Apartamento reformado e muito novo, com cozinha bem equipada e varanda muito agradável. Excelente localização, no coração de Kotor. As chaves devem ser retiradas e entregues em outra propriedade do grupo, perto dali e indicada por eles no google maps via mensagem. Acesso por escadas e dois apartamentos por andar. Os quartos do andar compartilham o mesmo banheiro, estava limpo mas a manutenção dependerá também dos demais hóspedes. Sabonetes e shampoo estava disponíveis no banheiro. Bela vista da montanha pela janela do quarto ou varanda coletiva.

Kotor Nest was a lush stay. There was a small case of confusion as they have two different locations, but it was cleared up quickly. Upon check in, I was told that I had got a upgrade, the room was lovely and clean, location was perfect, comfortable bed and the staff were simply amazing and allowed me to drop off my luggage as I arrived before check in.
I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

The location of the room I ended up in was very good, and the facilities were acceptable for a solo trip. The communication with the property owner (after the first night) was clear and the staff were generally helpful.
The check-in process was very irritating. My room was 'upgraded' before I arrived but I wasn't told that until after I arrived in Kotor. Instead of telling me where my new room was, they sent me a video of someone walking to the room, which wasn't very helpful since it was several minutes long and I had no idea where it started since I'd never been to Kotor before. It would have been so much easier and more sensible to just send me the address so I could head there myself. It took close to half an hour and help from another couple of employees (who were equally confused why I had been sent a video instead of just being sent an address) to sort out, which is not what I wanted at 9:30 at night after a 3+ hour long coach trip from Dubrovnik.
The 'upgraded' room I was put in also was not as nice as what had been shown in the pictures on the website. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close properly (not so much an issue for me as a solo traveller, but for a couple this would have been a big problem due to lack of privact) and the room got very little natural sunlight due to its location and the angle of the windows. Otherwise it was not a bad room, but clearly worse than advertised.
