Great location, ~15 min walk to Old Town Kotor and in a more secluded and quiet area. Also very close walk to Dobreta Promenade. There is a taxi company right on the street as well. Spacious bathroom, amazing A/C, washing machine, and terrace.
Hot water didn’t work at first but it got fixed promptly. The kitchen also didn’t have any pans, only pots. Also the property only accepts cash. Otherwise everything was fine.

Appartement très bien équipé, avec machine à laver et terrasse pour faire sécher le linge. A pieds, l'appartement se situe à 15 minutes du centre de Kotor; c'est très pratique (possibilité de laisser sa voiture devant la location et de se rendre à pieds au centre de Kotor. Excellente pâtisserie à 5-10 minutes à pieds pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ou faire une pause : "Tendita Bakery"
Nous avons passé une vingtaine de minutes à trouver l'appartement car l'adresse indiquée et transmise n'était pas précise. La propriétaire nous a alors envoyé quelques courtes videos qui nous ont permis de trouver l'appartement. Ce serait plus pratique d'envoyer toutes les indications lorsque la réservation est faite.

The property has very good facilities- kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. It is close to a couple of local shops. The host was very responsive
It was difficult to find the apartment and there was no key box, Some of the neighbours in nearby apartments helped me to find the actual apartment building. It was not as close to the old town as I thought- 20 minutes walk to better supermarkets and 30 minutes to the bus station.
