⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The studios were modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with excellent air conditioning, which was very much appreciated during our visit. The check-in process and building instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of Kotor Old Town with restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions all on your doorstep. One of the biggest surprises was discovering that by booking the three studios, we had actually booked the entire building, making our stay completely private for our group. This made the experience even more special. The host was exceptional from start to finish. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and help with anything we needed. What truly sets this property apart is the level of care provided by the host. After we had checked out and moved on to Perast, one of our friends realised she had left a dress in the wardrobe. The host went above and beyond, arranging a taxi to deliver it all the way to us in Perast, saving us a round trip back to Kotor. We were incredibly grateful for their kindness and effort. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend these studios to anyone visiting Kotor. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Very clean apartment, inside the old town and close to all the main interesting points. Smooth keys' collection and the registration office was near the apartment. Despite being close to restaurants, the windows were really well at isolating the sound which is great. The agency organises tours as well.

The kitchen was not well-equipped though that was not a big problem for us.

It was clean and in a great central location.

We stayed with two children. The sofa bed is a large single and it was a real squeeze for a 4 and 7 year old. This is a 3 person setup maximum. The apartment is very small. Expect a nice hotel room not an apartment. It is very dark but it is in the centre of the old town so perhaps expected. There was little storage and no hooks to hang towels hats, bags etc. It is in a building with 2 other holiday apartments. The photos on the listing are of all 3 apartments causing ambiguity over the size and available facilities in the apartment.
