Property is in an excellent location in Kotor. It is within the city walks, very close to the start of the fortress walk and just steps way from the main squares and sights. Welcome was excellent and informative and room facilities as described. The double room had a shared kitchen (with one other room) which was well equipped and being right next to the room it was very handy. Good coffee machine too. Air conditioning was efficient and bathroom clean with a good walk in shower. A very enjoyable stay.

Very clean room, excellent support and response from Adrijana. Facility and window view are are great.
Hard to find the hotel at first. Need to meet up the staff at the reception to guide to the hotel. Always worth checking email for procedures on first time visitors
