Relaxing, stress free and enjoyable stay.

The property was clean, well presented and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is really close to the waterfront and only a few minutes walk from the local shops and old town. Our host Aleksandra, her family and dog Coco were very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet apartment with easy access to all facilities

Location was perfect. 10 mins walk to the old town. 2 mins walk to swim in the sea. We also really appreciated having the garden to sit in.

The traffic in Kotor is awful so it's best not to drive near the centre. There are buses and taxis as well as bikes to hire.

Great location and comfortable

Very well located close to the sea, restaurants and beach. Old town is just a short walk. Clean and well equipped. Parking is on-street so you have to get a bit lucky if it's very busy but we always managed to find a spot. Hosts were very friendly and nice.

Perfect place to stay in Kotor!

Just a few mins away from the port and old town, Alexandra’s place offers the perfect place to experience and see what Kotor has to offer. Voli and a mall are close by. Kotor beach is just across the road. Cafe Mondo (affordable) is 1-min walk away. Tourist bus stop is also close. The apartment itself is safe, well-equipped, and maintained. It has everything to cook. Wi-fi is good and balcony offers some view of the bay. Alexandra is a great host. She is responsive and helpful. There were some issues but she quickly resolved them. She made my stay pleasant.

You can easily rent Krstos Place. The location of the house is very near to Old Town and the house was very clean. The view of the house was really nice. I can recommend it to everyone with peace of mind. Thanks also to the business from here.

Great accomodation in Kotor

Everything is perfect. The room was perfectly clean and related to the photos. The distance to the old town is less than 10 minutes walk There is also air conditioning in the room, which has both hot and cold modes, so that you can be comfortable in any weather.

Beautiful view,

Friendly and flexible host. We arrived a lot later than expected at the accomodation (due to border control that took much longer than expected) and they were still awake when we arrived to hand us a key. The appartment was very spacious and clean. And the view was amazing! The location is good, near the beach and walking distance from the old town and several shops. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, sometimes you need to search a little bit to find a spot. The appartement has a terras with a nice view, I recommend eating breakfast outside when the sun comes up :)

Nothing really, you have to walk up a little hill to get to the appartment, but we didn't mind.

Location is just perfect. Aleksandra is excelent host. Apartment was just good, clean and comfortable. We had a room with the sea view. Within room there is everything you need for stay (small kitchen with all you need as well).

Amazing Locatoon

Great location - beach was right outside the door. The town of Kotor was less than a ten minute walk. Aleksandra was very welcoming and kind throughout the stay.

Check the location when arriving- as Montenegro isn’t EU we hadn’t any internet and the address was incorrect on Booking.com Aleksandra did say it was only us that had the problem just double check before you leave the airport or drive from another place. The ‘sea view’ from our ground floor apartment was between two buildings. Not a real issue as we didn’t sit out on the balcony for too long.

Parking is limited so you might have to use free public parking next to the water which is often busy. Since the street is one way you might have to go round a couple of times.

The housemaid was extremely kind. You can find anything you need In the kitchen. The apartment was very cosy and clean. Big supermarket 5 minutes walk and many restaurants nearby. Wifi connected well. Strong recommendation for this accomodation.

Convenient location near Kotor

The room had anything we needed. Not that big but spacious enough. Easy access to main road and to Kotor Bay. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Easy in and out by foot.

The building was not that easy to find, we had to look at the pictures and the surrounding buildings to make sense of the location and there was nobody in the building to ask. The parking in the area is not easy, you have to be lucky or drive at the right time of the day to find free parking, and it might be a few hundreds meters away. Did not like that the host knock our door like 15min before the check-out time (we were indeed just finishing packing and almost ready to leave).

Aleksandra was lovely, helpful and easygoing. Oh and Koko the dog is such a sweetie :) The location - just up from the waterfront - was perfect, close to everything we needed and easily walkable to Stari Grad. A great way to spend time in beautiful Kotor ❤️

Only a minor thing… We had trouble finding it at first! (Follow the dark blue “APARTMENTS” sign to walk up the (slightly steep) driveway next to #24.) It didn’t detract from our stay though. 🙂

Very good!

Our best stay in Montenegro during our 7 day trip around the country. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, interesting interior, spacious terrace and dining table. And an incredibly cultured dog Coco constantly around. :) Nice and kind host lady!

The parking is somewhere on the street below where you can find a space. In the peak hours after 5 pm, more is sought.

Location of the house is perfect: it is close to both Kotor old town and to the beach. There is comfortable bed and everything what is needed for a good stay. Aleksandra is very nice and helpful. Actually, this is not my first stay in this apartment. And if I travel to Kotor again I would definitely choose this place.

Nice apartment, close to city

Spacious apartment close to city center, three large beds. Shops, restaurants and beach close by.

It took us a while to find the apartment and get the keys. Additionally, there was no parking available in the neighborhood as most of the other hotels and apartments restaurants had reserved it. No view, except from bathroom window.

Perfectly equipped room - had everything needed for a short stay in Kotor. Great location, right next to the beach and a short walk from the old town. Lovely hosts - very kind with gifts of Montengrin wine and fruit!
