of things that maybe some people would not like, and that would be the 3 flights of stairs going up to the loft and the noise of the construction besides the apartment, which only starts at 7 AM. But we were not bothered by any of these, and we slept peacefully every night. There are also nearby bars that are open until late and blasting their music, but we can't hear it inside the apartment and it didn't bother our sleep either. Overall, it was a great experience for us to stay inside the old city walls, and we enjoyed every bit of Montenegro! Definitely will come back here someday!

Perfect place right in the middle of the old town.

Large, comfortable studio apartment right in the middle of the old town. Checking in was very easy and our hosts were full of helpful information.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the apartment, but be attentive if you park your car in the paid parking on the seaside just outside the city walls, the cashier will try to scam you (he said 27€ when we handed him the ticket, we said WHAT??!?, then he said sorry, 18€). So you're definitely better off in one of the free parkings a little further (5-10 minutes).

Incredible location in the middle of Old Town

Our hosts were so welcoming. We stayed here during our honeymoon while in Kotor and they had our room decorated so beautifully for us. It was such a nice touch. Our host gave us lots of recommendations of places to go and eat. The location is incredible, it's right in the middle of old town. You can't get better. Will definitely be staying again if we return.

Highly recommended! A lovely attic apartment in a perfect location!

The owners of this apartment are very kind, warm and charming. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The attic apartment is lovely, and in a perfect location in the heart of the old town. beds were comfortable and we found it quiet by late evening, even though it’s a busy area. We love the church bells! Lots of hot water and everything you need for simple cooking. Also has a handy washing machine.

The only small issue was the weather was cool and the heater had a technical problem. They plan to have it fixed immediately and anyway with hot weather coming it should be perfect!

Great location as it's right in the city center, very spacious and cozy apartment and it has everything you need, airco works very well and it's important during the summer in Kotor ;) it was very easy to communicate with the host

It was quite loud in the evening/night (with closed windows), it was not possible to pay by card which is very inconvenient

Magnificant 😌

The location of the apartment is very good, you can see old town streets from the window and you can feel the spirits of the city. The apartment owner is a very lovely lady, she told us every detail we need. Her hospitality and attention are made our holiday better.
