Enjoyed

The apartment is spacious and modernly furnished, with carefully selected details that create a sense of comfort. The living room is with large windows and offers a view of the Old Town. The bedrooms are generous in size, featuring comfortable beds and high-quality linens, and the bathroom is with a shower cabin and all essential amenities. The interior combines modern design with Mediterranean charm, creating the perfect ambiance for a relaxing stay.

We were in apartment during colder months (December) and the air conditioning units intended for heating the living room and one of the bedrooms was not provided sufficient warmth. Also, it would be good to have tea cups in the kitchen. Otherwise everything was great

Exceptional location, amazing staff

The apartment was incredible, really felt like a home away from home! Right beside the cat park which was amazing. They have a WhatsApp contact them option which is exceptional to organise check in, check out etc A special thanks to Danica who checked me in and brought me to the apartment, customer service at its best!

Excellent location!!

Excellent location - right in the heart of Kotor Old Town. Clean and comfortable room. The team at Nest Ozana are very helpful and respond to messages/queries quickly.

It was not clear on booking that the kitchen area is shared - it wasn’t a problem as we were not planning on self catering on this trip, but just not expected. The bathroom is also a little dated and could do with a re-fresh.

Best, largest and cleanest apartment we stayed at im EU

The cleanest, largest room, bestest location we’ve stayed in this trip. The toilet seat has sticker showing it was sanitised before our stay. The whatsapp correspondence is very responsive. Just note that their reception office location is different from the actual apartment tho both properties are within old town.

Great apartment, in the old town. ( expect no flywire or blinds to darken windows. Also woken early by chuch bells.

Awesome location in the Old City. Very clean and generous room size.

Our kitchenette was incomplete. No sink/hotplate etc. Just MDF boards to cover the area. Our bathroom sink plug would not drain. The apartment was new but unfinished, so Im sure my concerns would not be relevant if finished. But why charge the full rate if incomplete???

Wonderful and we would love to stay again.

The hosts were incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly. The location was at the heart of the old town and easy to access to everything.

Not the hosts’ fault, but it is hard to find the reception because the old town is not easy to navigate, but once you know where it is, getting back there is easy enough.

Lovely place but didn’t excel.

Clean, comfortable, large bed, fantastic views, right in the centre of town. Great list of recommendations and handy numbers!!! Staff sweet and helpful.

On the 3rd floor with no lift, didn’t enjoy lugging heavy suitcases up and down. Only got the list after our first of 2 nights. Would have been great to get this the week before we arrived so we could plan! A few basics would have been appreciated - tea, milk, sugar, etc. also really hard to find if you don’t have wifi when you arrive. Needs a bigger duvet to fit the large bed. Freezer door doesn’t open as next to the front door. Reception also hard to find, in the town.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room. The shared kitchen was reasonably well stocked, though a microwave would have been nice to have. The staff are very friendly, special mention to Adrijana who was extremely helpful during my stay with restaurant recommendations and directions to get around.

A lovely flat in a fantastic location with incredible staff

Amazing location in the centre of old town Kotor. We had the studio room which had an enormous bed & bathroom & was perfect for our needs as a base. The staff (Adrijana, Danica and Bojana) were all superb and cannot be faulted.

Whilst very beautiful, the apartment had some unfinished work in the bathroom which we assume will be fixed shortly.

Excellent location, amazing price for the quality of the hotel and place in Kotor. Washing machine and shared kitchen was a huge plus. Would recommend this to everyone.

Our only small complaint is the shower. The shower was combined with a bath, so not the most comfortable, but still okay.

Great city break with lovely food and amazing apartment

So central, very clean and extremely comfortable bed. Kotor is amazing, there is many beautiful restaurants within a few minutes walk away!

I didn’t realise the kitchen facilities were shared but didn’t cause any issues, a washing machine would’ve been good and maybe a TV as the weather changed a lot and it wasn’t always possible to be out

Spacious apartment with great facilities and in a perfect location for exploring Kotor old town and surrounding areas

The property was located right in the old town and was an easy walk to the main attractions and restaurants. It was spacious, clean and comfortable and the facilities were great with access to a small kitchen area and also a washing machine. The staff were friendly and provided clear instructions on checking in and out and also advised us on parking options that we were able to use.

The location, facilities and size of the room were fantastic!

Getting access to the property took quite some time given your room may not be at the same place where the reception/ check in process is done. It was tricky to find the location, especially if you don't have internet as soon as you arrive. The phone number on the booking confirmation was not correct either which made matters worse. It also may take a while for passports to be scanned and returned.

Everything. Modern design and spacious room - got a free upgrade. The stuff very polite. Awesome view by the balcony and a cuddling cat in the enterance. Excellent location. Very comfortabke mattress and really clean room. Tremendous value for money.

Perfection!

Perfect location! One steps outside (to the right to the city center , to the left to the supermarket and the beach) and finds oneself almost in the centre of old town. Yet, at night it is very quiet for that well deserved night rest. We had a lovely time at Nest Ozana, and we thank in particularly Bojana (the manager) who took very good care of everything. She gave good info and directions. The accommodation is brand new (renovated, at very high standards), very comfortable beds and pillows, an absolute flawless working airco (no noise!!!) and we would definitely recommend it to anyone, looking to spend some days in Kotor. Also, Kotor is a good basis for day excursions, so a longer stay at Nest Ozana is justified. We did not want to leave!!! You might think that I am easy to please. Well, just the opposite. Having owned a hotel myself, I know exactly what to look for and what to expect. Nest Ozana has/offers it all. If, or rather 'when' we get back, we will definitely stay again at this beautiful Nest Ozana.

We suggested a table in the shared kitchen (very well equipped, with a great coffee machine!!). It is not so much a negative. More a positive building suggestion, which I am sure will be taken into consideration. (As anything else is just perfect)

I spent such a magical time in this place, it was like a journey in the Adriatic history. I touched all the stories of old sailors in this land, I see them on each stone on the walls of this apartment. Many thanks to the warm staff Marco, Phillip and the beautiful girl.

The apartment was well situated in the heart of the beautiful old town of Kotor. Kotor's old town is very busy due to the cruise ship tourism during this time, however, the Heritage apartment is in a quiet side street. Staying there you not only get to meet the true culture of Montenegro but are part of it yourself, and you are well hosted by the staff.

My companion could not make it unfortunately, so the apartment was a little too big for one person only, I would not recommend going alone. If you want to go alone, you can book Kotor Nest, which is within the same building but has more community facilities. However, I really enjoyed the stay, just wish I could have stayed longer.

The appartment is in a great location to explore the city and just a short walk to the beach, the place has a charming decoration and high standards of cleanliness and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. It was terrible leaving that magical place and going back to real life.

The real spirit of Kotor Old Town

The more that I liked was the atmosphere. The furniture, the decoration and the old style match perfect with the Old Town. It's in the middle of the Old Town so everything is near (shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket). Free coffee, super cleaning and nice host. 10 in everything!

Beautiful and charming stay, a pretty mix between antique and modern, you can really have a feeling how was in the old days with the comfort of modern life. Every detail well design-planned. Incredible space in the center of Old Town, great location. The staff was kind and available. All very clean and tidy. High quality, totally recommend.
