Kotor Nest was a lush stay. There was a small case of confusion as they have two different locations, but it was cleared up quickly. Upon check in, I was told that I had got a upgrade, the room was lovely and clean, location was perfect, comfortable bed and the staff were simply amazing and allowed me to drop off my luggage as I arrived before check in. I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Bathroom door upstairs doesn’t close

Extremely well located in old Kotor town, in an old building. Comfortable room and shared kitchen available with all the bits and pieces you need to cook a meal (spices, oil etc). Probably left by others but means you don’t need to buy. Free coffee and tea and parking.

There is unusually no TV in the room. But it didn’t matter to us really. Cats everywhere…

I was checked in by Adrijana. She was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. The property is right inside the gate of the old town. The apartment is newly renovated. The bed is very comfortable.

However, I had two very unpleasant experiences. One day, when I returned from a day-long sightseeing, the metal gate to the street was wide open, and the upstairs apartment's main entrance was wide open. That door was always locked before. Up to that point, I was the only guest in the multi-bedroom apartment. I yelled, "Hello, Hello." No answer. The lights were on in the stairway. One of the unoccupied bedroom doors was open, the AC was running, but no luggage in the room. I felt very unsafe. I turned off the AC, closed the metal door to the street, and locked the apartment's main entrance door. I was about to contact the front desk, which is in a different building. A little while later, Danica walked in with two newly arrived guests. After she settled them into the room next to my room. I told her that all the doors were open and the lights and AC were on while there was no one in the apartment. That made me feel very unsafe. Danica was very defensive. She never apologized or explained what was going on. It's totally unacceptable behavior for a hospitality professional. I stayed at this place for 6 days. The first three days I was there, they never sent any housekeeping service to empty the trash bin. By the 5th day, there were four separate parties staying in the apartment. We all used the kitchen in some capacity. The kitchen trash bin was overflowing. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper. For the price they were charging, they should send house cleaning staff over every day. It's ok, they don't change the sheets and towels. However, they should at least empty the trash bin and replenish the toilet paper.

Great location right in centre of old town. Lovely and clean and well presented. Well equiped if you want to eat in. The verandah is a lovely area to spend time in. The hosts were very helpful.

Quite nosy due to workers doing some kind of renovation in the courtyard below and we were there on a Friday night and it was very noisy untill 1 am.
