This apartment was absolutely fantastic, with a perfect location. You are not right in the busy center of the Old Town, but also not far away from it — the balance is just ideal. I stayed in several apartments during this trip, and this one was by far the best in terms of location, cleanliness, etc. The apartment had everything I needed: a coffee machine with capsules kindly provided by the host, a brand-new refrigerator, a toaster, and clean dishes. There is also a very cozy and charming balcony where you can relax. A grocery store is conveniently located across the street, while the sea is just downstairs. There are plenty of places nearby to swim and enjoy a meal. The apartment was exceptionally clean, which was the most important thing for me. The host was wonderful — always helpful, responsive, and happy to provide recommendations and assistance whenever needed. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

The location of the property...very close to promenade and 10min walk into Kotor. Clean comfortable apartment with nice little balcony and mountain views. Owner picked us up from airport and was super helpful at all times....would highly recommend

Чистая и удобная, просто идеальная по всем параметрам квартира как для короткого, так и для долгого пребывания. Обустроенная кухня, отличная кровать и подушки, балкон. Минимаркет через дорогу, вкусная пиццерия в доме, до старого города десять минут пешком, минута до моря и ресторанов. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое, настолько все продумано, что голова не болит совсем. Хозяйка на связи постоянно, готова в любое время помочь с любым вопросом. Комфорт и уют - главные преимущества.

Ничего существенного. Немного раздражал шум от пролетающих мимо дома автомобилей и мотоциклов, но не критично, с закрытыми окнами ночью спалось хорошо.
