The apartment was ideal for our visit to Kotor. Sandra was very welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery.

The bed cover appeared to be too small for the size of bed.

The location is perfect, you are literally minutes away from the beach -Sandra,the owner, was extremely kind and explained about the location -Apartment is so cozy and a little balcony is just perfect to have a lunch or drinks at night

Great location, close to everything

Great location, close to everything! This place was perfect for our stay in Montenegro. It’s only a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, and there are lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The location made it really easy to explore the area on foot. Everything was clean and comfortable – highly recommended!

Perfect location to visit the area

Sandra is a great host, very welcoming & the apartment is in a great location just a few steps from the promenade. Very clean in general, comfortable bed, quiet air con & balcony which is in the shade afternoon/evening - this meant we could actually use it (sea facing would have been too hot to sit outside!). Parking space & washing machine very handy for our road trip. Supermarket opposite for everything you need. Short walk to Kotor old town. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Sandra is an amazing host. She waited for us to show us parking, to hand us the keys, and how to get to the beach and the old town. The apartment is cozy, super clean, and has a lot of natural light. It is not even a minute walk, and you are at the seaside. There are a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and a 10-minute walk to the old town is beautiful.

Exceptional

I loved everything about this accommodation! First of all, our landlord was very welcoming and waited for us even when we arrived late. Secondly, the room was clean and tidy with a fully equipped kitchen. Lastly, the house is close to the coast and the old town, and there's even a station just down the road to get a bus to Perast! Overall, I enjoyed all four nights I stayed here and would highly recommend it as a stopping point for anyone visiting Kotor.

The location was excellent, lovely walk along the seafront to the Old Town, took about 15mins. Apartment was excellent, very clean, well equipped modern kitchen, lovely lounge area with very comfortable seating and great patio area with views of the mountains, excellent comfy king size bed, lovely fresh bedding, bathroom was good. This apartment is excellent value, has everything you need to ensure you have a wonderful holiday Now a few words about our lovely host Sandra, communication throughout the booking was excellent, quick to reply to any questions, Unfortunately the second day into our holiday I was involved in an accident. I cannot praise Sandra enough for the help she gave us, could not have managed without her, she is the most kindest wonderful person we have ever met, and are both very grateful to her. hopefully sometime in the future we would love to return to this excellent apartment

Our experience of communication with lovely and helpful Lady and staying here was awesome. The apartments is fully consistent with what you see in the photo, it has everything you need for a long stay: washing machine, dishes, kettle, microwave, oven and stove, toaster and mini grill for cooking Belgian waffles, air conditioning, comfortable bed and so on. Very cozy, beautiful and comfortable apartments that give you the feeling of being in your own home by the sea. There is a large and comfortable bed, an excellent kitchen, a living room, two TVs, a dining table, nice bed linen and towels, as well as a balcony that we love, where you can have breakfast and dinner. The kitchen has sugar, coffee, 2 types of cooking oils, sauce, pepper and salt. Excellent location, there is a bakery nearby, a large supermarket Aroma, a few steps to the Kotor bay and the promenade. Old town, bus station, restaurants, shopping center, beaches and more - all within walking distance. The apartments are located in a new building, where the windows have wonderful shutters that we loved to open every day. Also, the apartment was very clean. I can say that this is one of the best rental experiences through Booking and other services, and we will definitely return again. Special thanks to the lovely Lady for leaving us a welcome wine❤️

Чистая и удобная, просто идеальная по всем параметрам квартира как для короткого, так и для долгого пребывания. Обустроенная кухня, отличная кровать и подушки, балкон. Минимаркет через дорогу, вкусная пиццерия в доме, до старого города десять минут пешком, минута до моря и ресторанов. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое, настолько все продумано, что голова не болит совсем. Хозяйка на связи постоянно, готова в любое время помочь с любым вопросом. Комфорт и уют - главные преимущества.

Ничего существенного. Немного раздражал шум от пролетающих мимо дома автомобилей и мотоциклов, но не критично, с закрытыми окнами ночью спалось хорошо.

Замечательный номер. Находится на высоком первом этаже. В современном здании. До старого города действительно идти пять минут. На кухонке вся нужная техника и посуда в наличии. Большой холодильник. Приветственная бутылка вина и куча конфет. Интернет отличный. В гостиной огромный раскладной диван. Телевизор с приставкой. Балкон (фото с него на горы). На балконе сушка для белья с прищепочками. В спальне места мало, но огромные шкафы для одежды. Через дорогу продуктовый магазин. Очень душевная хозяйка. С удовольствием рекомендую эти аппартаменты.

То, что не понравилось, улучшить нельзя. Рядом дорога и придурки ночью носятся с диким грохотом. Хозяева в этом не виноваты.
